Like a lot of small businesses, we had to switch gears fast in March 2020. We went from serving pints in our tasting room to online "touchless" can sales with curbside pick up. It was so easy to install and use. Customers love the option of buying online and in advance. Customer service has always been quick and issues have been resolved (usually our fault). They've save me a lot of time and a lot of stress.

This is unequivocally the best option for online order, particularly for Clover users. Online ordering systems (e.g., freshbytes, etc.) typically have costly subscription fees. Smart Online Ordering is not only an affordable online ordering system, it comes with great features. More importantly, customer service is exceptional. Alfreda’s Soul Food page is streamlined and much more user friendly now. My Facebook Pages and Instagram platform are now connected.
