This seminar was a lot of fun, and so eye opening!! Phil and Ben gave us so much information on how to help seniors transition into assisted care, while being able to unlock equity, thus making money for us. My biggest take away is to help families during hard times by being compassionate and honest, and the money will follow. They also provided ample resources to make sure we are successful in being senior transition specialists, not just investors.

By far one of the best trainings I've attended. I am an active investor so I don't need a how to buy confrence. Phil and the gang didn't spend time on what I already knew. The focus was on helping people. There is an upsell but I anticipated that. The upsell however was not a high pressure "buy or you're trash" it was simply this is what it is, this is what it costs. Definitely worth the time and cost.
