I recently switched from Gmail to Superhuman and am loving it.
The 'remind me' feature helps me manage dozens of moving parts, including scheduling, client communications, and candidate check-ins, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

It has incredibly fast shortcuts and a straightforward archive and search feature that makes it extremely easy to zero-out my inbox. Additionally the ease and speed of the "remind me" feature has made it possible, as someone with multiple inboxes, to zero-out my inbox's for the first time in my life. This is an astounding product.

All I can say is Awesome. Wow! (a reference to Hamilton). Day one, I understood it, kept my fingers on the keyboard and, most importantly, cleared my inbox. - Superhuman is opinionated about what can be done with an email and believes that every email should result in a decision. Meaning, every email should be trashed, completed, or set aside for the future, or in some cases, left in the inbox because it is something to do. My inbox is now the best version of an "To do" list that it has ever been. - Making those decisions is incredibly easy and intuitive with keyboard shortcuts. - They allow you to make decisions at every level. Meaning, you can make a decision from your email list (where you see sender and first line). Or you can go through each email and make decisions. Either way, you can do it with your hands on the keyboard to go up or down and to make the decision you need to make. - Tab and Enter are pretty much intuitively the things you would think you want to do next. - Superhuman control is very good. Search, setting reminders, etc. I'm pretty blown away by that. - I let Superhuman 'train me' and I felt like I was decent in 5 minutes, more productive in 10, and they continue to show and remind me what I can do without being in the way. They are slowly turning me into a better user and showing me new features while I already feel extremely productive and efficient.

In the use of software, I often use keyboard shortcuts, so this aspect combined with the fact that if I don't remember them I have a rapid way of finding them helps me save a lot of time, and then there are many functionalities already implemented and this also saves me time. I used to use elaborate folder structures, but search turned out to be better. Occasionally, I used labels, but Outlook Important/Other splits mostly solved for that. But this still felt a bit clumsy, as some emails tended to sit in the inbox for too long, obscuring the overall picture and creating friction. Superhuman is an email client that is built just for that — using your inbox as a to-do list, keeping afloat or surfacing the emails that require your attention at the right time. It makes it effortless to skip all emails that don't need attention. Or schedule the ones you can't deal with now to reappear in the inbox at the right time, or get back to someone if they don't reply. The features are countless, but the learning curve is not that steep — I completely removed Outlook from my Mac and phone the next day and never looked back. I heard about Superhuman long ago, but I remembered it as a Gmail extension, and I was on Microsoft 365 mail. I LOVE the reminder feature! That is SO helpful for me when I need to follow up with someone, but I don't need to do it right away. I really appreciate all the keyboard shortcuts, as well. It makes your speed so much faster! There was a little bit of a learning curve to learn all the keyboard shortcuts, but after I learned them, I can fly through email now! It's very easy and intuitive. I used to prefer Gmail, but now I prefer Superhuman every time!

I like that you can lable your emails and easily find later. I also love snippets, which I use for repetitive emails that contain the same information. I also love the keyboard shortcuts- they are easy to learn and fast to use. It was very easy to install and use on outlook, and I've also used it in the past with G-mail and had a very good experience there as well. I use it everyday to manage work emails as I get a lot of emails each day and frequently have to refer back to old emails. Customer support is top notch and it's super easy to book a 1:1 with a specialist to help answer any questions you may have!

It is raining again on Sunday on Costa Blanca, so I'll share with you my newest tech toy that has been giving me great joy for a couple of weeks.
I've never experienced much pain from the email in my work life. And I've been using my inbox as a sort of to-do list for as long as I can remember.
I used to use elaborate folder structures, but search turned out to be better. Occasionally, I used labels, but Outlook Important/Other splits mostly solved for that.
But this still felt a bit clumsy, as some emails tended to sit in the inbox for too long, obscuring the overall picture and creating friction.
Superhuman is an email client that is built just for that — using your inbox as a to-do list, keeping afloat or surfacing the emails that require your attention at the right time. It makes it effortless to skip all emails that don't need attention. Or schedule the ones you can't deal with now to reappear in the inbox at the right time, or get back to someone if they don't reply.
The features are countless, but the learning curve is not that steep — I completely removed Outlook from my Mac and phone the next day and never looked back.

There's no silver bullet other than forcing yourself to get the muscle memory until you can't imagine using any other tool/product!
