THIS is what I see now when I get my inbox to zero. I started using Superhuman in February and it's been a game-changer for my email management. I've gone from being a chronic 'out of control' inbox person, to getting rewarded with images like this when I hit zero. I've learnt it's not about having all my emails answered all the time, but about having systems for them coming in and receiving reminders at the right times. When I've got multiple inboxes on the go, prioritisation and reducing the overwhelm is key. I don't normally do product shoutouts like this...but Superhuman is one I'm very happy to share about. - The team at Superhuman have thought about UI/UX required to create a great email experience - It's fast - It creates efficiency - It introduces tools to help you become optimal - The "splits" are very useful to categorise and split mails into different sections - The automatic filtering is very effective and accurate - The Android app works incredibly well and improves the speed of getting through mail - It supports multiple Gmail accounts, so you can use the same Superhuman account for a business and personal email address - The shortcuts have been well thought out (they have similarities to VIM for all the coders out there) - There is a lot of functionality out of the box.

I've been using Superhuman for about six months now, and it's the best email platform I've ever used - the customer service team is the most impressive part: I often get a response the same day if I have questions or even product feedback. And I have been following @rahulvohra for ages, ever since I found that piece you wrote on modelling viral growth. Superhuman is simply one of those products that has done most things right. Launch, onboarding, feature priority and you know that feature you got used to not using “Give us your feedback”? The team is there, answering, taking your feedback. It’s simply awesome. Still waiting for that iCloud support tho…. :)

Superhuman AI is one of the few instances where generative AI is integrated into a productivity tool in such a way that it maintains real utility and doesn't feel out of place compared to the rest of the app. As someone who is constantly drafting emails to external contacts to my org, it has been a game changer in my speed to reply back and draft emails that contain complex thoughts that need to get simplified quickly. Kudos to the team for this awesome launch 🙌

So much thought goes behind each and every improvement, and they somehow never make the product feel more bloated, and absolutely NEVER slow the experience down. Superhuman AI is no different, in fact, it's a perfect example of them making things *faster*. I must admit, it took some getting used to, having an AI assistant in my inbox with me. But more and more I am finding myself using it to get back to emails — especially the ones I know I should have replied to yesterday. It really helps kick off a draft and eliminate the "blank canvas" issue I often face. Keep it up, Superhuman team! Always an inspiration! ❤️
