It took me a few minutes (ahem) to get there, but the little nudge helped. My email hygiene still needs some work, but one of the things that I love about Superhuman is that the design of the software encourages good practices. It's the opposite of how social media platforms operate: rather than being built to keep me engaged/on the platform, Superhuman's philosophy is to help me be my best (email) self. So, yeah, I #HitZero today, and I feel confident that I'll do it again tomorrow, too.

The user support of @Superhuman from the org itself and those that engage with my (kinda Stan level) posts about it is the absolute best. Im not flooded with repetitive or fluff emails or promotional notifications. Just support and encourage- all businesses need to model this.
