Sarah Thompson

HR Associate

My name is Sarah Thompson. I am an Human Resources Professional with my local municipality. I find that as I learn to use the six seconds tools, I continue to appreciate how simple they are to understand. Their simplicity also makes them easier to understand for others in my workplace. This also leads to ease of use, which has me leaning into the knowledge more.

My name is Anna, I am a psychologist with more than 25 years of experience in HR, I have always thought that things could be done much better in organizations. After the course I realized that the missing piece of the puzzle is applying emotional intelligence in our daily work and personal life. Applying emotional intelligence has given me freedom and makes me want to be more emotional and intentional every day.

Hi my name is Eugenia and attending UEQ was such an eye opening experience. I've always known and believed that EQ was important in every aspect of life but learning from Six Seconds, I now have a deeper understanding and appreciation EQ has in developing relationships and improving our quality of life. The trainers are excellent too and I am learning so much from them. I'm also learning so much about myself through this journey and I am looking forward to attending the EQ Practitioner course. Thank you Six Seconds!

I'm Craig Maslowsky, I'm a higher ed enrollment leader and I found the Six Seconds Unlocking EQ course to be an excellent introduction to emotional intelligence and to Six Seconds. My instructor was Brian Armbrust and he really made the experience exceptional by creating a comfortable, safe place for us to share and work together through topics that naturally get personal and involve emotion. Beyond that, he used engagement with the group to explore the core philosophies of Six Seconds and how we might use them in our own lives, both professionally and at home. I am excited to move ahead to the EQPC course next.

I am Jenn and I work in Leadership Development. We use the SEI to help our leaders identify their strengths and areas of opportunities so they can become their best self. Working in leadership, Six Seconds helps develop self-awareness and identity blind spots that we may or may not be fully aware of. Six Seconds is focused on the emotions as data rather than "this is what you need to fix" and that creates a safety net for folks who may not have any prior knowledge or awareness of EQ. As a mother, friend, partner, colleague, HUMAN, EQ adds meaning to our world and has helped me to identify how I can be my my best AND grant grace to myself when I maybe am not my best. This is an invaluable aspect of Six Seconds for folks in leadership roles. Too often we focus on what we arent doing well enough and Six Seconds helps folks to see what they can leverage to help meet goals, improve well-being, relationships, etc.

The KCG framework offers a straightforward approach to self-discover emotions and map the road for effective actions. It has helped me organize my thoughts and follow well-structured, proven solutions. I can confidently say that unlocking emotional intelligence (EQ) provides a solid foundation for pursuing Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) training and understanding the dynamics of emotions.

Pamela Williams
My name is Pamela Williams, and I began working with 6seconds in 2010. As life would have it, work pulled me in different directions and have now led me back to a place I always called home. Having just completed UEQ, it was a great place to rekindle my love for EQ and jump start the next chapter of my life - coaching and practicing EQ full time. Being a part of the Six Seconds Network has been an incredibly enriching experience. From the moment I joined, I felt welcomed into a community that is not only passionate about emotional intelligence but also dedicated to fostering growth and connection. I look forward to the day when we can truly say that a billion people are practicing EQ. One of the most remarkable aspects of being a member is the sense of belonging. Within the network, there is a shared commitment to personal and professional development, and everyone is supportive of each other's journeys. Whether it's through online forums, workshops, or events, there's always an opportunity to learn from others and to contribute to the collective knowledge. But perhaps the most rewarding aspect of being in this network is the sense of purpose that comes from knowing that we're all working towards a common goal: to create a more emotionally intelligent world. Whether it's through coaching, education, or advocacy, each member plays a vital role in spreading awareness and facilitating positive change. In summary, being a part of the Six Seconds Network has been nothing short of transformative. It's a place where I feel empowered to grow, connect, and make a meaningful difference in the world.

My learning at 6seconds was tremendous and it is incredible to see how much work can be done at the level of emotions and how all life outcomes depend so directly on our emotional intelligence. The State of the Heart report is an excellent step towards understanding of EI at the global level and the assessments that 6seconds provides are highly valid and reliable. They are highly insightful for my clients and take coaching to a new level.

As a leadership coach, a trainer and consultant, I find Six Seconds workshops to be a journey of growth not just workshops to increase knowledge. With every workshop and certification I attended (and they are many) I felt the growth and the ability to practically implement and use in my personal and professional life. Six Seconds Leadership workshops have all the tools to support leaders become more aware, purposeful and able to increase their choices in managing self and others.

I found "My Year in Review: A Personal Progress Blueprint" incredibly valuable for reevaluating the past year from a rejuvenated perspective, particularly as I navigate burnout and compassion fatigue. The tools helped me recognize wins and progress that I may have otherwise missed and clarified key patterns and phrasing that influenced my perspective and hindered my progress last year.

What made it great, was the fact that I learned to keep on working on myself, mentally, emotionally, and physically In order to be in control of my thoughts, words, feelings and actions. And also to help to others become the best version of themselves by applying emotional intelligence to their daily life.

I find this reflection activity to be unlike any I have previously experienced. It goes beyond merely contemplating the past year and delves into the emotional aspects associated with it, emphasizing the importance of not just having a goal but a 'noble goal.' The categories for reflection are distinct from the conventional "wheel of life," offering prompts to navigate obstacles, barriers, and challenges. It encourages me to recognize patterns, fostering a perspective of optimism. This reflective activity has a profound impact. The thoughtfully structured program prompts me to consider aspects that I hadn't explored before. It doesn't surprise me, as Six Seconds consistently excels in its approach, surpassing my expectations once again. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity this program has provided. Thank you immensely for this enriching experience.

UEQ allowed me to form a deeper understanding of myself, and myself in relation to the society. It allowed me to gain valuable insights of my strengths and areas where I am able to work on to better my emotional intelligence. The KCG model was particularly helpful as it allowed me to truly understand each component and how it comes together to making decisions, not just for myself, but for others around me. I have learnt that the key area that I can work on is the “Know” yourself component. Relationships start with knowing and being able to articulate how I am feeling and this will serve as a reminder for me to take a step back before concluding any decision and to then accept the consequences of that decision gracefully and courageously.

Hi there I'm a 59-year old male, qualified chemical engineer with an MBA, and currently the Managing Executive of a business unit of a listed company in South Africa. I have recently completed coach and enneagram training through and ICF-accredited training provided, and I'm in the process of setting up a part-time, after-hours coaching practice. My ideal clients are young entrepreneurs, founders, leaders, managers, and professional persons with a life-time of opportunities ahead of them, and to be part of their journey of self-discovery and improvement. I want to work with people that want to change the world and do wonderful things that will improve life for every person on this planet. I just completed the "My year in review" course, and found it VERY well structured in terms of content and flow, and VERY thought-provoking. It forced me to review some of my assumptions, read up on many concepts (amongst others the 6seconds resources), think things over, and dive deep into myself. It has certainly given my a better understanding of my default "patterns", and clarified to a large extent what I want to do going forward. I found this to be very practical and a hugely beneficial exercise.

I'm an educator working towards a counselor credential and I would have said that I was stuck with being frustrated numerous times for this past year. Using Six Seconds’, Personal Progress Blueprint has already moved me forward to a new year. It’s no doubt to me that just using the Blueprint tool alone as an emotional intelligence tool, proves that it is an invaluable resource for both students and staff in schools. Its emphasis on developing emotional intelligence skills aligns seamlessly with the growing recognition of the critical role emotional intelligence plays in personal and professional success. For students, I believe the Blueprint tool Six Seconds provides is an easy and yet structured framework to understand and manage their emotions, fostering self-awareness and self-regulation. This, in turn, contributes to a positive and conducive academic and general learning environment. The tool also facilitates effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building healthy relationships among students and between students and teachers. Moreover, Six Seconds is equally beneficial for school staff especially school leadership, offering a comprehensive approach to enhance their emotional intelligence. The tool equips educators and administrators with the tools to create a supportive atmosphere, improving their ability to connect with students on an emotional level. By cultivating emotional intelligence among staff, this approach by Six Seconds contributes to better collaboration, conflict resolution, and overall well-being within the school community. As schools increasingly recognize the importance of holistic development, Six Seconds approach stands out as a resource in fostering emotional intelligence, creating a positive effect on our educational system. Glad to be part of this movement!! Thank you for the opportunity!

This was great, time well spent reflecting on 2023 and get some planning in for 2024. It was a nice exercise to actually see how I walk with my noble goal daily. I share this with other members of my team. This will be part of our retreat Jan 2024.

Transformational Consulting and Coaching Group, LL

My name is Robin C Blake. I am a Consultant/Coach and a Certified EQ Practitioner, Assessor, and Performance Metrics at Six Seconds. Over the years, I have enjoyed taking courses with Six Seconds and utilizing their assessments with my clients. I recently completed the "My Year in Review: A Personal Progress Blueprint" course. The course emphasizes the value of pattern recognition, self-awareness, emotional navigation, resilience, optimism, and goal planning. This course has been an invaluable journey that has deeply enriched my ability to pursue my noble goal of inspiring and educating organizational leaders. Why is this course invaluable for coaches, consultants, facilitators, and educators? Through pattern recognition and reflection, this course encouraged me to look back on my experiences, both successes, and challenges, and identify recurring patterns. This self-awareness has been a powerful tool for refining my approach to building and cultivating healthy and productive relationships within organizations. In addition, it highlights how navigating emotions during challenging times and responding to adversity with resilience and grace is essential. The course's emphasis on exercising optimism has enabled me to maintain a positive outlook even when faced with daunting challenges. The planning for the year ahead section provided a structured framework to set meaningful goals aligned with my noble goal. It empowered me to exercise optimism and plan for the year ahead with intention, equipping me with a blueprint for a year filled with purpose and continued growth that will positively impact my noble goal. I am deeply grateful for this transformative experience.

I am a senior IT Professional in the Federal Government in the US. I have recently started working in the school system, working with teenage girls on developing their self-esteem and confidence. I have found in my professional career, no matter which organization I worked in, EQ is not being talked about, and definitely not being taken into account when selecting Leadership. I also do collateral duty as an EEO Counselor and so many of the claims demonstrate a lack of emotional intelligence and people are the casualties as a result. When I completed my EQ trainings with Six Seconds, it was an eye-opener from the first class, Unlocking EQ. Not only did I see how much more effective I can be in my work life, but also how incredibly valuable it is in my home life. As I work with the young ladies, I see the need for EI/EQ to be a required skill in the school systems. As a result of the pandemic, so many of the children have been impacted in some big ways, especially through their socialization; mental health is a subject that keeps coming up and the Six Seconds network gives me the confidence I to go to take the next steps to incorporate these practices in every area of my life while being the evangelist!

I think the first 6seconds: Unlocking EQ was a very good brief introduction to the universe of emotional intelligens. It gave me as a practioner and consultant within organizational development and coaching - a very good tool to use in various ways, everyday.

I'm Robyn from Australia and I have commenced my business delivering training based on the skills of EQ because I know the difference it has made to my life and those working with me. I use so much of the training I've learnt throughout the courses- name it to tame it, recognising my patterns, what's under the iceberg, the importance of my values. Each month I attend the APAC meetings and leave feeling inspired and grateful for being able to learn and practice more EQ.

I am an executive coach and a parent coach. I have been associated with the Six Seconds community since 2009. It has always played an integral part of my coaching. This year (2023) I decided to recertify as an EQ coach. While I already have PCC by my name, I set an intention to take this course to deepen my practice by focusing deeply on emotions. I did this at the same time I was personally going through an extremely emotionally challenging life experience. I can say my choice was the best choice I ever made. I can't emphasize enough the transformative impact being in this coaching program and being a part of the Six Seconds community has had on my personal and professional life. The emphasis on self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy has significantly improved the quality of my relationships, and helped me be a better coach. Six Seconds' approach is not just about understanding emotions; it's about harnessing that understanding to create positive and meaningful change. I wholeheartedly recommend all the programs, education, tools that Six Seconds has to offer to anyone seeking to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and others. Being a part of Six Seconds means you are part of an international community of caring, generous humans. So honored to be a part of it.

I am Nevine Rashed. Currently, I work as a Retail Senior Marketing Manager at E-Finance in Cairo/Egypt. I am an EQ Coach under training, Certified EQ Practitioner/ Assessor/ Brain Profiler at Six Seconds. I am a certified Translator/Simultaneous Interpreter. I have lived for the past 12 years in Montreal and now back to Egypt. Joining Sixseconds community and learning about emotional intelligence have been an eye opening experience. Here's my roundup of emotional intelligence: It felt like therapy at the start, a journey into self-validation, self-awareness, self-love, and compassion. Emotional intelligence is the ability to pause, assess and control emotions. Know, Choose and Give yourself. Validate, explore and transform your thoughts and emotions. Feel all your feelings; they are just signals to point out what's at stake, Feelings are not meant to stay. Go on in life, at work and with your family and loved ones with strong emotional skills and rise above any challenge you face.A lack of emotional intelligence is what limits people to manage themselves, others and situations. Sixseconds is guide on this journey.

I'm an emotional intelligence coach and facilitator and my noble goal is to nurture emotional wellbeing. I'm also a network leader with Six Seconds, which means I host EQ Cafes on themes such as optimism and courage. A highlight for me this year was hosting an event in Nepal - it was so heartening to see how interested local people were in emotional intelligence. It's been an amazing journey with Six Seconds over the last 2 years. I'm far more self-aware and able to choose who I want to be. I'm also living my life with greater purpose and being true to myself. I can really FEEL this change and it's also nice to know that my scores in EQ assessments have gone up too! Six Seconds learning philosophies are the basis for the success of their training programmes. This and, of course, the amazing trainers who guided me on my path to becoming a coach. Everyday I remind myself of my noble goal and visualise myself as the person I want to be. Curious, compassionate, courageous. That bit more emotionally intelligent than yesterday. Thank you Six Seconds for showing me the path to becoming the person I never knew I could be ♥️

I'm Aleasa a coach, DEI consultant and EQ facilitator. This was truly one of the best trainings I have attended. This gave me an opportunity to reflect on my year, see the growth, identify areas I want to continue to work on and create a report about myself that was meaningful and actionable. I've worked with Six Seconds on a number of things but this was by far truly one of the best ever. Six Seconds has truly created a family of people who want to understand and navigate emotions in a way that makes for a more meaningful life.

I am Corporate Education Services provider based in India. I have ben doing so for 13 years now. After the pandemic I really lost a lot of business. I was emotionally distraught. Early this year I stumbled upon Six Seconds and was really curious to know more about the company with such a catchy name. When I did browse through a few pages of their content, it resonated with me so well. I even spoke about it to a client of mine who then said "we should do an Emotional Intelligence training program in January 2024". Wow! This year I had limited revenue and I had to cut back on many needed expenses. I was in pain. But now, I am excited and I dont know why, fully. But definitely a large part of this happiness stems from the 6 seconds EQ pointers. What stands out about their solutions is that they are precise, relevant, and easy to remember and apply. This is what the world needs today. I am so happy to learn from Joshua and his team. This is a great service they are doing to humanity but they are so modest that they dont realize the magnitude of the impact they are making to the world. Only by being aware of our emotions, managing them , and controlling negative emotions can we make ourselves a lot more loving and thereby make this world a beautiful place. I pray for them and wish them the very best in all what they do. As I see it, Joshua and team want to make this world a calm and composed place, and they want to do so at Gods speed. Good luck my friends. Hope to meet you guys in person soon. Warm regards, Ashwin Kumar

Endeavor For Change

I am a consultant trainer & Coach based out of Bangalore, India. I am working towards making the younger workforce to be able to 'Respond appropriately' to a situation rather than 'Reacting'. As a trainer I understand it will be an immense help for the younger generation to learn the EI skills to be more productive with satisfaction and balance. The training I underwent at 6 seconds helped me open a completely new perspective in looking at things. The tools and the continuing online interactions make the learning journey more enriching and interesting. Needless to mention being part of the 6 seconds community has not only helped me in my personal life but has been helping me to bring change to others. 6 Second helps me in furthering my mission of "Endeavor for Change."

As an emerging leader in the network marketing and manufacturing industries I have come from a place of having very low EQ to recognizing my need to grow. Six Seconds has provided me with the tools and techniques to both measure and advance that growth. For me that is the key difference with Six Seconds and other organizations who offer similar trainings. Anyone who leads, whether that is in the home as a parent or older sibling, to the CEO of a multinational company needs the tools of EQ to have the greatest positive impact in their personal and professional lives. We are change makers who will make the UN SDGs a reality one day at a time.

Six Seconds is a great program that takes you through an incredible process of really understanding yourself. How you operate, why you have these patterns and the part that’s the real trick, HOW TO BE BETTER. That last step is what so many models miss.Conversation that leads to action.

I am Sofia Menezes, forever in love with making communication easier between people by making them more aware about their emotional intelligence skills. Today, I have completed my third certification with Six Seconds and what I feel stands out from all courses is the power to make both trainers and trainees reflect and verbalize about personal aspects they (we) have never wondered about before. All courses have the magic of providing people with powerful insights and aha moments that can only contribute to a growing community of more self-aware and more committed-to-life's-wonders people. Six Seconds' model and tools are not only efficient...they are magical!

In my Role as a School Social Emotional Specialist and Team Leader, I faced significant challenges and felt overwhelmed. Despite my best efforts, I could not seem to make any headway. However, I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Sue McNamara, a Regional Director, Coach Trainer, and Mentor who introduced me to the Unlocking EQ course offered by Six Seconds. With her guidance, I learned how to navigate my emotions and make better decisions. This journey into emotional intelligence was invaluable and increased my self-awareness, allowing me to make more informed choices. I am deeply grateful for the positive impact this experience has had on my life The Emotional Intelligence tools from 6 Seconds have been crucial in my emotional growth, giving me the power to manage my feelings effectively. I can now ask myself the important questions that help me understand the message behind my emotions and what I'm feeling. These tools have been priceless in my interactions with students, parents, and teachers, allowing me to build stronger connections with them The KCG model has unlocked my potential and enabled me to connect with my emotions on a deeper level. It has been invaluable in my work with students, parents, and teachers at the school. As a result of this incredible transformation, I am on the path to becoming a Certified EQ Coach, and I am excited about contributing to positive change in the world. I urge everyone to embrace their emotions, commit to being smarter with their feelings, and join in this journey toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment. Emotional intelligence is a must-have in the education sector. It empowers individuals to communicate and provide assistance to their colleagues, students, and families with precision and efficacy. Improving skills such as unbiased listening and effective communication is a prerequisite to fostering positive relationships. These skills guarantee success in this field and set the foundation for a fulfilling career.

I've just completed my Unlocking EQ course and found it incredibly useful, insightful, and motivational. Discovering and exploring the models with others really helped bring them to life and appreciate others thoughts and experiences. Completing the additional eLearning helped refresh what was learned and also delve deeper in to some of the topics. I am so grateful for al of the resources that six seconds has provided me with to support me in practicing and sharing the EQ philosophies.

I've had the privilege to complete emotional Intelligence with other organizations. But the six seconds model is easy to understand and quick to put to work. It is a great option for those that want learning on emotional intelligence, that is easy to understand, and tools that are easily adapted to real life.

Unlocking EQ has handed over to me 'THE KEY' to personal and social transformation. My understanding of emotions has accelerated, and I feel alive and connected to myself and others. This is an experience that every coach must have.

Thank you to the Six Seconds team for offering an improved Unlocking EQ course. I thought the exercises were very helpful and enjoyed practicing EQ with other individuals who are committed to being smarter with their feelings. This course was a meaningful refresher on how we are capable of changing—our feelings about an interaction or situation, our reactions to an interaction or situation, and the outcome of or impact on a relationship.

I often read some really insightful posts on here but don't know what the hell to do with the information. I am left unsure as to how to translate into real life and practical action. When it comes to Emotional Intelligence, the Six Seconds model provides a simple entry route into practical EI action to help you solve your work and life puzzles. Its does this through the ever-moving wheel comprising the three 'Pursuits'. 1. Know Yourself (WHAT is going on)- This helps you to be more aware of what you feel, think and do in situations. Unless you have a depth of conscious awareness of your own emotions, thought patterns and behaviours, then you are missing out on key data about yourself. 2. Choose Yourself (HOW to move forward) - We often act on autopilot and react based on well-worn patterns established over our lives. These patterns are based in the past and aren't always fit for now or the future. This pursuit allows you to pause, take into account the data gathered in Step 1, and make more conscious choices to proactively respond. 3. Give yourself (WHY you doing it) - This allows you to bring your choices to life with real energy by ensuring that your decisions are aligned with who you really want to be and how you want to show up...in your whole lifetime. Essentially, living your (life on) purpose. So next time you are facing a challenge, I would love it if you could start developing your EI by asking yourself: 1. What am I feeling? What are my feelings telling me about the situation? 2. What options do I have? What are the pros and cons of my intended choice? 3. What do I truly want (to be and do?) What difference will this make for others? So, go on...give the EI wheel a spin and let me know how you get on! #emotionalintelligence #selfawareness #decisionmaking #purpose

As a trainer, coach, and facilitator I must say Six Seconds is the best platform where we can see and acquire the answers of the the small mysteries of life, especially on connecting the dots among the thinking, the doing and the feeling parts in us, and with that we can make better choice for oneself and definitely share it with others! So clear and spot on! And in its core breeds practicality! Thank you Six Seconds!

Six Seconds webinars are fantastic. No matter if you are a veteran or this is your first time participating in one of their events, you will be welcomed, you will have the freedom to participate and share, and you will have the opportunity to learn from many experts who share their knowledge and experience. Each activity takes place in a positive environment, and you will have many resources that you can apply in your daily work. I am thankful for each activity that I have had the opportunity to take part, and look forward to work toward a certificate in the future.

“I love the clear and insightful step-by-step manner in which Unlocking EQ was presented. It was engaging and enjoyable with many optional rabbit holes (articles) to get lost in. It is hit-the-ground-running kind of practical and I loved it. The key takeaways were that integration of emotions and goal setting is crucial and useful to being successful. I also learned that emotions are great tools for data collection and understanding the emotion pair helps one identify how one can show up in decision making.

I’m doing a bit of self-coaching today using the Six Seconds EQ Coach Cards. Exercising Optimism is an EQ competency that I have to work really hard at, particularly in situations where I feel challenged or am dwelling too much. I chose these two cards as they got me to be curious about: - where I am making a positive contribution and helping others, then drawing on the energy of this to help me move forward. - the fact that there are things that are actually out of my control and this conscious knowledge has provided a greater feeling of ease and a reduction of anxiety. How could asking yourself these questions help you today? #exerciseoptimism #optimism #emotionalintelligence #problemsolving #coaching #selfcoaching #eq

It is a fantastic feeling knowing that you are part of a vast network of intelligent, kind colleagues who are all working towards the same thing. While it is a global network, it feels intimate as you get to know those that are in your cohort, attend events or just continuing the work that is SEL. There is always someone to connect with.

I truly got inspired a lot from sessions. The most valuable thing I have learnt was related to the famous saying, “Emotions drive people, and people drive performance”. There are a lot of KPIs we need to follow, but I realized that only talking about KPIs is not enough and more powerful driver would be “Emotions”. I would like to pursue the best way to maximize my learning for my daily life. I feel so much grateful to David, Liliana, Giovanna and Maria from Six seconds, as well as my colleagues who shared a lot of wonderful best practices and ideas during sessions. Thank you!!

I am Asongla, a homemaker and a former teacher. Doing the UEQ and EQE1, has been an enriching experience for me. Understanding and seeing emotions from a different perspective, now I wish I had known about the importance of EQ earlier. The tools they used like the KCG model and the TRIARCH were simple yet powerful in enlightening us of our own emotions, feelings, goals and actions (which are all already at our disposal, )and Sensitizing us at the same time, to make smarter choices with them. The safe and comfortable space our facilitator provided, along with the interactive and engaging sessions with people from different backgrounds, was also a great way to learn and also gain valuable insights. I feel learning and practicing EQ is not just important for professionals, but anyone and everyone needs to be aware and enlightened on this so we can communicate better, resolve conflicts, improve relationships and overcome alot of life's challenges. Let's all join our hands to achieve this 1 billion goal and hence, make this world a better and positive place!

I'm Allen, a professional trainer specializing in sales and customer service. I have always had a desire to integrate emotional intelligence (EQ) into my training courses because I firmly believe that enhancing participants' EQ levels will empower them to excel in their performance. The UEQ has provided me with a comprehensive introduction to the 6 Seconds model, which I find to be both powerful and practical. I am eagerly looking forward to the EQPC course that I have already enrolled in it.

I signed up to help mentor a doctoral student in a project on Trauma. I explained that six seconds must be a resource for helping others heal from trauma. The student I am mentoring had never heard of EQ. I must say I probably learned the most from my first class. I appreciate the Think, Feel, Act training and am working to practice events in my life as a new spiritual discipline. I will take more classes.
