The results were astounding! Pricing went up significantly, but clients were happy to pay it for the value proposition. I never guaranteed the savings, but I could guarantee their satisfaction. My complimentary proposal up front was about 95% accurate for things we could do to save them on taxes, and then during an onboarding meeting the CLIENT decided what they wanted to implement and when.
