As part of Incubator, I appreciated the help in establishing my Shopify store and fine tuning my Etsy shop; the weekly calls with my coach; the Slack communication channel; and weekly ad calls with our FB ads coach. The numerous trainings provided, while very overhwhelming and confusing at times, for a newbie like me, I appreciate the additional resources. I also like that Zoom calls are recorded, so if I miss a live call, I can watch the replay.

Everyone is so welcoming and always ready to help. If I have any questions vicol is always there. The whole team is the best!

I've joined a lot of coaching programs, but this one by far is my favorite. Not only is their training step by step and over the shoulder, but they explain concepts again and again so that you understand why you're doing what you're doing. They test themes, apps, etc continually with their own money so they only share with us the best most effective way forward. But what really put me in the 'yes' category to sign up in the first place was the slack channel. The promise of daily access to coaches made me feel like when I get stuck, I won’t be stuck for long. It has been true. As a bonus, there, I get to know amazing, talented, driven entrepreneurs who think like me, who understand and appreciate the struggles and the triumphs when that’s so hard to find in person with friends and family. Skup finds ecommerce opportunities, tests them out with their own money and shares the best ones with their students. They listen and continually expand what they offer based on what their students need to be even more successful. They recently doubled the amount of live zoom calls, stepping up in a big way, which made me step up in a big way so I wouldn’t miss out. They doubled their efforts for me to be successful, making me double my efforts as well. Who does that??? The coaches show you how to do a lot of things, but also help you focus on what’s most important. Their encouragement and matter of fact no nonsense approach is a refreshing mix for a student trying to make their way. There are so many cool things you can do in e-commerce that it’s easy to get confused or overwhelmed, but they’re not afraid to say ‘that’s a distraction, here’s what to focus on’ when needed. I joined skup because I’m done with DIY in my life. I want the fast track, and I want advice from people who stay on top of the myriad of changes in the ecommerce ecosystem. I renew for all of these reasons stated here and more. Come, set up your shop and learn what to sell all year round with us.

Vicol is very straightforward and precise with his help and feedback, if I ask him a question about a product, he doesn't beat around the bush and tells me straight up what I need to fix and do to make it a better product and that's what I like about him, very supportive.

I've watched a good number of videos that Devin and Matt have put out there. Devin's back story really resonated with me. He's very down to earth and tells it like it is. He doesn't sugar coat anything, he just keeps it real and is always 100% authentic. That takes courage and I admire him for that. I've also watched his very engaging and insightful podcasts and learnt quite a few things from doing so. The Mindset one sticks out in my mind. Matt is great too of course, this isn't just the Devin Zander Show you know (ha ha) they both give of their time generously and unselfishly, offering a real, actionable, no holds-barred education in business with particular emphasis on what it really takes to run a highly successful Shopify ecommerce store. Having done so themselves. I believe Matt got his last store to $20+ million which is quite remarkable. I paid for a theme, and based on the program I was in, I was told by my career coach, that the theme was included in the program. She advised that I contact Shopify to advise, and to also reach out to support to request a reimbursement. Shopify told me I needed to reach out to the theme developer, and if they approved the reimbursement, they would initiate. That is where Ben Kilby comes in. Ben displayed exceptional friendliness and support. Faced with unresponsive Shopify support, he proactively pursued a reimbursement, exceeding my expectations by promptly refunding the theme cost. So far my experience has been positive interacting with various Skup people. They are directly to the point, energetic and try to understand my needs setting up my store. They are knowledgeable on all the topics and direct me to the best person to help with any issues. Like I usually say, so far excellent.

Been using their Shopify theme for years without issue. One day my mobile navigation disappeared so I contacted support. They responded within 24 hours and tried to help me troubleshoot via email. When it was clear it was something their team would need to handle, they came in and fixed everything quickly. Really happy with their support and quick work.

Ultimately my fear of failure/financial hardship was debilitating and still a work in progress, but can say with affirmation- best decision ever to join - this isn’t just about learning how to create a successful brand/ecommerce site- this is about changing your life and taking a deep dive- solidifying your core values. Cherry on the cake- joining a new family of like minded individuals, a community who understands your journey, and working towards becoming the best version of you. These people know what they are TALKING ABOUT! I started with skup after the first attempt on my own (LONG story). Started off rough trying to comprehend the aspect of what it takes to run a Ecom store. But I am 4 months in and with the help of skup i was able to pre wisely for the holiday season and my business made 1000 dollars in the span of a month. From starting at 0 a month to making 1000 in a month is a huge jump. And Skup made that easy, so many helping options from people who know the business

Scam company. Dont pay the absurd amounts for mentorship, the things they teach are very basic and they dont like doing 1 on 1 mentorship even though you paid thousands. They dont show their stores either, they dont prove what they do, they just tell you they know. Its fake. Ive been scammed before by them. Save your money.

It's been a slow start and somewhat of a struggle for me due to my lack of computer knowledge. But I am very please with all the support for the Skup team. Every time I stumble or fall behind the staff has been there to help me get back on track. The only one slowing me down is me. SKUP helped me achieve financial freedom and the ability to work from anywhere. I still have a long road to go but through their courses and coaching I was able to generate multiple six figures in sales over the last year alone. They teach you not only valuable sale strategies in POD but also overall business mindset which is often overlooked by many. I recently joined SKUO Incubator program in Jan'24. The entire onboarding process is very well laid out and the 1-1 calls helped get clarity and confidence. I get busy and a little confused sometimes and find I have asked the same question before. Support@Skup namely Carlo and Ben have been very good at answering my question several times. When I have been given the answers, I don't implement straight away, then forget I have already had the answers. These guys are really great in their reply's. The full answer is all there, and I can use them over and over. Much appreciated.

Unlike many of the training programs out there, Devin and Matt are in the trenches and operating their own online businesses and are willing to share all of the methods behind their success. The community is invaluable and combined with the weekly training sessions as well as a library of valuable training programs and recordings of all the live training you have access to everything you need to succeed. As long as you are prepared to follow the system and put in the effort there is no reason you won't succeed.

I'm just starting out my business venture and sometimes I get puzzled on what to do first and what to do next. Thankfully, Ben Kilby is always there to answer question I have. I am grateful for this community and their support is truly amazing!
