Before I started working with Natalie, I was passing out during/after my cross-country and track races, I had a very negative mindset, I dealt with perfectionism without even noticing it, and I cared about what others thought of me. Ever since I started training my mindset with Coach Natalie, I was able to find the reason in why I had been passing out and I no longer deal with that. I was not only able to overcome my physical set back, but I was able to recognize that this sport that had once loved, had almost become like a chore and a never ending game of battles. When I started learning and focusing on the "why" and my "purpose", I began to find the love I have always had for running and for my sports! I have learned so many new things that have become everyday tools, not only for my athletic careers, but in every second of my days! These tools could include, journaling, focusing on how my body feels and listening to it's signs, and of course, finding every last little good detail found in each and every day! Without this program, I wouldn't have been able to resecure the joy that these sports bring me! Because I focus on finding the positive in everyday, I have become even more greatful and thankful for the opportunities we are blessed with and given every morning as soon as our feet hit the floor! I know that most of time we are all blind to the problems we have, I was! I was on the exact same path you are, until I found Coach Natalies program! I have no regrets, and I now stand on such a firm foundation of knowledge, positivity, courage, passion, and strength! We all know you have HUGE goals for yourself.....there's a certain PR your trying to reach, school record, or there's certain people you have to beat! Trust me, there's more to this race then all of that! I was stuck in that type of mindset as well, but today, I can proudly say, I run because I love too and I can reach my goals because I focus on the joy and having fun! We are all given these athletic gifts for a reason! It is such a gift to be able to get up in the morning and be able to go for a run, or even walk! I challenge you to take the next step! Become the best athlete you've ever envisioned yourself being! Natalie is the best Coach out there! She not only teaches you how to become that athlete, but she's with you every step of the way, cheering you on like no one has before! Thank you, Natalie, for having a HUGE impact on my athletic career and making me a better person, inside and out! You not only brought back the joy i have for my sports, but you also brought back a smile to my face while competing! :)

Before I started working with Natalie I was struggling so much with perfectionism and lost my joy for running. I was putting so much pressure on myself that I forgot how to truly live in community. Working through her program, I've learned so many tools that I've been implementing in my life. The very first thing we start with is your why and purpose for your sport. This has been so crucial for me and has changed my perspective. I've learned to ask deep questions and to be vulnerable. A few things I've noticed are: my nutrition has improved, I've been able to stay consistent in strength workouts, and I'm excited to race instead of dreading it. Everyday isn't perfect but thats ok because the progress is better than perfection! I've learned so much working with Natalie and can't thank her enough! If your considering working with her, go do it! You won't regret it!

Running has always been my passion, but high-pressure races used to make me doubt myself and hold back from my full potential. I struggled with tough races and sometimes felt alone being on a small team. Since working with Coach Natalie, my mindset has completely shifted. I have learned to stay present, focus on what I can control, and bounce back stronger from setbacks. My times have improved drastically, and I am more confident and determined than ever. I have also learned to embrace progress over perfection, celebrating every run and race as a step forward. I am fired up to keep this momentum going into my senior year because my goals have never been bigger. If you are a runner who feels stuck or held back by your mindset, I highly recommend working with Coach Natalie. Her support is real, empowering, and judgment-free. She has helped me grow not just as an athlete, but as a person.

Before I started working with Natalie, I struggled with trying to make everything perfect and was super hard on myself when I did not meet my goals each race. I obsessed over the times I was running and thought that I needed to be chasing times constantly. Since joining the program, I have seen so much improvement in my mindset not only on the track, but also in other daily tasks. One of the big things Natalie taught me was to focus more on the amount of effort being put in instead of focusing on a specific time each or setting big goals and expecting to achieve them each race. This was huge for me. We also worked on incorporating daily gratitude journaling & reframing negative thoughts, nutrition, sleep schedules, hydration, and so much more. Along with these additions, we also discussed and developed a race plan for my events, which I felt was extremely helpful, especially with running a new race last season. Outside of track, I also struggled with managing my time between school, track, and social activities. Natalie reiterated to me that it is extremely important to balance all three of these parts of my life, so we worked on numerous techniques to help me excel in school and track, while also having plenty of time to hang out with my friends and family. Overall, joining this program was absolutely one of the best things for me! With all of these changes to my mindset and daily life, I noticed a lot of success in my performances and huge changes to my attitude! Natalie is SUPER helpful, informative, and supportive; she will do anything and everything to help you become the best version of yourself as an athlete/person. I definitely recommend joining “The Whole Runner Project” program!!!

My biggest struggle I had before working with Lacey was nerves before races. I would get in my head a lot the week leading up to my race and it made the whole thing unenjoyable. So far this program had helped me SO much and especially Lacey! I know I have my team ready and waiting for me to grow with them. I always feel so supported and because of this and the program my nerves have gone down a ton! Lacey has been with me every step of the way (as well as Natalie) in checking in on me and my understanding of each step we take! My mindset towards running and races as done a full 180 with getting help to reframe my thoughts and counter argue them. To any runner who’s thinking about joining i’d say do it!! It will help you in so many ways you won’t believe and if your lucky to get Lacey, you’ll feel so supported and cared for!

I loved working with Natalie! Before working with her I had 2 years of discouraging training and races that really took a toll on my confidence in running. I dreaded racing and doing workouts and I knew I needed help getting out of the negative cycles I had developed. This program helped me figure out why I run and gave me so many strategies to build a mindset that can power me through hard runs instead of hold me back. Natalie helped me learn how to reframe negative thoughts, build a mental race plan, and learn to focus on things I can control instead of what I can't. We also developed recovery strategies and routines, as well as practiced applying mindset training to other aspects of my life. Now that I have these mindset tools I am way more confident and I am excited to train and race again.

Before working with Natalie, I was struggling with multiple things when it came to running. I honestly felt like I hated the sport because it brought so much pressure, I was throwing up or crying before a race or even getting too nervous before a workout. I dreaded races and practice to an unhealthy extent. I would then get to the starting line and just not have the energy to even race well, so I could never run to my potential. It was all negative, and I thought of it as a chore. Ever since joining, I have seen huge improvements in my enjoyment of just simply running. We identified why I do the sport and threw out all of the pressures or expectations that I was creating. Identifying these totally changed the way I talked to myself and looked at running. I have started to enjoy practicing again, and although I only have raced once since starting the program, I am looking forward to seeing how I can take everything I have learned and realized and apply it on race day. I have learned to not put my worth so much on how I preform. I have learned that it is okay to not be perfect and forget about all that perfectionism. I have learned and realized that not everything revolves around how I race or how I workout. I have learned that I run not for anyone else, but for me and my why. I run because I love to push myself and feel that accomplishment during/after and it fulfills me. I also know that this sport is about being a part of a team as a person too, not just how I perform on the track. This program gave me hope again for this sport and I believe that by using all of these mindset changes and creating my own narrative that I can not only have success, but just let myself be happy and run to the best of my ability because that’s simply what it is all about. There is so much more I could go into that Natalie and I had discussed over our many meetings, but the biggest takeaways are those things. I would recommend that anyone going through struggles like I did in running work with Natalie because she will care for you as a person and really help to identify what the deeper problem is. She will work with you individually and help you become not only a better athlete, but more importantly a better and happier version of yourself.

Hi my name is Kensey, and I’ve been in this running program for several months. When I first joined, I was struggling with a lack of team atmosphere. It was just really mentally challenging to continuously push myself and run workouts alone. I was beginning to lose my love for the sport. Then Coach Lacie and I started working together and we focused on various aspects interconnected with running. For example, hydration, nutrient, mindset- mindset was actually a major one for me. Entering the program my mindset wasn’t the best I struggled with perfectionistic tendencies, negative self talk that led to spirals, and just a negative mindset overall. Well Coach Lacie and I worked through this. Actually she guided me through this worksheet geared towards reframing your mindset and she helped me realize that instead of being super self critical or forcing this false positivity unto myself that I can evaluate like this: this might not have been ideal but 1. What are some wins or good things I can take away from this experience? 2. What are some things that I’ve learned and can work on? 3. And lastly to just realized that there are uncontrollable variables and to accept that and be ok with it. So those mindset techniques along with other habits I improved throughout the program helped me not only as an athlete but also as a person overall. Ultimately, if you are considering or interested in this program I highly recommend it. Not only do these coaches understand the difficulties and challenges from their previous experiences with running, but they also are extremely genuine and want to see you achieve your goals. They definitely helped me achieve mine. So I definitely encourage you to join.

Before joining the program I was really struggling in my running. I felt burnt out, and like I was in a rut in my performance and training. Since starting meetings, Lacey has gotten to the core of most of my struggles. She helped me realize the root of how I was feeling. I was able to learn tools to combat my crippling negative thoughts, and steps to relax my mind and better recover my body. Lacey has helped me find my joy in running again, and If you can relate to any of what I have said, asking for help might just be the key to unlocking all those performance and life goals you have. I’ve been training and feeling better than I ever have!

Before I stared working with Lacey, I really struggled with racing anxiety and perfectionism in sport. I thought that every practice, workout, and race had to go “perfectly,” or I would completely breakdown. Since joining the program, I have found ways to reframe my perfectionist mindset. I began to understand exactly why I do this sport—and have utilized this to push me through tough days, and good ones too. In challenging my negative thoughts and instilling positive mantras, I have finished workouts and races finally feeling proud of the effort I have put forth. If you are thinking about joining the program and working with Lacey—DO IT! It has truly helped me find my love for the sport again!

I was struggling with trusting myself as a runner, doubting everything I did every day. Now I know why I run, why I did what I do and for what purpose all my effort is for! I would say do it! There is no negative, these people are so kind and always ready to help :)

Before I started with Natalie, I was mentally struggling more than I’ve ever struggled. All I saw was my identity tied to running, I wasn’t having fun anymore, all I cared about was getting a PR, and I lost the love for running. Once I joined the program, I made a change and with Natalie’s help I started to find the love and passion for running again, I wasn’t as focused on a PR, and I finally started enjoying it again. Since then, I’ve been more focused on positive mindset and setting realistic goals for myself while staying motivated and to anyone who is considering doing this, do it. It’s okay to ask for help and to want too make a change. You won’t be disappointed.

• I was struggling with overwhelming anxiety before races and wasn’t able to sleep even days before my race. I wasn’t enjoying the sport how I wanted to. • I have seen lots of results since joining the program. This season, I have been able to sleep well every night before my race. I’ve felt more confident on the line and have been able to be present and enjoy this season. • The most meaningful mindset changes have been being able to reframe the negative thoughts in my head, and realizing that there are so many other things about this sport to enjoy than just a PR. Just being able to talk through and focus on the problem instead of pushing it aside gave me lots of results. • I would tell them that they definitely should. Even if they have tried other similar things before like I did, this program is different and it really helps to change your mindset.

Before this program I struggled with always being hard on myself and didn’t enjoy racing. The program has not only helped me with running but as a person. It’s taught he how to be more positive, control my emotions, help with races and workouts, and not to self doubt myself. It helped me not let the negative thoughts take over and control me.!I’m starting to see the runner I can be when all of these are out together. I liked learning how to finally believe in myself and not to be so hard. Now when things get hard I can be more patient. I enjoyed the progress over the months.

Before I worked with Natalie, I had a major surgery that messed with my mentality. I lost having fun in races and was putting so much pressure on myself to make up for the time I was out recovering from surgery. I was having so many expectations that it caused me to perform poorly. I would be in the middle of a race and give up because something went wrong or someone passed me. I took the fun out of racing and would be so disappointed with myself after every race and then I took the fun out of practices and would have panic attacks in the middle because I was giving up mid rep and I didn’t know why. I was really struggling with perfectionism and had a hard time seeing my wins. Since joining the program, I have been a more flexible person. I don’t worry about the small things anymore and prioritize rest and recovery. I have learned to push through races when things don’t go to plan. Natalie has been such a helpful tool and if you struggle with perfectionism and the sport you love so much isn’t feeling very fun I definitely recommend!

This program has helped me transform my mindset to better improve my running results. To any other runners considering using this program, I would highly recommend it. It has helped me become the best version of myself both on and off the track.

I was struggling with anxiety about races and even breaking down in the middle of some. I was also struggling with comparing myself to teammates and defining my success off of what they did. Since joining the program I have started to enjoy racing more and stopped dreading it. I have been able to notice when I have negative thoughts and reframe them during workouts and races. I have also been able to notice the comparison and remind myself how little it matters what others do. The mindset changes are overall being more positive and using tools during workouts and races to stay mentally strong the entire time. Lifestyle changes I made were drinking electrolytes and having more concrete morning and night time routines that include no phone. If another runner was considering working with you I’d tell them to do it. The whole runner gives an amazing amount of support and keeps you accountable for becoming the runner you want to become.

Before working with Coach Lacey, I was really struggling with pre race anxiety, losing my love for running, and constantly chasing perfection in everything I did as an athlete. Running started to feel heavy instead of something I enjoyed. I joined the Whole Runner Project because I didn’t just want to run better. I wanted to feel better as both a person and a collegiate runner. Through working with Coach Lacey, I have built an actual toolbox of skills that I use all the time, including calming my anxiety, creating routines that work for me, and learning how to show up to practice and races with confidence and joy again. I am beyond grateful for this program and for the growth I have experienced through it, not just as an athlete, but as a person too.
I struggled a lot with believing in myself. I would get in the middle of races and feel like I couldn't mentally push myself. I wanted to run fast and strong, but got stuck in the middle with self-doubt and fear. There may be times were I still struggle, I now see progress over perfection. I look at the daily wins instead of the daily failures. I have tried to lesson the inner critic in my head through just attempting and starting things that I am too afraid. I learned that when I procrastinate or push something off it's because I need to have the perfect picture of appearing to have everything all together, but reality is no one has everything figured out. I am keeping promises to myself because I learned that I owe that to my current self for feeling more confident, but also to my younger self because she had to overcome so much to get to the point I am today. I also do it for my future self whenever that inner critic comes in. In order to be the fastest or strongest runner you can be you need to learn to take risks, this program might just be the risk you need to take.

Before working with Lacy, I dreaded racing. I would get so nervous for a race multiple days before. I did not enjoy running and wasn’t prioritizing my mental and physical health. Since joining the program, I’ve regained so much of my love for running. Looking forward to racing and spending time with my team has completely changed my running career. I have become more consistent and hit the mileage I need to prepare for my upcoming track season. Working with the program has changed not just running, but it has changed my life. Daily journaling has added so much meaning to my life in two ways. Setting goals gives me little things to strive for each day, eventually leading to bigger changes. Daily gratitude has shifted my mindset to focusing on the good things in life. I have also improved my sleep schedule throughout the program. If another runner asked me if they should join the program, I would say yes without hesitation. My life looks completely different now than it did six months ago, and I am so grateful for that!

I struggle with making time for myself. That means taking time to do my workouts, pay attention to my eating and not beating myself up if I do not follow everything perfectly. Working with Natalie has helped me to be ok with not having to be perfect at everything at one time. This process is a lifestyle change with eating and exercise. I have been able to lose and maintain my weight loss even if I am not perfect. Natalie takes the time to explain to me why I'm doing things not just do it. I have been able to lose weight and keep it off for months. I used to put it back on fast if I needed a few days off. Natalie is helping me to make choices that will last. I would tell others that Natalie is a great motivator and she will tell it like it is. Give Natalie a chance and you will love working with her.

Before I started working with Natalie and Lacey I was struggling with extreme perfectionism around the sport and debilitating pre race anxiety. One of the biggest things I learned and accepted during my work was that there is a long road ahead, which can be a good thing. I've become much more process oriented and am actually much less hard on myself. I've been learning how to find the little joys and gratitude along the way. I have been opened up to a whole new world of mental performance, how big of a piece it is and how to train it. I am so excited to take all the things I've learned and start working with them more.

Prior to starting the program, I was terrified even thinking about race day. In both workouts and races I had very little confidence and the race was over before it even started. I was reluctant to make a change in time management and I worried about so many things that I actually could control. Since joining the program, I have gained the confidence that I needed to set the pace from the gun and not look back. Also, I feel so much less stressed and I view the sport in a much more positive light. Lacey helped me to assess all of the challenges that I experienced in the sport and how to grow from them. I enjoy running again and it doesn't feel like a chore. Creating my "why" and purpose for running has made a huge change in my daily life. Additionally, I am on a better schedule and routine. I would say to a runner considering this program to absolutely go for it! It has made a huge difference for me and I feel like a completely different athlete than I did three months ago.

Before this program I struggled with being un confident and putting a lot of pressure on myself. This program has helped me re-gain my confidence and recognize my stress and nerves before a race so i could calm them down and perform to my highest ability. My time management and routines have gotten so much better as well as my mindfulness. I would recommend this program so much because of how much it’s helped my mindset towards running and life in general.

Before I started working with this program I was in a mental block. I would be going to races without any confidence, being overly nervous and i would be overthinking my training all the time. At first when I joined the program I doubted it and I never bought into it, but once I truly believed that it would help me I really saw changes. I changed my mindset to be more positive, I would go to races a lot more excited than nervous, and overall I just started to enjoy track way more than I used too. I definitely believe that if you use this course to its full potential you can overcome any mental blocks like I did.

Before this, I was very PR-focused and often struggled to reach my best times because I would think negatively before races and lose confidence when the race became difficult. Now, I focus less on my PR and more on the effort I put into each race. I go into races with a positive mindset and have learned to push harder in the middle of races. I am also more aware of everything during training and races. Having consistent routines has really helped me stay focused and manage my mindset. I believe working on these habits would help anyone who struggles with a negative mindset and nerves over racing.

1. Before I started this program I was really struggling with self confidence and not having the same drive to run like I had in the past. 2. The results that I have seen since joining the program are I am so much more confident in myself, I have learned how to reframe negative thoughts, and overall having a more positive mindset with running and everyday life. 3. Mindset changes I have made are giving myself more positive self because one of the biggest things I have learned in this program is that your daily mindset will show up on race day. 4. I would say to trust the process you will see results, and progress isn't linear!

When I started working with Lacey in the whole runner project I was really struggling with confidence in races, I used to train really well and at the moment of the competition I just shut down and had poor outcomes, I didn´t enjoyed racing and got really anxious and worried about the outcome. Since joining the program I have seen improvements in my life in general but specially in racing and training, I have learned to enjoy sport again, finding comfort and direction in my why and purpose, I have learned to focus on my controlables and the process instead of the outcome and just being grateful of my progress and my sport. I have made really big changes in my mindset and lifestyle for instance I have improved my recovery such as my sleep, I have started really good habits such as journaling, breathing and using mantras, I have become a more optimistic person and I have less anxiety in general because I have learned to just focus on the present and don´t worry myself thinking on negative what ifs or negative outcomes, insted being confident on my work and just live and enjoy the moment. To any runner considering entering the program I would say completely go for it, it is a life-changing experience, I am really grateful of having the opportunity of working with you guys, I have acquired life-long learnings and abilities that will help me in many aspects of my life not only sports, and overall I have remebered that I am more than an athlete, this has help me seen the bigger picture and loose my fear of racing and just enjoying it and giving my best.

Before I started working with The Whole Runner Project, I was honestly not okay mentally with running. I looked confident on the outside, but before races I was anxious all the time. I was scared of failing. Scared of disappointing people. And if a race didn’t go exactly how I wanted, I would shut down completely. One bad race could ruin everything for me. Running used to be something I loved, but it started to feel like pressure instead of joy. My whole mood, even how I treated myself, depended on how I performed. If I ran well, I was okay. If I didn’t, I felt like I wasn’t enough. Since joining the program, I feel like I got myself back. I’m calmer before races. I don’t feel that same fear taking over my body. And during races, if something goes wrong, I don’t spiral. I reset. I use my mental tools. I fight. I stay in it. But the biggest change isn’t even my racing — it’s me. I’m more positive. I’m more grateful. I’m happier in everyday life. Running is still important to me, but it doesn’t define my worth anymore. I don’t feel like my entire world rises and falls on one performance. If another runner is thinking about working with this program, I would say do it, but be ready to really commit. It’s not magic. You have to buy in. But if you do, it can completely change how you see yourself, not just how you race.

Before joining the program I was struggling with confidence and my mindset during racing. I was starting to lose a love for the sport and felt myself constantly giving up in racing. Since joining the program, I have made so much progress with my mindset and confidence. I am becoming a better runner each and every day now. My mindset has improved tremendously, I am mentally stronger and a lot more positive than before when it comes to racing. I also have seen lots of changes in how I handle stress and anxiety towards racing. I also am gaining more and more confidence in myself. If another runner is considering to do the program I would tell them that they definitely should. Everyone deserves to enjoy their sport and the program will not only make the athlete love running again but it will make them an even better athlete than before.

Before I worked with Lacey, I struggled with the expectation of specific times and placing, and let it define if I thought I succeeded or failed. That led to paralyzing nerves before racing and anxiety before, during, and after practices. I was no longer enjoying the sport I had fallen in love with. Since joining the program, I have seen a change in my expectations and perspective on racing, which has led to a decrease in anxiety and nerves. My definition of success and failure have changed. I have also learned I can have fun while still performing well. I would tell another runner to join this program because there are many small things and thought processes I didn’t realize I was doing that were negatively impacting me.

1. I suffered from severe anxiety & nerves, a corrupted mindset and many other mental struggles relating back to running. I couldn't sleep for weeks leading up to my races, and I was terribly outcome focused and let the time on a clock define me. I was starting to become depressed and crying at my races, feeling hopeless, shaking at the starting line and under performing while feeling mentally drained every time I stepped on the track. This started affecting my body as well, as my mind was starting to correlate with my physical being and I continued to keep getting injured and never felt 100%. 2. I am happy to say that after 3 months of this incredible program I am feeling more empowered and happier than ever when I step up to the starting line. I am committed to run in college next year and I am PRing in almost all my events while accomplishing some crazy things these past few months!! After learning from Coach Lacey about how enjoyable this sport can be, I have a whole new view on running as a whole. 3. All the tools I have learned can also be applied to life outside of running and help with anxiety overall. I have learned to redirect my thinking and remind myself that I am not defined by my sport. Thank you Coach Lacey and Coach Natalie for your help in getting my mindset to where it needed to be all these years. I am so blessed to be a part of this program and will never forget what I have learned!! 4. I would tell another runner considering joining this program that it is 100% worth your time and effort and you will get out of it what you put into it. My family and I were hesitant to join at first but I am so glad we did. The progress that has been made is life-changing! you can of course use my testimonial but I just ask that you keep it anonymous and don't use my name :)

Before I started working with Coach Lacey and Natalie, I had some overpowering mindset struggles, that really affected my performance, and i really struggled with perfectionism. Since joining the program, I have been so much more confident in myself and I have finally seen what I can control versus uncontrollable factors, and how to manage those uncontrollable factors. I have learned how to manage the perfectionism in me. Some things that have changed in my life are how I see myself, how I look at the sport I love (running), and how to be a better athlete through having the correct mindset. I have so much knowledge on how to control a negative mindset. If another runner is considering working with these coaches, i would say it’s worth it. The results are life changing.

I was struggling with my confidence and my mindset durning workouts and races. Through this program I’ve gained confidence, enjoyment, and am excited to race! My mindset has shifted from dreading races and workouts and getting really nervous before them to being prepared and ready. I’ve also been more productive, less stressed, and overall happier in my everyday life. I would tell anyone who’s considering to work with this program to just do it, because at first I was really unsure but now I couldn’t be happier that I did it and it has helped my mindset and running so much!

Before I started this program, I was checking out in the middle of races, and dissasociating on what was going on. I also would get extremely nervous before my races, which made me hate racing. Since joining this program, I have been able to stay present during my races, as well as have a whole new thought process on how to mentally stay engaged when things become challenging. I have also been able to enjoy racing again, and calm my nerves down as well. Some lifestyle changes I have made is doing a daily gratitude journal, which has made me appreciate everything in my life so much more. I have also been able to set my phone aside for 30 minutes before I go to bed and be off of it the first 30 minutes after I wake up. This has helped me start of my days way better and stress free. If you are like me, and just need some guidance on how to overcome the mental challenges that its takes to be a distance runner, this is the program for you. Natalie and Lacey have been so helpful and supportive during this program, as well as they have shared experiences that allow them to connect with their athletes so much more.

Before joining the program I really struggled with my identity as a runner. I had a lot of high expectations coming into cross country season and after weeks of failing to meet them, I ended the season burnt out and questioning whether I would continue to run. Thankfully, I started working with Coach Lacey and have never felt better about things! I feel confident going into races and know how to deal with hard moments that happen during them. Besides running, my everyday stress management and care routines are better than ever which has been beneficial in all aspects of my life and are tools I’ll use forever. Anyone who is struggling with running right now should 100% join because these are people who have been in your situation before and know how to help!

Before I started working with Lacey, I was struggling to enjoy running and racing. I was also struggling with continuous injuries. Since I joined the program, I have noticed a big change in my mindset. I have been focusing on the positive and reframing any negative thoughts. I have learned how I can find joy in racing again! My parents, coaches, and teammates have all noticed a big change in my attitude. This program taught me to how I can appreciate the opportunities I have to run and race. I have also changed my daily routine and incorporated daily journaling and mindfulness. I would highly recommend this program to another runner considering it!

Before working with coach Lacy and Natalie I was struggling super bad with comparison to my teammates and being way too serious on race day. I wouldn’t smile or talk and it was basically life or death. Since joining this program I have learned many many things including realizing I’m on my own journey, advice about hydration and nutrition, and so so many more tools. Now on race day I will warm up with my teammates, talk to my competitors and even smile and pose for pics on the line. To another runner considering to work with Natalie, I would definitely recommend it. She has such amazing advice for everything and teaches you things you use both in and outside running.

To another runner considering to work with Natalie, I would definitely recommend it. She has such amazing advice for everything and teaches you things you use both in and outside running.

My daughter had lost her love of runner, her confidence, got caught up in worrying about results. Watching her this past XC season I knew something had to change. This program changed her, my daughter is not only back but she is better than back. She is using the tools that they gave her to navigate big race nerves, taking care of her needs when it comes to training and racing, realizing there is a life outside of running, her confidence has grown, just seeing all of this in just 3 months is incredible!

I was struggling with confidence, perfectionism, pre-race nerves, and my own self talk I have seen results of a complete shift in how i speak to myself, more joy towards the sport, I can recognize and redirect my perfectionist tendencies, and I have identified why I run and love it. I also have built way better habits with sleep and recovery! I am overall a more positive athlete and I don’t let the words of others hang over me and impact my self worth. I am far more calm and have less anxiety with running. I would say if however much you put into it, you will definitely get out. It’s so important for the longevity of your sport to be in a good place mentally, and this program sets you up for success in that aspect! The program breaks down running to the smallest pieces, so you can build yourself back better than you started!

Some things I was struggling with when I started was self confidence and comparison. Since the program I have seen a lot of progress with this. My coach helped me to reframe my thoughts I used to think about myself. After finishing the program I feel more confident in myself. I’ve changed the way I view myself and how I think. Now whenever I talk about myself negatively, I try my best to shift my mindset to things that are true. If another runner wants to do this program I would definitely encourage them to do it. It definitely helped me and I know it can help so many people.

My daughter was struggling to perform in big races and wasn’t consistently reaching her potential. In the days leading up to races during cross country and track season, she found it difficult to sleep. Despite her dedication to training and doing everything right, she finally broke down and admitted that she needed help. During this challenging time, I started noticing posts on Instagram that perfectly described what we were experiencing with our daughter. We began sharing these posts with her, and after a heartfelt conversation, we decided to meet with Natalie. Following our meeting, we enrolled in the program for three months. The weekly group sessions, constant coaching support through messaging, and bi-weekly meetings with her coach have truly transformed our daughter's mindset. We’ve seen a significant reduction in her negativity and self-doubt. She is starting to sleep better, and the week leading up to races feels less stressful. Even when she doesn’t achieve a personal record, she’s happier after races. The bonus is also that she is often meeting her goals and setting the personal records too! This program has been nothing short of amazing for our daughter, offering various options for continued support after the initial three months. They even guarantee results if your child puts in the effort. If there are areas that still need attention after the three months, they will extend support at no additional cost. Moreover, it has taught her to take responsibility for her outcomes and to make fewer excuses. It has truly been a game changer, and it is absolutely worth the time and investment!

Before I began working with Coach Natalie, I was struggling with the comparison game I played with myself and others, as well as a lack of calm, confidence, and engagement in racing. Since joining, I have seen the greatest results in the consistency I have in training and daily mindset. In the last three months, I have been able to stack multiple good days on top of each other to build a solid foundation for myself going forward. I have stepped off the emotional roller coaster of perfectionism that existed in many aspects of my life. This step also allowed me to greater understand contentment and identity outside of athletics. One big change I have made is journaling in the morning and at evening. Finding the positives trains your mind to be able to reframe the bad moments that inevitably come in races and in life! In moments of stress and negativity, I am able to be more self-aware and better manage the emotions I feel. If you are looking to work with a mindset coach, come with an attitude of curiosity and an open mind. This program requires work, but the work becomes habit and habit becomes change. Recognize your initial hesitations and push yourself to say YES.

1: Having a negative mindset, and feeling as if my identity was all about being a runner 2: More positive self talk, enjoying running more, and being able to realize it’s okay to not always get that PR 3: Having a positive mindset on life not just running, taking care of myself and letting my body rest 4: Lacey is the best! She’s really helped me become not just a stronger runner, but a stronger person.

What were you struggling with before we started working together? I was struggling with comparison, overthinking, self-expectation, confidence, and perfectionism. What results have you seen since joining the program? I have been a lot more present in my daily life, I have positive thoughts come more naturally, and I am able to handle hard situations better by focusing on what I can control. I also have found more joy in my life outside of running. What mindset or lifestyle changes have you made? For my mindset I have been able to identify and reframe negative thoughts, discover why I love to run, and find confidence in who I am regardless of performance. Lifestyle changes I've made include developing routines that bring me peace, keep me present, and allow me to recover better. I have also had less stress by incorporating stress management tools. What would you say to another runner who's considering working with me? Coach Lacey is so great at giving advice with whatever you are going through! She can relate to the demands of a collegiate athlete and always offers productive feedback that is so helpful. I truly have felt more free and like a weight is off my shoulders since joining this program.

Before I started working with coach Lacey, I was nervous, mentally and physically drained. I was dealing with some health issues and had a hard time trusting the recovery process along with my mindset. Since joining the program coach Lacey has taught me how to reframe my mindset and help me learn skills to improve my running. In addition, I've also gotten back to having fun, not just running, but also the process that comes with it. Now I have a better balance of school and running. There is overall less stress now, and my coach and I have both seen a change in my behavior and attitude towards races that were not perfect. My mindset and truly become more positive since joining the program. I'm not going to lie when I first saw this program, I was unsure. I didn't believe that my mindset was the thing holding me back. But since joining the program I have learned that my mind affects everything. From me being reluctant to take a break when needed, to having too many nerves on the line. This program was truly helpful, not just with running, but also with everyday life and finding the perfect balance between school, recovery, nutrition and running. To any runner struggling with nervs and being drained I 100% recommend this program. Your mindset Is everything.

Before my daughter started working with a coach here, she really struggled with getting down on herself after races, getting anxious just thinking about races and not giving herself any grace. Now, she journals before races and has a routine. She understands that every race is not going to be a PR. She now trusts the process in her training. In general, she is much more positive about cross-country and track and field. I am so proud of her for the work she’s done and I’m so appreciative of everything that to this program has done for her.

1. Before working with Coach Lacey I was struggling a lot with perfectionism, race anxiety, and putting my worth in times not my effort. 2. I have noticed more confidence in both my racing and mental when it comes to running. I focus a lot more on things I could do to change during a race like going out harder instead of times. 3. I have shifted from focusing purely on outcome, changing my mind to focus more on my races and things that are within my control. I have realised that my race anxiety was holding me back alot and was limiting my potential as an athlete. 4. I would say do the program because you learn valuable things that can carry with you into real life and not just racing/running. It is a great opportunity to shift your mindset to help you in all aspects of life.

1: Having a negative mindset, feeling like running is my whole individuality, not enjoying running/training 2: I have found that I have had a more positive mindset and that I have found myself enjoying running again 3: I have learned that somedays are going to suck and be hard but all that you can do is push through the pain and give it all you have. I have also learned to focus on the process instead of the outcome and realizing it is okay not to get that time or pr sometimes. 4: Lacy is the best! She has helped me out so much, making me not just a more confident runner but a more confident person as well!

Before starting this program, I was struggling to enjoy running/racing in college and was striving for perfection both on and off the track. I was finishing races feeling disappointed in the results, knowing that there was something holding me back from achieving my goals. By working with Coach Lacey, I started working through why I began running to begin with. This program truly changed my perspective on running/racing and allowed me to find my why and purpose for competing. I am so much more grateful for each mile I get to run and race I get to be in. Throughout the program I ended up having some health problems that left me unable to run for several weeks. I don't think I would have been able to handle it as well if I wasn't actively working on my mindset prior to this. Coach Lacey helped me find small wins each day and start focusing on what I can control. I would definitely recommend taking the time to work on your mindset as it is so worth it!

I was struggling with my identity tied to running and race results. I had a lot of race anxiety and was not performing like myself. I have been able to come out of races finding things to be proud of. I’ve not let one bad race tear me down. I have been able to manage my race nerves which has overall helped all parts of my running. I have found so many new interests and hobbies outside of my sport. I’ve learned how to manage my stress. I have also found new ways to keep a positive mindset in all aspects of life. Working with this program was one of the best decisions I have made. I have learned who I am outside of just being a runner, which has overall improved my running performance. I’ve tackled and overcame my struggles and am so happy I decided to try this program!

Before working together, I struggled with a lot of nerves before races and would give up when they got hard. I would feel physically sick before racing, and my entire body would ache. I was also tying my worth to the times I ran. Now, I am much more positive about running overall and actually do it because I enjoy it, not just because I’m trying to achieve a certain time. I can approach races more relaxed and genuinely have fun while racing. I have also learned how to manage stress and prioritize recovery much better. To another runner considering working with you, I would say 100 percent do it! It takes work and consistency, but ultimately it will make your experience with running and racing so much more enjoyable and lead to better results.

Before joining, I struggled with my self-talk and negativity around racing. It led to big spirals in the later part of races, and I grew to dread racing. Since starting, I have grown so much in my ability to stop negative thoughts from taking over and I am able to stay present in the moment better than I ever have. I now look forward to racing, and that isn’t something I thought possible just a little while ago. I also love running again, more than I ever have. My life has changed, because I’ve built up good recovery habits over these past few months that have made a big difference. I also can check out from running and let myself be present in life, no matter how running is going at the time. The program takes work, but the new love for racing I have has made it all worth it, without even bringing the big improvement in times I’ve made on the table.

Before joining, my typical reaction to an off feeling workout was to immediately throw in the towel, get irritated, and spiral into thinking everything was going downhill. If I cut a run short, it felt like the 'end of the world.' Whenever I missed a session, I’d make excuses and tell myself I’d make it up later, but then I’d never actually follow through. I was stuck in an all or nothing mindset, letting one bad moment ruin my confidence and breaking promises to myself. How I respond to hard days is completely different now. I’ve realized that one workout doesn’t frame an entire season, a week, or even a single day. You can have a bad morning run and bounce back 8 hours later, one run never defines you. Physically, I’ve hit the highest mileage of my life (65+ mpw) and I'm building past it completely healthy, with zero injuries or nicks all summer. Best of all, I’m not burnt out. I feel fully capable of hitting my goals and genuinely excited to get back on the line and push with my teammates. The biggest mindset change I made was shifting from 'I have to run' to 'I get to run.' I stopped viewing hard training as a burden and started appreciating the opportunity. There are so many people who don't get to do what we do, so why not live up to it and give it everything? On the lifestyle side, I built real structure into my training: I became disciplined about getting 2 lift sessions in every week, stacking double session days when appropriate, and actually understanding the nutrition and hydration required to fuel a high volume block. If you feel like your mindset is holding you back and actively limiting you from reaching your goals, you have a real opportunity right now to make a change. A strong mindset isn't just going to magically happen to you, you have to step up and actually go do something about it. If you're serious about taking your running to the next level, stop waiting and pull the trigger.

I was putting too much pressure on myself to PR every race, and no matter the outcome I would feel disappointed in myself. Since starting this program, I’ve noticed that my confidence has grown, I am more focused on the process of improving over the outcomes, and I have so much more gratitude. What has helped me accomplish this is focusing on what I can control, teaching myself to learn something from every run or race, reframing my negative thoughts, and practicing gratitude. This program is very helpful and worth it!!

Before I started this program I was struggling with managing race stress and running through the pain. I would compare myself to my teammates and focused on the outcome instead of my execution. Since joining the program, I've enjoyed running a lot more! I was scared for the season because of the races, but now with the tools I learned I feel much more confident and excited to start racing! I want to work with my teamates to be the best runners we can be. A mindset change I have made is focusing on positivity. Whenever a run felt bad I used to spiral into more and more negative thoughts and would focus a lot on what I couldn't control. Now, when I feel bad, I focus on what I can control on my run, like having a positive attitude, and it's so much more fun! I also now journal every day which helps stack up positive moments that I can go back to and look at if I'm having a bad day. I would tell a runners that's considering working with you that they should definitely do it! It has helped me so much with loving my sport again and has given me confidence going into the season. The one on one coaching is very helpful to get personalized help for what each person is struggling with. All the coaches are very nice and they care about each athlete, not only as a runner, but also as a person.

Before I joined this program I was not enjoying running and I really struggled with comparing myself to other runners. Running started to feel draining and like a chore rather then something I enjoyed doing. Since joining the program I've felt much more confident and happy about running. The most helpful part of the program for me has been learning to give myself grace when things in running don't go to plan and realize that. I have also found that learning to apply this skill in running has also helped me apply it to other places in life. If you have lost sight of why you are doing this sport or feel that you would just like extra support with your running career I would highly recommend this program.
