Wall of love for Test

Christina has always been a strong partner for me. As many know, I'm a strong advocate for DEI efforts, but I often get different reactions when I approach those in charge with those efforts. Christina was amazingly receptive, sought out ways that I could help partner with her efforts, and often thought about me when opportunities came up for me to support these important efforts. I also recently reconnected with her outside of my initial work relationship, and I appreciated her honesty and openness. She cares about her profession and is a wonderful business partner. whether our paths cross again in the professional space, I'm glad that she is a person that I feel that I can reach out to in the future to ground me and help me become a better ally.

I was introduced to Rose about five years ago. She always impressed me with her authenticity, empathy for others, generosity with her help, and creative ideas. She also exudes such energy that is contagious. I always leave my time with her more energized and motivated for action. Anyone who works with Rose will be quite fortunate.

I've worked with Molly as a recruiter at Salesforce for several roles. She is a step above other recruiters I have worked with, and I am particular:) She is responsible, open to feedback, does what she says she is going to do, takes a vested interest in building diverse interview slates, and effectively sets expectations. Any hiring manager that works with Molly will learn to appreciate her partnership and professionalism.

May always impressed me for her honesty, comfort sharing alternative viewpoints, and getting great results from her teams. May took on one of the largest bets in our org, and she has simply nailed it. She launched a new tech hub for us during Covid and exceeded our expectations. She is a great operator and better person.

Shelton is generous with his time, wise with his advice, and innovative with his thinking. I was fortunte to be invited to speak at a recent re:work event and was blown away by the quality of people, interactions, and organization that Shelton built. While my relationship with Shelton has just begun, I know that he is a man of his word, and is focused on impact and therefore our future endeavors will be remarkably successful delivering demonstrable impact.

I was introduced to Nirupa by a friend of mine, Vik, and wow, did he do a good job of knowing who to introduce me to. Nirupa is a kind, thoughtful, candid, generous woman. She speaks from the heart, has tons of experience, and is generous with her wisdom. I invited her onto my podcast, and wasn't sure what we'd discuss, but the conversation flowed and flowed. the way she has approached her career and life is impressive. Anyone who gets to know her or work with her will benefit tremendously. Nirupa rocks!

I met Elena over a decade ago when we worked on the same team at American Express. I joined her org from another group. I was always impressed with how warm of a welcome Elena gave me. I joined a tightly knit team of high performing SMB marketers, and this space was new for me. Elena patiently answered many of my questions, included me with the team, and was always available to provide advice and perspective.Since our time at Amex, we have remained in contact to discuss careers, children, Brooklyn neighborhoods. Elena is a great person inside and outside of the work environment. Her consistency, kindness, and willingness to help makes her a true mensch.

I worked with Kara during my time at Google. She was one of the most collaborative, rational, and authentic stakeholders I ever worked with. The two of us were trying to navigate supercharged digital advertising growth, and while others were headless chickens running around, Kara was a calming and collaborative presence.Since Google, I've chatted with Kara about career decisions and find her insights spot on - she gets it! I look forward to maintaining and growing my relationship with Kara.

Brandon and I became friendly a couple of years ago and he never ceases to amaze me with his wisdom, generosity, and passion. Just yesterday, he accepted the opportunity to be a guest on my podcast and he delivered tons of sick career advice. His story of taking proactive control of his destiny, and helping others along in his wake of success was inspiring. Anyone who crosses paths with Brandon will be better and smarter. Thanks for all you have done and I can't wait to see what else you do over the coming months and years.

Margaret is a wealth of information as a recruiter and genuinely cares for people. I've learned so much from her about how recruiting works, how to improve one's chances of landing a role, and the landscape of tech recruiting. Furthermore, Margaret is generous with her time and advice. I'm better off for having crossed paths with Margaret and I look forward to partnering with her further in the future.
