I am a Finance Project Manager with 16+ years of experience.

I was part of Google's RIF that happened in January 2023. It came very unexpectedly and honestly 'knocked me off my feet' to say the least. I was approached by Rita about a job opportunity that would completely transform my career.

At the same time, there was nothing forced or pushed on me to pursue any of the roles, which was refreshing to me from a recruiter.

Ultimately, I received an Offer.  At this stage, again, there was nothing forced from Rita's side on pushing me to accept, but rather congratulations on receiving an offer and ensuring that I had the space and capacity to think about it and decide on what was best for me moving forward, whether that was accepting the role or staying where I was at for the time being. 

This was the biggest piece that I appreciated in working with Rita, I never felt pushed in a direction of accepting an offer or pressured to move forward when I wasn't ready. 

I have already recommended Rita and her firm to another colleague at my previous firm, for all the exact reasons mentioned above. 

I think it is very important for recruiters to really have their candidates intentions and thoughts in mind. 

All in all, my overall experience with Rita from intro call to 'congratulations' on accepting my offer and wishing me luck ahead of my first day was extremely positive.

Rita truly cares about you beyond your professional self and sees all of you as a person.  If someone believes they can do it themselves without hiring Rita I would say it's going to be a long road of possible discouragement and confusion.  

I feel with Rita's experience she helped me maximize my current potential and think outside of the box. She provided me with an unbiased approach and allowed me room for growth and errors.
