How Superhuman Unlocked Me as a Recruiter Confession: I used to feel constantly overwhelmed— trying to find ways to track candidate follow-ups, check-ins, interviews, etc. I did not have a good way of doing them, and things inevitably slipped through the cracks, causing stress and missed opportunities. Here are some features that I'm really enjoying early on: 🌶️ Hotkeys - While Microsoft Outlooks has some hotkeys, they tend to always require a combination of CTRL + another button and it was never easy for me to get the hang of. Superhuman allows me to power through emails and not touch my mouse. 🦜 View Messages as "Conversations" - In Outlook, this is where it stacks all the emails with the same title together. @Superhuman AI is sooo dope. I got an email from my accountant for tax filing deadlines for personal/business. Asked AI to add these dates to my calendar and add notes to the reminder with a reminder one week before deadline. It did it in 3 seconds. MY GOODNESS!

I have never seen a shortcut messaging feature in email where it pops up subliminally to reinforce the value of the shortcut system within superhuman. It serves as a gentle reminder that you could have saved time using that specific shortcut and then you can use it next time! It is also incredibly easy to use and the design is very high quality.

I really can't recommend Superhuman enough for anyone who feels overwhelmed when it comes to email. It's become a program that I use every single day, which has saved me time and stress with my inbox. It is extremely easy to use, and the customer support is incredible (real, kind people and fast responses). There are many features that can be tailored to your needs in business, academia, etc., and make your life easier, but still within a beautiful and aesthetic user interface.

Superhuman allows me to get through my email 2 to 3 times faster. Setting the reminders is easy and critical for making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I like the concept of doing everything using the keyboard. It is amazing how much the mouse slows the process down. The snippets are really helpful for sending the same message over and over again including automatically addressing the person you are sending to and adding a CC automatically too. I've been using Superhuman for a couple of months now and I cannot recommend it enough. So much of my time is spent in email and this tool has made that experience exponentially better. Not gonna lie, I was 1000% skeptical that the superhuman email app would actually make my life better. After signing up and being on the platform for a week, my team is SICK of hearing me talk about how great it is. It's quite literally changed my relationship to my inbox. Every email either requires an action or it doesn't. It is either 'done' or it's intelligently reminding me about the conversation at a point in my workday when I plan on getting that work done.
