It's pretty infrequent when a search doesn't find the person I'm seeking - but Rocketreach can't conjure emails for people who have not identified their own email in some way, online. Not all emails are correct, or they are dated, but again, it's impossible to find current emails that are no where else listed or posted for the search engine to grab. But the roughly 80% success rate at finding the contact information is, to me, magic, efficient, highly valuable, and indispensable. I've been paying RocketReach a monthly fee for years, and every penny is well spent.

Lastly, I have never been harassed by the RocketReach team to sign up for a paid program when I didn't yet have one. This is important to me as after completing a demo with a competitor of RocketReach, I received daily spam calls asking if I was ready to move forward for nearly six months before needing to file a phishing claim against the company.
