I would like to give a "shout out" to Veronica Hitchcock in Superior's Asset Default Management Department. This was my first experience having to foreclose on a hard money 1st TD in over 14 years and Veronica was very instrumental in helping and guiding us through this long and painful process. We were dealing with an extremely savvy borrower, who knew how to stall the foreclosure process as long as possible. Kudos to her and both Denise and Frances in the Demands Department in getting out a revised Payoff Demand so quickly.

I am very happy with SLS and their service. As a Lender, things need to move quickly and efficiently and SLS goes above and beyond. I would also like to specify Marinella Soliven who has been both a trusted LSS and friend. Always available and has gone out of her way to make sure the service I receive is top tier. I've been working with Superior for more than 10 years and they have been knowledgeable and capable, helping my company service regular everyday loan scenarios as well as navigate through more difficult cases when default and foreclosures are involved. Highly recommend! They are professional and fair, meaning when everything is going well, borrower making timely payments, both the lender and the borrower have great experience from payment processing to account reporting etc. If there are issues like borrower defaults, fees are assessed based on loan agreements, which SLS follows and executes. I see this might have caused some negative reviews from certain borrowers, but overall Superior's capabilities and customer service to both lenders and borrowers are top notch.

I had an issue with my ACH debit that it didn't go through, I spoke to Marinella and she was so helpful and was following up with me on the above issue until it was resolved I would recommended them in the future Thanks

I'm a lender and have been using Superior's services for some years. I use another company as well but on multiple-lender loans I sometimes don't have a choice. I don't have any complaints with Superior's recordkeeping or their professionalism once you get hold of them; however, it is usually impossible to get them by phone. Sometimes you just need to have a one-minute conversation to straighten something out, but instead I have to either email them and wait for an answer (and to be fair, they do answer eventually) or sit on hold for bloody forever. For this reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5. The other company I work with always answers the phone.

I've been working with SLS for a few years now and really enjoy the work that they do. They make the process of collecting and keeping track of payments easy and for a nominal fee. There was just one issue once in which I tried to combine 2 accounts that I have, one personal and one business. This was a very long process with some confusion. I had to keep checking back. Eventually it was fixed but it took a while. I had a very determined person from another company that I work with help to make sure that it was finally done. Aside from that one hiccup, all other interactions have been very smooth and agents are responsive. I would definitely recommend them.
