When I first met him, he told me he couldn't read my poker face and that was quite an honor because I couldn't read his either. When I first came to work for him, I noticed that everybody felt they had this deep, personal connection to him which is why I decided to never have a deep, personal connection to him. Ha! Being a great salesperson is one thing, being able to mold and create a well oiled sales machine is another. Scott Leese is able to create well structured self sufficient sales machines. I have witnessed this first hand at OutboundEngine when I came with very little sales experience, and I was able to absorb his trickle down sales teachings and techniques. We all know what we are good at, it's a given.
