I find email is something that fills the time you have.
So, if I check it twice a week I can knock it out pretty quick. If I check it multiple times a day, it can take hours of my week.

I appreciate how fast I can plow thru my inbox, set reminders and file the email, all without my fingers leaving the keyboard. Once you master the keystrokes, you can get to inbox zero and feel the dopamine rush of that feeling. For someone who had literally 1,000's of unread emails before, I never thought that inbox zero was a reality. Now I get there every day.

3. Use H to pick the times for emails to pop up that I need to answer as well. Try to spread out dates on non-urgent items to answer later

I continuously recommend superhuman to people at work. When i first set up Superhuman, I felt as though there was a bit of a learning curve. During that time period, customer support was extremely helpful. We did a demo and they answered all of the questions I had. It's been about 2 weeks now and I don't think I can ever go back to gmail.

Once you understand some of the concepts below the app like how to manage mails but also time management, i even remember in one of my readings, get things done, i think, they explain how to manage the important things in terms of taking action, pospone, delete or delegate all of this are very intuitive in SH even when you have not read the book. Once i downloaded it was very easy to use, i have connected all my accounts in less than 5 minutes. One thing it most impressed me was the incredibly fast response they gave me when i write to them (i even though that they will answer some sort of generic answer but it was not, they took the time to properly response). So SH is best in class it is very easy to implement, to connect, to create workflows that helps you with your time management (i am using every day, almost all day). It gives 3 personalized response options based on the context. Sounds small, but it's a huge timesaver not having to draft every reply from scratch. Handy for handling common requests faster.

There is no quicker way to get a clear inbox and clarity of mind than using superhuman to process my email. Rather than getting stuck looking at the same emails over and over and over, I feel inspired to reply right away, or defer it to just the right moment to get the work done, and then have a blank slate again.

Superhuman is fast and intuitive. Every incremental feature is so easy to learn that you A) actually start using it, and B) it becomes a subconscious act. This is the truly unique benefit of Superhuman and why it's aptly named. You see an email, make a decision on it, and then the decision is done. Implementation and integration are both very easy. I use it all day every day.

I donβt do product shoutouts often, but Iβve been pleasantly surprised by Superhuman. ππ½ π
I flew to Chicago from ViVE on Wednesday night, and within 15 mins of boarding, was connected to wifi on my computer. I stayed active on email the majority of the flight. Lots to catch up on! π€¦π½
After landing, I took my phone off airplane mode, and opened the superhuman app.
To my surprise the app continued to βupdateβ for 2 minutes, progressively showing more items to update. As the number grew, I screenshotted the progress.
574 emails later, it finished syncing the work completed over the prior 3.5 hours.
Likely only possible with Superhuman!

Superhuman just launched a new feature called Instant Reply. It proactively writes an AI generated draft reply to every email you havenβt responded to before you open the email. Iβm instantly loving it.
Previously theyβd let you press a button to get an AI generated reply.

i have completely managed to get to a zero inbox and keep it there. i am so used to constantly checking my inbox and it has been an adjustment knowing that i don't need to but allows me to focus on the emails that require follow up. i am constantly reminded on emails that require my attention now as they are the only ones i see in the "Important" section.

The speed and intuitive nature of the platform is excellent. The onboarding is incredibly well thought out and teaches you the keyboard shortcuts which provide Superhuman with its speed. It is super simple to set up and easy to flick between different email accounts. I use Superhuman multiple times a day and it has sped up my email time considerably. It also connects well with other tools which makes creating a good workflow simple.

On Mac: the best thing is keyboard-centric approach to everything which makes any action super fast and easily accessible. Also this is the ONLY email client I know that allows you to navigate between the emails in a thread, expand and collapse them - all using your keyboard. I've dreamed about this since I used it in Gmail web app long time ago. On iOS: email thread displayed as a chat is just awesome. Familiar command bar accessible via swipe down, and also swipable action toolbar at the botton - very convenient. Full Gmail labels support is rare on mobile too.

It's unbelievably clean to look at. It's fast to use and navigate. AI my my email drafts and quick AI summaries of emails or the threads. Quick functions to throw emails away like a boomerang and have them back when you can address them. When writing an email offering availability it pulls your calendar view up for quick access
