Working with my consultant Francesca was a fabulous experience. She knew how to coax the experience and information out of me that would make my resume shine. Although the website warned that they were on a 2 week delay (which they were!), they were able to get me on a wait list and ultimately my resume was finished about a week later. Although I worried the expense would be a little hard to justify, the experience instantly put me at ease. It absolutely makes sense to hire expert resume consultants when you're about to make a huge life decision--and ResumeSpice is the best! I will definitely be returning for additional services.

The new resume is completely rewritten, not a rehash of what I already had. A lot of old content was deleted; it was helpful to have an expert explain why elements were not beneficial. I had run into not getting any calls or emails back from jobs that I had been applying to, and I did a Google search for resume companies. This one had 5 stars and glowing recommendations, but still I had zero expectations. I purchased my resume being revamped and a new cover letter. Apparently I didn’t receive an email that would request me to schedule a meeting with a job coach/resume writer. That was disappointing because I had to wait another two weeks to meet with one. Calling to check in along with seeing if they received the welcome email, if they have booked their first meeting yet, and if they have any questions about the process. He asked questions to get to know me, and my job history (along with asking questions about my resume which has been submitted).
