I'm monetizing my knowledge and expertise as a lawyer who has been enthralled with the possibilities of AI and Gen AI since November 2022. I am a consultant and training expert to midsized law firms. I had many aha! moments during the course. The biggest one was the necessity to revitalize my mental state in approaching my business and the monetization of my expertise. The most important belief that has changed for me is the necessity to create, build, and sell digital products. While I will still do consultations and training to generate revenue, the digital products flywheel is not engrained in my belief system around monetizing strategies.
