Mindset Mechanics Inner Circle 💫

Mindset Mechanics grabs you from the beginning. The intriguing and compelling argument that businesses behave with the laws of physics is enough reason to start reading. The fact that Ms. Wright shows us exactly how to use these laws to get ourselves out of the status quo and move our businesses forward is the reason to keep reading! This book is intelligent and thoughtful in it's exploration of how the universal laws of physics can be applied to business. While my years in consulting have proven to me that our systems are intertwined and that we must take that into consideration as we grow, this is a new and dynamic exploration of this principle. I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone starting or growing a business reads this book!

Carolette has an uncommon insight and keen understanding of the mindset that business owners and leaders need if they want sustainable, healthy businesses and/or organizations. This is a seminal work that challenges our conventional thinking about the inner workings of business development and even shifts the perspectives of how we define success in business. (Hint: it has to be about more than making money!) There are so many insights to glean from, but she's not just pitching theory: everything she presents is actionable. From the first several pages of the introduction, the reader has a foundation upon which to start making meaningful pivots that will lead them to sustainable growth and help them to leave a lasting business legacy.

As a visionary leader and high performer myself, I can appreciate the work of other ambitious and exceptional people like Carolette. Her mission to help leaders, business owners, and organizations build better processes and performance tactics to improve their delivery and especially help them reduce the risk of burnout is much-needed support these days. I highly recommend learning about her work and strategies to help people.
