Awesome. Learned a boat load and used a lot of it. Have been given about 9 houses, just like Ron said! He also said not to own largest or smallest house on the block (I did both but one accidentally through a loan given the owner) and paid through the nose for doing so on both. The teachings he's done has been rewarding and and a great experience. Recommend it every chance I get.

I originally joined the Ron LeGrand Gold Club for a $1, thinking That after a month I would cancel, but now it's over a year later and I'm still here :-) I saw the value in being a member, and I dont think there has been a day when I haven't gone to the site. I now have some others join, and they are paying for my membership! Wow! All I can say, is that if anyone's serious of being an investor, and doesn't want take this opportunity, then we better have a talk :-) Paul White

As an experienced home builder, and licensed general contractor we know how to build and remodel homes, but never thought about being a real estate investor because the banks rarely support it. Understanding the theories of: - Multiple exit strategies - Private lenders - Lease/Option - Seller financing ...and all the other techniques that Ron presented opened up a new capability for our business. We are currently scaling to do 36-40 flips during the next 12 months through private lenders...no appraisals, no draws, no delays, etc...
