I've had my Nikon D50 for a few years and have NEVER opened the manual, let alone taken a online course on how to take photos and use the darn camera. Decided to bite the bullet and sign up for your course and ohmygosh am I glad I did! You guys do an awesome job explaining every aspect in such detail. Everyone should sign up for this course and see the immediate results of brilliant photos. Highly, highly recommend!

I shot my very first picture in manual mode (a mode i have been heretofore very, very, afraid). It's not a fancy portrait or even anything important and it certainly is not comparable to the awesome work I see by other students on this page, but I'm in love with the fact that (a) I did it, and (b) I know what I did and can replicate it. A very nice camera that has been sitting in my closet for a very long time because it's owner was uninformed is going to be put to good use.
I'm one half-hour session into Photography 101 and I'm testifying to the power of Shoot Fly Shoot!
