I recently joined Soho Dragon out of our Denver office after previously working with the team from a partnership perspective. I joined Soho because of the solid working relationships I had already developed and the nimble and agile nature with which the team was able to deliver intricate engagements. The organization combines the best attributes of the stability of working at a large company while encouraging thought leadership and the ability to affect change typical of smaller firms. My role here is to run the GRC Advisory practice as well as add to our existing client book of business while ensuring the highest Delivery standards. I appreciate the culture here as well as the latitude given to run the practice based on best practices learned over my professional services career.
