I worked with Ruby Digital Agency on migrating our site backend from BigCommerce to Shopify. I had a lot of anxiety about all the little unknowns that might come up in this process, but RDA put me at ease and handled everything proactively - the migration was painless! Lance helped me move my shop from a Wordpress-based independent provider to Shopify. When I say, "helped me," you should translate that to, "he did all the work quickly, seamlessly, and at very reasonable prices. He has since also helped me save money with a money-saving recommendation on where my domain was registered and quickly resolved an annoying pop-up form issue. We're now waiting for the domain transfer to complete, after which he'll help me migrate my email service to an independent provider, and then help me set up a support system for my newly-launched product. His past work was done quickly, efficiently, and at very reasonable prices, and I have every confidence that these projects will conclude the same day. That I keep coming back for different projects requiring different skills should be an obvious indicator of Lance's competency, and an obvious positive signal to anyone considering hiring this man. My advice: Do it! You won't be disappointed! I can't afford to hire Lance or anyone else at this phase in my start-up's journey, but If I could, I would. Until then, he will continue to be my private-contractor IT team!

I was very reluctant to migrate from Big Commerce to Shopify until I met Lance with Ruby Digital AI. I spoke with RDA several times and finally made the switch. Ruby migrated all of products, collection pages, key customer data, orders, created redirects and customized a premium theme within three weeks of releasing the migration. Upon launching Ruby was monitoring the site for 404's and other technical issues. Our migration was successful, and we will definitely be working with RDA again soon.
