What a great few days learning how to help transitioning adults and their children cope with many of the headaches that come from the process of moving into assisted living. I was sad I wasn't able to be there in person due to flight issues, but I learned so much from these 3 days. The people, Phil, Ben, Tiffany, Nick and so many more are amazing people. Being on zoom Caleb and Tiffany always kept us in the loop and were quick to answer our questions and concerns. This training felt sincere and real, hearing from like minded people who work in the senior care industry, was enlightening and uplifting. It's very clear that Mom's House is there for the families first, then profit for the investors (us). They give us and the families information for FREE!!!! I've been to other trainings for real estate and every tid bit had an out of pocket cost....this was NOT the case for Mom's House. Their goal is to help people....bottom line. Highly recommend.

The training is pretty intense, but while it is a lot, the info is great. Especially if you know nothing about the senior living industry. I like their intention of creating an independent workforce by empowering us to help seniors.

The event was full of information! It was wonderful to meet and see live interviews with the people in the industry that we will actually be talking to. The continuation of the program makes complete sense. I appreciate that they want to help you make money, they want to help you learn to meet people in the industry and they want to help you be more efficient in other areas of your real estate business.

The staff are knowledgeable and professional. Clearly passionate about their why. The information and techniques taught are invaluable. No matter the background and experience you come in with. Portions of the class do seem sales’y to join their club. Highly recommend to anyone willing and motivated to help solve problems in the national issue of elderly care and affordability.

This is the best training I have received. This is a heart business where you are truly helping families out of a situation where they need to place their loved one in a senior living situation. You learn how to network and cultivate warm leads. Phillip and Ben have poured their hearts and experience into this training and have provided so much information and value.

I absolutely loved the training! And best, it was wonderful to have people who were down to earth and easy to talk to run this training. The information and the need to provide love and support to this vulnerable community was eye opening. This is my second time going through this course. I brought back my business partner so she could also be emersed in the training. You learn a lot about how to help families unlock their equity in order to get into Senior Care quicker. The team is awesome and the atmosphere is collaborative. Great training. The program is very well thought out, and demonstrated in layman's terms so that everyone can understand.
