I know this is just the beginning but the changes that have occurred and the experiences I am having since starting mentoring with Jamie are really something else. Jamie has a very warm and open nature that has put me at ease and continues to remind me of who I truly am. I am now making decisions based on my feelings, not my head, something I had lost touch with. The sessions have also been extremely supportive in getting out of my story and realising that what has happened and what is going to happen is perfect, without question. This is a huge commitment - to yourself - but well worth it and truly life changing.

Meeting Jamie was like a breath of fresh air. I was searching for answers on how to live a life with less fear and more positive energy, and I was really drawn to Jamie’s open warm manner. Working with Jamie was so helpful. I had never thought about the ideas he helped me to be open to, and my life has changed in many ways directly in response to following the feeling and not being fearful about outcomes. Jamie has assisted me to stay more present and not get caught in the story the mind is playing out. He also reminded me of the importance to feel our emotions, all of our emotions, but without the need of labeling them as good or bad which has created more freedom in me and my emotional expression. The possibility to create more space in the mind and also free up space through feeling my emotions has helped me be more in touch with my true self, the present moment and what truly matters, love. I started coaching with Jamie in a season of life that was very difficult for me. I had just gone through a divorce that really rocked my entire world...well my story :-) Jamie supported me in bringing awareness to the story I was living in and guided me to see who I am not. This allowed me the space to start to really connect and feel who I really am. Life is unfolding for me and I can say that I am following my heart. I am taking leaps that make no sence to some, but to me I know I must follow my heart. I must do what feels right. I guess having some one zoom into your life and challenge you on the BS with no judgement, is such a beautiful thing. Its essential that a mentor or coach is Authentic, and living what they teach & I know that Jamie moves from his heart, from truth of experience. How did I know this? Becuase I felt it in each session. You feel the love & presence beam out. Some how you see & feel, that there is another way to live. My mantra is 'feel whats there to be felt'. I live by this now. Its the only way through. To feel it all with an open heart. My life has changed and I am deeply grateful for it all...even getting my butt kicked :-)

Well firstly I bloody love him, Jamie's style of coaching is authentic down to earth and chatty, he will tell me exactly what he sees without judgment and because of that I have told him a great deal about myself and my responses to life events. You are not 'lead' with Jamie Gonzalez. If I had to discrive what I have gotten out of it I would say I have moved in the last two years in a way I couldn't have fathomed, I have left jobs and said yes to things that have given me the greatest joy and freedom. Jamie has facilitated me recognising what was in the way of that and more importantly enabled me to get in touch with the part of me that always felt to move in that way, showing up as myself and moving with what I feel to do- do you know how incredible that is? I have thoroughly enjoyed being coached and mentored by Jamie. The space he works from is like nothing I have ever experienced before. He calls you into a deeper space within yourself that you didn't even know was possible to live from and experience day to day. He holds the space for you to drop into more of your truth, so that you can see where you are holding back from living a life you truly love. He is also able to see through me, when I can't even see it myself at times. This enables to cut the crap and live my truth. Jamie was great to work with and although I can't pin point exactly how I've changed, I feel different - like there's more space where all the clutter in my mind used to be. Jamie challenged me to think differently and let go of my story and the constant need to 'fix' myself. He made me understand that although I need to take responsibility for the things I have manifested, I am not those things. There's nothing I need to improve and I am where I am because it's the right place for me to be. He made me realise just how much I was thinking myself through life and how my ego was always looking for distractions. Now I'm thinking less and feeling more and just enjoying where I am right now.

I found the mentoring with Jamie thought provoking and challenging. I realised I was spending a lot of time in judgement of myself and others. Jamie was able to 'hold up a mirror' for me through this process enabling me to become more present to 'this' moment. I have spent a lot of time in my life trying to understand things in the past and grow out of them. WTF opened my eyes to not being engaged in the 'storyline' and learning to not be charged by positive or negative. There is a way to go but I feel like this will have a profound and long lasting impact. Jamie is a good leader.

When I first connected with Jamie I knew on an instinctive level that I HAD to work with him. I actually had a physical reaction as I knew that what he said was full of truth. It has been challenging for me at times but Jamie has always held me accountable and brought me back to the truth of who I really am and for that I am deeply grateful. An absolute challenge to rewire my software, but loving the awakenings and realisations. To stop asking for the 'why' or any reasons has been key.
