We wouldn’t be able to operate as an agency if it wasn't for Rocketlane. It’s an amazing tool and it’s significantly increased our work efficiency. It’s allowed us to move faster when starting new client relationships because of our effort in building a solid process with Rocketlane. It has also made it easier for our new hires to become acquainted with our workflow because Rocketlane assists us in guiding them through the process. We are pleased as a team to be able to use Rocketlane for our client projects.

Our clients get real time information, and we love the ability to internally collaborate on Rocketlane. The intuitive dashboards and the insights we derive from Rocketlane are a couple of things that I absolutely love about the product.

Collaboration between our customers and implementation specialists has become more streamlined. The ability to create private tasks with necessary stakeholders has removed the pain of having long threads of emails. If needed, we are always able to make a task or a document open to all members of the customer's organization if necessary.

The product itself is very flexible in terms of how easy it is to make amendments and changes to implementation projects. This covers ease of editing project templates, changing owners of projects, adding/removing project phases etc. Morever, the team are very receptive to feedback and considerate about improvements to their product (where it would benefit multiple users). The highlight, though, is the Rocketlane that's supporting us. Our CSM, Shyam, goes above and beyond to ensure we are making best use of Rocketlane by sharing best practices, guiding us through tailored product demos, and acting as our conduit between our organisation and Rocketlane.

The interface of the product is extremely intuitive. Getting Rocketlane up and running was a breeze. I especially loved the fact we learned best practices on how to use Rocketlane and different tips and tricks on onboarding/implementation methodologies as we went through implementing it for our own company. As we implemented Rocketlane, we got even more excited about the software because of the flawless implementation we received from Rocketlane's team. In addition to the software being great, our Onboarding CSM, Madhu Venkatesan, shared different approaches they've taken at Rocketlane to improve the time to value for their clients getting implemented on Rocketlane. We incorporated a lot of Madhu's suggestions into the onboarding/implementation journey we built and rolled out for implementing our clients on our software using Rocketlane. Since launching Rocketlane, our clients have provided extremely positive feedback around our onboarding experience and a number of clients have inquired about what PSA software we are using. All around we are very happy! Another thing we have loved has been the FREE customer onboarding & implementation community they have built called "Preflight". Being a member of the Preflight community gives you access to a Slack channel made up of members from all different types of companies, sizes, and industries. Preflight hosts educational webinars, office hours, and much more. It's an incredible resource we lean on frequently to get help from our peers whenever we're struggling with something and need ideas on how other companies have solved the same challenge(s) related to everything onboarding, implementation, and customer success.

When I look at the number of accounts an implementation manager could easily manage pre-Rocketlane and post-Rocketlane, we can see a really massive improvement there. But also in terms of how quickly we are able to deliver value to our customers and in terms of the metrics we track, in a short space of just two months, we’ve been able to accelerate time-to-value for our customers by 20%!

The best thing about rocketlane is the sheer transparency it gives to our customers that we're implementing. Earlier our implementations use to be a black box for customers. However, Rocketlane really helped us with giving customers full visibility on the project/implementation plan. Moreover, it's a great tool to maintain and measure internal implementation metrics

The team is a pleasure to work with and their solution is easy to use. We can use Rocketlane to collaborate with customers on important projects or processes where transparency is key. We're literally on the same page and everyone knows who is doing what and when to expect results.

Rocketlane was the perfect solution for our customer onboarding process. We have a very unique product and process for planning upcoming jobs and installs and Rocketlane allows for a very clear, transparent view of the entire process and steps needed to keep the project moving along. It is also great that links, documents, and communication can all be done inside of rocketlane, allowing our entire team AND the customer's team and any stakeholder to have access. Other software we tried missed on the actual onboarding process and had too much other stuff we didn't need. Rocketlane is very focused, to the point, yet very feature-rich. Also, their customer support is super responsive, helpful, and easily accessible via chat on the home screen!

Rocketlane is a robust tool that our team can customize to fit various needs and use cases. We found it compelling that in the free trial, their team partnered with us to help us visualize what our processes would look like and were there every step of the way.

The way projects are organized allows for a clear picture without going into each to check status. Very easy to learn and manipulate. Great support team at the ready to answer questions and quick at improving the app with suggestions given.

Rocketlane allows both, me, and my customers to easily work on projects together and have visibility of the progress. This was something I did not have earlier.

The product ticks all of the boxes we were looking for from an Onboarding tool - the dynamic templates and resource management aspects are especially noteworthy

I really love the UI/UX of the product. It is super intuitive and it definitely makes onboarding experience great for the customers too as they have better clarity around whats happening.

I like how the new features like forms, resource management, slack integration makes it so easy to manage all onboarding activities within one tool!

I tried a handful of workflow and onboarding software systems to help me get off excel and organize my tasks and productivity. Rocketlane is the only one that offers an intuitive interface allowing me to view and interact with all my projects at once without having to click through an endless layer of folders. It's customizable, visually appealing, and provides a user-friendly option for my clients to view their transactions and projects in real-time. I'm looking forward to integrating it into our daily routine.

We needed the ability to track all of our onboarding for both internal purposes and to make onboarding even more transparent to our clients. Rocketlane was easy to set up, everyone we interacted with from the Rocketlane team was pleasant and helpful, and we are very impressed with the feature set available. This product is an incredible value for the price too. Everyone I've met on the Rocketlane team has been wonderful to work with and quick to help.

I love how easy Rocketlane is to use. My team was able to implement and start using it within a couple of weeks and we love it! I've used plenty of tools like this in the past where I had to get someone super technical to do the implementation and make changes once it was ready to use. I was able to do everything myself and make updates as we learn more really easily. It has everything I want in an onboarding tool and gets rid of all the things I hated about other tools. The Rocketlane team has also been incredible to work with. They are extremely responsive and listen to all of our feedback :)

We love how you can have client projects AND internal projects. It makes the onboarding process so much easier for our client service team and our clients as well!

It organises our time very well. Allows quick access to detailed information regarding a particular project and . I like the weekly time card view, which enables me to log time with less effort.

The dynamic use of Rocketlane Application such as manage the different projects, setup the stages of it, adding tasks to it and then also recording the working hours spent on various tasks in a timesheet to track productivity. Another feature is to invite people on the project by providing limited access to them just for tracking the project implementation stages where they cannot see any private tasks that one has crated for their purpose.

I'm in the middle of my onboarding with Rocketlane and I have to say, this has been VERY easy to set up. There is enough flexibility to fit our specific needs, without being overly complex. Even my SFDC Admin team commented on how easy the integration setup was. I'm excited to learn more about the tool.

Love the rich functionality of the platform. Given how early in the stage they are, I can only imagine what's coming next. I use it with HubSpot, where I zap my deal stages to creating new "projects" in Rocketlane. Pretty simple setup, and does what my customer success needs it to do. I love the magic link functionality, where my customers can login without a need to remember their login/password, which makes it super easy to manage.

We can easily track the status of the projects and a particular task can easily be assigned to anyone and can work collaboratively. Multiple projects can be handled in a very easy way and get an idea of which project and which task was pending for a long time and what was the time taken to complete a particular task.
