We have had a solid experience with Unleashed! They have helped us define a critical new position and fill it, establish better communications habits, organize some vital processes, and move toward clarity regarding our numbers and strategy. We are moving in the direction we want to go and are grateful!

WIN #1 My big win was that I completed a lot of bigger tasks as we gear up for a busy season. Trained a new person, got equipment out to the troops, and filmed three promo videos for some sponsors. WIN #2 My win is that we have started, and made progress on, a big task of mapping out a somewhat non-traditional expansion of our business model. It is a lot of upfront work but is going to create so many opportunities for people to do good things in their communities. I am so excited to continue working on and getting this out to people.

My biggest doubts were whether the value would be worth the cost and time. Unleashed helped me organize the flow of information both upwards and downwards to optimize efficient business insights and outcomes. They provided both original ideas, some of which were implemented, and a great sounding board for some of my ideas. I feel more confident in my leadership and organizational approaches. Unleashed has also had a lasting effect on my philosophy and actual roadmap for company development.

For me, Unleashed did NOT provide tons of new knowledge. Unleashed filled in gaping holes within my existing framework that I didn't even know existed. Holes that held me back for years. I wish I had this knowledge ten years ago. Unleashed is sooo worth the incredibly audaciously expensive money that's required on the front end. I would recommend Unleashed without reservation to any small business in America.

When I first considered enrolling in Unleashed's 2IC program, I had my reservations and uncertainties. Having been part of the company's leadership team for an extended period, my recent promotion to Director of Operations brought with it a set of unique challenges in terms of streamlining and enhancing our operations. I wasn't entirely certain about the path forward. Reflecting on my journey since working with Unleashed, the results have been nothing short of impressive. This coaching has significantly impacted my move into this role. A noteworthy achievement during this journey was my successful execution of a crucial quarterly meeting. The tools and guidance provided by Unleashed, particularly the invaluable assistance from Hope, empowered me to lead the session with confidence and precision. It has addressed my initial doubts, equipped me to excel as Director of Operations, and, most importantly, has set us on a course to create a substantial impact on our company's success. I am profoundly grateful for the guidance and support from Unleashed and eagerly anticipate the continued growth and transformation it will bring to my career and our organization.

As an Integrator & COO candidate, working with Unleashed CEO was a fantastic experience! Unleashed approaches the relationship with the hiring client and candidate much differently than working with other agencies that claim to do the alike.
