Mike's course is fantastic! I came in knowing next to nothing about Stoicism and came away with a firm foundation and framework to help me in my Stoicism journey going forward. Practical Stoicism has helped me to become more mindful of my thoughts and actions when I view them through this new lens. The daily Stoic quotes/meditations were very helpful in helping me reflect on different aspects of my life and personality, and figure out how they could be enhanced with the wisdom of the Stoics. Mike is very knowledgable, friendly, approachable, and engaging. The live sessions were very interesting and fun and I made several new friends! Highly recommended!
