Joyful Journeys provided the getaway car for my son and daughter-in-law after their wedding and they were amazing to work with. The booking process was incredibly easy and the price truly couldn’t be beat. Their driver arrived right on time with a beautiful, spotless GMC Yukon Denali XL ready to take the newlyweds back to their hotel in comfort. We were so impressed with the professionalism, reliability and overall experience. Highly recommend them for any transportation needs. 🌟

We had an event at the Boonsboro Country Club and wanted to have a few drinks while there and not have to drive home. We also wanted to arrive in style. We found Joyful Journeys and I'm so glad that we did! I made an inquiry and received an immediate response from Jonathan, who was informative, helpful and professional. We received texts from our driver, Shawna when she was on the way so that we knew she was on time. She was an excellent driver: She was dressed nicely, was professional and very friendly. The vehicle itself was a Denali SUV and it was spotless and very spacious. It was a little warm inside, but Shawna adjusted the temperature to our liking. We had booked the car for four hours but wanted to stay for another hour, and Shawna accommodated that. We'll definitely use Joyful Journeys for our transportation needs in the future. She was very kind and pleasant, and made the ride enjoyable. The vehicle was very comfortable and toasty warm when I got in. I had a Personable friendly driver named Linwood. He was there on time and happy to great me. Very knowledgeable about the surroundings. He helped with my awkward luggage and made sure I got to my destination safe . It was late at night when my plane arrived and he tracked it until landing .

Jon the owner, Was a complete gentleman and dedicated to getting my children to the airport despite hazardous road conditions and inclement weather. He came through when many others were not able to and I will not forget that. Thank you so much and have a blessed day!

My family and I ran into some car issues leaving us stranded at bold rock. We tried to call Ubers, Lyfts, and every other taxi service with no luck. Joyful journeys called me back and connected me with someone close who had a little bit of downtime in between rides. Malik was our driver, he was so kind and helpful. He saved our day!!! Book it! Joyful Journeys was the best car service I have ever experienced. Our driver Joe was the best! He figured out how to connect to Bluetooth and set up music even though it was a new vehicle and our singing was terrible! What a trooper! The customer service was also outstanding. I had a nightmare about the trip and messaged the company the morning of our trip my concerns to see if they could make a change. They were so accommodating and quick to respond that it made me feel so at ease and I was able to enjoy the trip. 100/10 would recommend!

Would highly recommend this car service. We rented a large van for our party of 11. The owner was super easy to communicate with and provided recommendations on where we should stop on our wine tour. He was super fun and made it a great experience for us all.

Joyful Journeys was the perfect choice for transportation to and from my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen. The booking process was easy. The driver arrived prior to the pick up time from our house and was ready to greet us as soon as we were ready. The vehicle was immaculate. We loved that there was a “Happy Birthday” screensaver on the TV’s. There were waters and candies for us. The driver asked if we had a music preference and made sure that the temperature was comfortable for us both. We arrived to the venue right on time. Every time we entered the SUV or exited, our driver opened the door and helped us in and out safely. Prior to the time to leave the venue our driver was there waiting for us. He helped the guests load the gifts into the SUV. Once again he made sure that we entered the car safely and arrived home safely. He was a safe driver and so accommodating. I would highly recommend Joyful Journeys in the event that you’re looking for a perfect way to get to and from your destination!
