Smartphone Freedom Lifestyle Reviews & Complaints (2026)

Gustavo explained clearly the pathway/plan of progression for my journey to success. I know what to expect next, tasks to work on and clarity on any roadblocks that I may have at the moment.

My new coach Gustavo helped me access multiple things I could not before which are essentially the things I contracted your outfit to have access to. . I appreciate all of your time and input.

I'm starting my journey with Denise.. Looking forward to the content ideas and assistance . I'm excited to learn more and can't wait to go viral

I appreciate Gustavo’s patience with me. His ability to listen and respond. His helpfulness. (For instance, when I explained that the Master Sheet would be more useful if it were on paper, he quickly enabled that for me. Or, more recently, when some of the links in the Master Sheet became non-functional, he quickly made the links work.)

Gustavo went into detail to help me to understand how to make my videos to upload for social media content.

Hi Kevin, I'm hear to learn. You spoke about tech support, all that said is so true, because I'm having some difficulties and have a meeting to help me overcome these difficulties.

Felyn
Thank you for these tips again, Kevin! Super helpful

I had a great start to my journey and I am super excited to learn more about the services thar VGA has to offer. I think my one-on-one coach is awesome and trust I look forward to continuing this journey.

My coach Aamirah is great. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and has good ideas whenever I have a question. Everyone is helpful and nice. I'm enjoying the course. I've learned a lot so far and it's taking me up a level that I didn't anticipate. Thank you Aamirah and the rest of the team.

Just wanted to leave a review about my experience so far with Max Tornow’s program Smartphone Freedom Lifestyle. I have to say that Kash, my onboarding manager, was brilliant and truly caring from the start. I’ll never forget his kindness and the time he took to guide me. Percy was great in getting me all set up. And Belle, my one on one coach, has been so sweet, helpful and organized in getting me set up for success. So very grateful for Max and his stellar team!!

The staff and coaches are attentive to your goals. Reuben was patient with my decision to sign up for coaching allowing me time to make an informed decision. Very organized and structured which I like and require. They listen to you and go ever everything with you so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect. The focus is on you. I found this program by scrolling on facebook and the ad captured my attention. So far I’m pleased with the coaching. My coach Chad is excellent, he began dialogue with me before our kick off call to get me started on completing my niche assessment They did not just approve my niche assessment but made sure I had key elements in order to move forward with my niche being approved and explained to me why certain elements were needed..

Found this company on Instagram, and since then I must say am blown away by how detailed, well thought out and extremely organized their program is. My coach Bell has laid out for me a detailed step by step plan on how we are going to proceed and went into great detail explaining every point in a way that I was clearly able to understand. She honestly did an excellent job on how we will be implementing my plan. I can honestly say joining this company was the best decision for me.

I found Max on an Instagram ad. I was hesitant at first because it seemed like a lot of pressure for a small artist. I was so wrong. This team is incredible, they will guide you into finding what type of creator you are, will tailor content ideas perfect for you and provide support throughout the whole process. My reach is already up 3,000% and it's only been a month. Great investment

Joining the Max program has given me so much confidence to bring out my creativity styles in content creation. My coach/mentor mathew Kruger is very knowledgeable and able to work with everyone regardless of the person’s background and language barrier. Mathew is very understanding and encourages his students to go beyond their expectations to reach their goals. Mathew’s goal is about making money from social media, therefore he will give you the tools and the idea, but you as a student has to put in the works and keep posting. I have been trending on TikTok lately, max keeps telling me to keep making videos similar to my most trending videos. I am a busy mother of 4 children, and working two full time jobs, but Mathew still has time for me to bring out the skills in me .

I first came across Max's video on Facebook. It sounded great, but I was skeptical because there are so many AI programs that overpromise.

After talking with Mike and doing my own research, I decided to join. It turned out to be the right decision. The team has been incredibly supportive. When my first coach wasn't the best fit, they immediately paired me with Belle Westley. She's organized, experienced, and truly cares about helping her students succeed.
I'm excited to learn and explore MAX AI.

I'm new to Max's system and going through the training modules, which I am ultra-excited about. But because of His very "human" approach (despite his AI prowess), I'm all the more the excited to be "in for the win"! Again, it's the "real" or Max's "human" touch to sharing that got - and retains - me (I'm old school: 66 years young and am learning - or 'technologically' getting up to speed with this energetic younger man). This is really good stuff. 👍

Rivka:

see you next week!!!

The tools in this program are amazing. They provide everything I need to succeed from the coaching and live calls to the training modules and AI resources.

After about a few months in the program, I finally started implementing the training, tools, and education that had been available to me the entire time. The result? I’m building valuable skills, gaining confidence, and for the first time, I can genuinely see the light at the end of the tunnel.

For me, this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. The only reason I say this is because I’ve lived it. Once I started using them consistently, everything began to change.

This program is truly priceless if used the right way, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of it.

This is really great feedback, Thank you.

I discovered this program from an ad. I decided to do the exploratory call. I was skeptical at first because I've had literally no luck with the other AI based tools that I tried. Kash gave me a demo and the results literally were amazing. I decided right then to try it. The on boarding and the initial call with my coach were great. I got up to speed on the technical side pretty quick and have been executing the steps. I'm just getting started but my goal is to see real results and I believe they are attainable.

The thing that surprised me most was the support. They actually reply, and they care. That’s rare these days... really rare!!!

I was on FB when thus program appeared. As a new business owner just starring Social media, this program seemed organic. After receiving an immediate phone call and speaking to a real human, I knew this was a good fit to grow a new account from the ground up by creating organic posts. The onboarding process isn't just read thia, it is with a real person finding what level you are at so you can be guided in the most efficient way. This isn't a cookie cutter format, this is for anyone that wants to be seen as a stand alone person.

"I'm absolutely thrilled to share my experience so far with this incredible company! In a world where trust can be hard to come by, their genuine commitment to client success truly stands out. They have consistently gone above and beyond, not only offering their expertise but also showing care and excitement for my goals. Finding a company like this, especially in an industry where scams are all too common, has been a refreshing and uplifting surprise. I couldn't recommend them more highly."

So far so good things are great the team is great the cinstsnt contact and just the fact that max himself is emailing is great can’t wait to see where all this takes me

I had Gustavo as my coach and he was a great help to me. The team is very well organised and doesn’t give up on you even if you don’t get in touch for a while. Unfortunately, my time was very limited and I took on too much with this course. Even so, I learnt a great deal. I’ll just carry on until my plan works out.

Since Trisha has taken over coaching me, I feel like things are coming together. I am doing another 30 days and try to learn as much as I can.

She is patient and understanding for this nearly 60yo tech challenged lady!! 10/10 that's for sure. Thank you Trisha for your kindness and understanding. Your awesome. Dinah

Gustavo has been very helpful and its amazing how Ifeel i jumped several notches up with what I need to do .

“Do it for them,!” That is now my mantra. I was feeling sluggish about getting started. Life sent a curve ball just when I was ready to start and I was questioning why do this. However I got my “why” from your very short motivational video. If not for me, do it for those I love and those that have faith in me. Today, I will try again, for them.

➡️ I discovered this social media marketing program through Instagram.

➡️ I was hesitant before enrolling, because I live in a different time zone.

➡️ But I got convinced to join from reading Max’s emails about his clients’ success.

➡️ My first impression was scary. The guy who interviewed me left me feeling like if I didn’t say yes, it would be to my detriment. Which scared me even more.

➡️ So far, I’m just learning how to use the technology, so I’m still a beginner.

➡️ The coaches are very supportive. Especially Coach Trisha. She’s very encouraging.

➡️ This program may help people who are apprehensive about doing social media reels, but who still want to give it a go.

Denise was friendly, professional, and very supportive. I will be able to achieve my goals by step by step instructions by my one on one coach and I look forward to my journey with VGA.

When I first started the program, I was experiencing a real sense of overwhelm from juggling so much social media activity. My coach walked me through the process in small, bite sized steps that made everything feel achievable. That approach helped me calm myself, focus, and actually get the work done. It made all the difference in my experience. What make my experience great was

Excited to join the team! Getting my brand out there and making many new wins. Excited after my kickoff call with coach Denise.

I am so excited after meeting with my one on one coach Denise. I believe the future is bright.

The employees i have worked with have been friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable great company to deal with

The system feels flexible enough for different niches. I’m not boxed into one type of content.

I'm very excited that I joined VGA. The team is very dedicated. It's a great experience. I met my one-on-one coach, Denise, today, and she is amazing. I can't wait to start creating content and meet my goals.

I settled in quickly and get along great with everyone, I always get help, ideas are shared, and people take my needs into account. I can really recommend it to anyone who wants to make progress with social media. They really help you here and don’t just talk. They’re there for you, especially my coach Luana and Josh or Max, who are great, experienced people and very friendly. So go for it, you have nothing to lose.

I enjoyed my call with Denise! She was very informative and provided me with the spark I needed to get started with this process! I can't wait to see the progress we make togther!

It’s been a great program for me !! Helping me with my purpose and goals. Denise has been a great coach - helping me stay on task and encouraging me to keep moving forward ! I so happy I decided to join VGA !!!

I've seen dozens of sell digital products online, earn passive income, etc. and attended many of their free seminars. There was something a little different about Max Tornow's presentation on Instant Viral Templates that captured my attention and the double my money back guarantee (although my posting 3x per week is a requirement - i.e., prove I worked the system). I think it was about his systems and people that would be providing support and being there to driving toward sales. It has always been the marketing and sales aspects that I needed the most support. He completely undersold his team's support. I am in the system now and see an incredibly well-designed company with far more layers of support than I had expected. There is a one-on-one coach who is the main driver of my experience, there are multiple weekly calls with Max and beyond the inspirational and technical aspects, they even have what I'll call a psychological coaching call, appropriately titled Self Mastery, but support through the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur on social media. They are tied in through slack and have organized it well for great collaboration among team members and myself-the client. I believe that any person who has knowledge to share, but maybe not the experience of social media or of marketing or of sales can monetize it their knowledge with the support of Max's team. Special Call-out to my 1-on-1 coach @Trisha

I usually lose motivation quickly but this keeps it simple. Open phone, follow steps, post. That routine alone helped me stay consistent.

I just finished my kickoff call with Denise. I feel 1000% times more confident moving forward than ever!!

My kickoff call with Gustavo was just brilliant, he answered all my questions and I can't wait to start my journey!

Gustavo is a great coach. He is very clear in his calls and professional. All questions are answered without hesitation and with good explanations. I had input of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with different program platforms and his guidance helped me understand each one of them. Calls with him are very comfortable.

I stumbled across the ad for the templates on Facebook. I have been trying to learn how to go viral on Instagram and the price was perfect. I am loving learning and implementing the features.

I hesitated when I first started this program and wasn't sure how far I could go. After speaking with Coach Gustavo, his confidence and positive mindset gave me the belief that I can achieve my goals. I truly appreciate how he listens to my concerns, eases my fears, and genuinely wants to help me succeed. I also want to thank Content Feedback Manager Yda for her patience, kindness, and encouragement throughout the process. Your support means a lot to me!

I just started going through the training and am getting excited. The videos are get to the point and well done. I am looking forward to starting to make money with Smartphonefreedomlifestyle.

The information is so well laid out that it's easy to understand, I like the way the information is simple. The tone of your voice is great because it's not monotone, so it makes it easy to pay attention. Thank you! I have hope now!!!

I’ve tried starting on social media so many times and always stopped after a week. This felt different because I didn’t have to figure things out on my own. The steps were clear and realistic, not post 10 times a day nonsense. I watched a few videos, picked a format, and just posted. No pressure, no perfection. That alone made it easier to stick with it. I’m actually enjoying the process now.

I am working with Coach Gustavo to build my SM brand and presence. I appreciate that he met me where I was, meaning I am a fitness wellness coach and speaker so he focused the elements which would propel my brand to success based on our goals. Highly Recommend.

I was very happy with Gustavo's help, he was thourough on his explanations and help me understand what I hav=d to do in order to start making my content and posting it in different channels.

This made me realize I don’t need to be perfect to start. That shift alone helped me post more than I have in months.

I was skeptical at first but I'm happy to say that this program has exceeded my expectations. The program has a lot of value and the coaches are friendly and highly skilled. If you are on the fence about if you should join or not then ask yourself what you have to lose. Take a leap of faith and change your life forever.

From the initial sale and discussion about the program with Mike Meeker through the onboarding with Marielle and my first coaching session with Chad I had unbelievably positive experiences with all of them. The thing I know is that any organization that provides a service is Reliant almost totally on their people. The people in this program are the best.

Highly recommend this program. The coaches are very responsive and hands-on. Looking forward to executing the next batch of content ideas they provide me.

Gustavo is an excellent coach and fantastic resource. The program is comprehensive. Do the work and you can't lose!

At first I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to understand or follow the program, but the videos and instructions are easy to follow, the live classes amazing. The best is the live coaching, and everyone truly cares and is soooo helpful!

I usually need a lot of motivation to start something new, but this didn’t feel heavy. I opened it, followed the steps, and posted without overthinking. That’s honestly rare for me.

I wanted more freedom and less time glued to my phone. The strategies they share are practical and realistic. I’ve simplified my online work, set better boundaries with my phone, and feel less overwhelmed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants more flexibility and control over their lifestyle. Great content, great support, and no fluff. Perfect if you want real, actionable advice.

The viral template is exactly as described, and actually better. It is quite comprehensive with many examples. I am still studying it and expect to make great use of it.

The experience and the best thing about your business is your down to earth and honest and integrate what you've learn practically. The last video I watched I actually used yesterday and your video validated my own realization, that even though I had a really hard day and felt like dog poo poo I still needed to show up. For the people I want to help and for my kids and even for myself! Despite my low energy and anger and sadness I had yesterday upon realizing a piece of trauma I turned it into a quick video to show others I have real world issues too and we are in this together. I felt a million times better just posting it and showing up for myself and others. Thank you for your validation and contribution!

I'm quite happy with the program right now. The 1:1 support with my coach Gustavo is especially rewarding, and I'm learning a lot in the group calls. I highly recommend working with them!

Fantastic Experience! I have purchased my fair share of courses throughout my life and even coaching.

Nothing has come close to the amount of support and genuine caring for the client, as this company has for me.

My personal coach Megan has been understanding, gives me the kick in the but when I need it, and shows genuine concern for my wellbeing.

Max over-delivers on the amount of content in all the training and his transparency shines through as well.

To anyone looking into getting into social media marketing, I highly recommend Max's program!

Coach Trisha is an amazing coach and after a difficult personal period in my life, she made me feel ready to take on the next season.

Luana was incredibly organized and thorough. She walked me through the project plan (Master Sheet) and explained every step in detail. I have complete trust in Max Tornow's system after working with several members of the team that are personally assigned to me. I am so excited to launch my business now that I have these tools and people to help me. Lets Go!!!
