Wall of Love for TTW

This journey reassured me that even when I feel alone, trapped, or depressed. I have someone that I can speak too. I have someone that has made my soul clean. I have god who is with me everywhere I go.

I often listen to TTW in my car on my way to work, while washing dishes and looking out through my kitchen window and before bed. The Audio styled version makes it versatile to attain a relationship with God. What I love so much about TTW - the explaination of each chapter and how it has encourages me to go away and reflect on its words . It has cultivated within me a closeness with God. One of the ways of knowing god is to constantly seek him and TTW has been part of my journey in doing so. So thank you to God for using you to ministry to so many people around the world .

I was asked to lead a Bible study for the ladies in my church. We used TTW to study the book of Romans! Wow, it was life changing. Pr. Chris brought this book to life. I’m forever grateful for TTW. We are now sharing TTW with friends and family. Thank you TTW for your faithfulness to spread the gospel!

Proverbs was a great model for me. This study in Proverbs made me realize I need to do a Bible study and listen to this with my son so that he know what a marriage should be like and what his role is as a husband. Furthermore, it is a good benchmark for how he can be a as a husband. It also gave great advice for what to look for in a wife.

I have been blessed by having found Through the Word. I read devotionals every day and study my Bible. I pray for friends and family and even those I don’t know. I support many ministries and have been on several mission trips. What I most appreciate about Through the Word is the clear understanding through which the Word is presented. I haven’t been sharing this study with others, but I pray that I’ll be bolder about doing so. I am in my seventies and my health is failing. I recently moved from my home to an apartment to be closer to my daughter’s family for help and support. My daughter serves the Lord with her whole heart. She accompanies me to all medical appointments and spends time with me. My mother-in-law lead me to accept Jesus Christ as my personal savior. Thank you for your dedication to Through the Word. I have been truly blessed.

TTW is the most important app ever developed. I have found my replacement for podcasts, youtube, social media scrolling, all of it. Amazing! If the entire audio collection were offered as physical media, I would purchase 10 copies and hand them out as gifts. For now, I can only share.

Thank you Kris and your fellow workers with TTW! You have helped me get into God's word more often than I use to! I love hearing your insights into the word that provoke me to search out what you say! May God continue to bless you and TTW!

Reminded of the faithfulness of the LORD to me personally and anyone who will follow Him. He is faithful in spite of me and loves me with an everlasting love,great is his faithfulness !!!

I have been a Christian for many years and read the Bible faithfully. But until I discovered Through the Word, I never understood the meaning behind what I read. TTW has given me a deeper understanding and I highly recommend it toe everyone.

I’m a Calvary Chapel pastor in Costa Rica. We started the work 6 years ago and have had to fight one battle after another trying to adhere to the religiosity of a predominately Catholic country. Beginning in Chapter 4 of Nehemiah I bagan to be reminded of the what and why of our mission here. We get so caught up in what the enemy is trying to destroy we sometimes lose sight of the fact the battle belongs to the LORD! Through Him victory awaits when we persevere. In the Book of Revelation Jesus tells John to write to the church in Thyatira in 2:26 “To the one who conquers and who keeps My works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations and he will rule therm with a rod of iron…” Focus on the One who has won nthe victory and not the one who tries to distract us from the work.

I listen to my Bible plans when I go to bed. They run all night so even in sleep, I am receiving the word of God They help me understand the Bible more deeply. Thank you

TTW is AWESOME. We are doing a year reading of the New Testament only and I been using this app from day one, I used some plans of TTW on the Bible YouVersion app, but found this app and LOVE that it is an every chapter study, since that is how our plan works with one chapter a day, and the breakdown of verse by verse really is helping me go deeper in my studies and learning and is teaching me daily. I tell all the people in my groups how great it is and would recommend it to everyone no matter how seasoned they are in the Word of God because there is always more to learn about God and how to deepen our walk with Jesus and strengthen our faith. Through the word has really helped me understand Gods word exactly how it’s meant to be understand. With so many religions and beliefs, Pastor Kris and the teachers make the word plain and in no way try to implement or sway us with their personal beliefs. I’m so grateful God blessed the creators of this app to use their knowledge to help all of us on our journey with the Lord. Thank you!!!!!

As of May 10,2024 I have now if I all 19 journeys. It took 2.5 years to complete and I have grown in faith, knowledge and heart . I love the Lord and watch Him change me. I am a change woman in Christ for the better and I am always sharing TTW with them. Thank you for making the app and helping me read through the Bible.

I did this study with a friend of mine and I think it really helped her especially because I don't know how much she has studied the Bible but she really seemed to love this and wants to do another one. So thank you so much for this wonderful amazing Ministry

Praise God from whom all blessings flow! I just finished Journey 2. I personally had begun TTW with other Books first. So each day begins a new understanding of God’s word! So through the journey I hear something through the reading that gets my attention.. then I want to read the book to hear more about the story! Thanks to the great men and women who makes this possible for me and others!!

This is the clearest and BEST Bible teaching I’ve experienced. I am hearing impaired and listening now through an assisted listening device. TTW has truly transformed my learning about who Jesus is and how I can strengthen my relationship to Him by connecting with His Word daily. This Journey 1 has made it possible for me to connect daily with the Word and “ be transformed by the renewing of [my] mind. “

It has helped me in 3 keys ways - accountability with reading Gods word daily with structure - I thoroughly enjoy the approach of context, history and relevance to my life today - connect with my friends by doing this study with them, I am able to challenge, be challenged and grow in my walk with God.

I have been so grateful for Through the Word. I’m newer to reading the Bible and was finding it challenging, however, when I learned of TTW from my sister it was a game changer for me. I’m understanding the Word so much better and I feel at peace everyday during and after listening. I’ve chosen to follow along via the Journeys and it’s been incredible. I’ve also passed it on to others as a recommendation.

Thank you, thank you from across the country, From South Carolina, Texas, California, that family and friends have been able to connect with each other through TTW! A group of girls, God’s Daughters 👑, has gone through Proverbs together, and we just ended with Romans. What an amazing way to study God’s word so directly and being able to share our thoughts in Audio recordings! This platform is so special and so unique and absolutely godsend! We had some challenges with recordings, not recording, over and over and over again. But Thank you to the Helpdesk team that has worked through some of those issues. I’m here to report that we all ended well and finished the study together, Through the word!

I love these plans. I have read the Bible all the way thru a few times over but never understood as much as I do with these plans. This really helps to know what God is trying to say to us. Never stop!!! Breaking down all the verses helps me learn things I have never learned before and I have been at this for most of my life. It has been off and on when I was younger but for the past 40 years or so mostly on. I’m 71 now so I’m thankful for your staff of teachers. I have had great teachers in my churches over the years that I learned a lot from. These plans on my phone make it so I can study anywhere, everyday. The Bible is so essential to everyone’s life that having the verses broken down is so helpful. I pray anyone I send it to learns as much and more than I do. Love, Love, Love.

I have always considered myself a Christian. However, I have only recently began to truly learn the Bible and develop a true relationship with Jesus. This app has played a major role in that and I cannot thank you enough. I have been noticing that the stronger I grow in my faith, the harder the devil seems to come at me. I understand that is part of it and I must in a way pass these tests to seem myself worthy. Although I have a confession to make. One of the things I have struggled with my entire life is feeling unworthy, useless, unlovable, insecure and when I am walking with Jesus I can see those things start to fade...I begin to see my worth and potential. The devil didn't like that. He hit me hard these past few days. I was backed into a corner and was terrified. I was ready to die, I even had a plan. I was going to commit suicide. I didn't see how I could ever make a difference in this world. But little by little, one piece or person at a time, God started showing himself to me, showing me signs, at least they were signs to me. He stopped me in my tracks, because it was going to happen last night. This morning I get up and listen to my lesson, which I do every morning (except for the past few, bc well...) and I finished out journey 7 with 2 Corinthians starting with Chapter 10. You definitely got my attention, gave me hope and new found strength to fight. The poem that you wrote and ended the journey with...I have no words. I had to record it and will probably write it down later so I can read it for inspiration from time to time. I know that God uses people in a way as messengers to speak to us and do the glory goes to Him. But I also want to thank you. YOU are my favorite pastor. I have learned more listening to you in the past 6 months than I have in my 49 years in this earth. God led me to your teachings and I'm so thankful that you are here following through on your calling. Just wanted you to know that you played a part in saving someone's life and I pray that I can live it as God intended and help others. Again, thank you and be blessed.

I thought pastor Chris did a great job walking me through the book of Ezra. Although I’ve read the book before, Chris shared a deeper understanding of the time and events that I was not aware of. I also learned from following Chris through Ezra, that he has different teaching styles because I’ve listened to Chris teach other scripture. I thoroughly enjoyed his teaching approach of the book of Ezra.

I give thanks every day for TTW. The lessons communicate plainly and always touch my heart. I have been changed by this ministry to the point learning to love everyone, even my former enemies.

I am 52 years old and have always believed God walks beside me. However I have never read the Bible only verses here and there in Sunday School as a child. I am blessed with 2 wonderful children and a loving husband. My daughter who is 34 has started on her journey of bible reading and told me about this app. I felt I wanted a closer relationship with God and so I said well I’m gonna try it. I have read my bible everyday since January with you by my side. I’m understanding everything I read thanks to you. You are truly a blessing and I thank you for this app. I will also like you to know I will start donating also. I don’t attend church just my little kitchen table every morning with you. I feel I need to give to something and it’s hard to trust a lot of things and people. But I experience this app everyday and fully trust you. Thank you for putting this together for people like me. I just want to thank you for the ministry and for all of the effort that you put into it. I have just finished going through all of the journeys. I started in January 2021 and finished at the end of April 2024. I feel like I know Kris’ voice by heart, and often times my teens would walk in and say who is that speaking with the southern accent referring to Sandy Adams! Peyton jones was awesome and Skip from New Mexico made me laugh out loud more than once. Most of all, I’ve grown closer to Jesus during a season when I really needed him and His Word. Thank you again from New Jersey and everywhere else you traveled with me the last 3 years!

I have been on several ‘journeys’ with y’all through the word. My wife brought this amazing ministry over a year ago, and it has been life changing. I’ve been a Christian for many years, and yet other than attending church, had rarely immersed myself into the word of God. Now, I start my day with Pastor Chris and Through The Word, and it has truly changed my life. Thank you Jesus!

I've listened to & read other verse-of-the-day audios but none has made me so eager to read scripture. The color, common sense and occasional humor of Through the Word has brought the bible to life for me. I can't wait to 'read God's Word every morning now and even do several days at a time some days just to hear 'the rest of the story'. Thank you!

it makes so much sense! i love it so much. it’s so fun to learn about everything. and i love how easy it is to use. one thing i would recommend is when the person explains they only explain using the NIV version. and i use NLT so there is different words, but i completely understand and its not a huge deal!! i’ve sent this to my friends and asked them to join too!! plus every guide is only about 15 minutes which is really nice, since i’m in school and need time for other things! 💗💗

The study of the Old testament is opened my eyes up to a lot of things that I didn't know I've been a preacher son I've been a rebellious son of God I've come back to God's ways more strongly today than I ever have I want to continue in God's way pray for me and my family as we go through the valley of the shallow death oh fear no evil for now I know God is with me thank you for your message today continue to pray and I'll continue to pray for you have a blessed day

TTW is Godsend. Since I discovered TTW, my Bible study has become quite enjoyable. What about reading a bible chapter on your own and listening to a commentary of the same from an experienced man/woman of God? It's very encouraging and insightful. Keep up the good work of feeding the children of God this delicious and nutritional spiritual food as that Day draws nearer and nearer. Your reward is guaranteed.

I read TTW every morning and it starts out my day God filled. All the people who put the plans together are wonderful. The ones that narrate the Studys are funny, including the little ones. The Bible explained using historical context and timeline has been a great inspiration to continue my bible journey daily and repeatedly. My memory is questionable so daily reminders are extremely valuable.

TTW is perfect for my 1.5 hr drive to work and then home again. However, I am almost done with all of the journeys. Kris and the crew really know how to teach. Sandy needs to not use his 'quiet' voice so much... hard to hear. My wife said she notices a difference in me. I guess the way I act and also treat her. God bless your whole ministry.

When I'm reading the word and something catches my eye as unusual or as needing background explanation, I go to the TTW app. It is a quick way to get pointed in the right direction, or to see what others are saying about the passage to see if I'm off base. When I was just starting out in reading the Word, TTW was a launch pad into having Biblical understanding and it made me thirst for more, to the point that I got into a Bible study at church that led me to Bible college on my way to becoming a teaching and preaching minister. I am a man that went from a depressed newly wheelchair bound person to a person praising the Lord for His calling to me through His Word when I was at my lowest. God is good, and works in many ways! TTW is a blessed ministry and I will always point people to it as a way to spark their study of the Word as well.

It has never been possible to describe the joy of the presence,beauty, majesty and grace of God in my life. TTW was and is still a special reminder for me and I recommend this app to anyone who wants to experience the untold greatness and mercy of Jesus christ in their lives.

A good and dear friend of mine suggested this app to me and I was hesitant cause I am a firm believer in the you app love that app had so much to offer and I just love Craig and the life church who created you version app. So I downloaded through the word and OMGosh this app with Kris Langham is super helpful I just can't stop reading it and going through the Bible with Kris Langham and friends, he explains each and every part of the Bible and he is so insightful and his way with words .

Love this app! I like the summarization of each chapter. This helps reinforce what I am learning from reading and helping to clarify parts that I may not fully understand.

How can I possibly express what through the word means to my wife Liz and I. We discovered it years before the pandemic but became our church family through it. TTW has helped me to spend time in Gods Kingdom word on an almost daily basis. It makes it easy to hear God’s word and obtain insights I to the Bible. These devotions have helped me be mindful toward God as I go through each days challenges and blessings.

At 68 years old I have found a Bible app. TTW to be awesome! Its refreshing to know that bible teachers across the US have joined together to share God’s amazing teachings. Kris’ down-to-earth approach to explaining prophesy and scripture gave me the desire to tackle Daniel and I’m so glad I did. I have a deeper understanding of the unique power of this book and I’m learning the historical context too. My twin sister and I (who lives 4 hours away) shared our responses to each chapter as we worked our way through Daniel. We are excited to explore more books of the Bible with this app.

Truly I appreciate the approach to teaching the Bible on this platform. It have given me a broader understanding in some scriptures I have already read before now.

I’m a 73 year old retired elementary school teacher. I’m a Christian, but I never really read/studied the Bible growing up. Parts I know very well, but there are parts I’ve never read. Over the years, I’d get motivated to read the whole Bible. Genesis always stopped me in my tracks. So, at 72, I decided to do it…again. However, I chose a different approach. A friend suggested TTW, and my oldest son told me to do the New Testament first. Last year, I did your New Testament in a year. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned so much!! I’ve just recently completed my “stumbling block” Genesis, and am into Exodus now. I want you all to know that Genesis was amazing, not at all what I’d expected!! Thank you so much, TTW and Kris Langham!! With your guidance and teaching, I learned so much, it all made sense, and I looked forward to every chapter. My goal is to complete the entire Bible before God calls me home. Thank you all so much for helping me on this journey!!

I have suffered with anxiety, fear, depression for most of my life where it has brought me to my knees in torment. Reading Psalms 139 spoke to me that before I was even born God knew me. He loved me. He has plans for my life and all I need to do is rest in Him because He so knows my heart, my fears, my worries, my anxieties. I will work so hard to not let the enemy rob me of peace for my God loves me and wants me to live a life of joy and not of fear and despair.

This study has made reading the Bible soooo enjoyable. The teachers are knowledgeable, exciting and funny at times. ( also corny) The incites they bring to the scriptures make me think!

It has encouraged me and gave me strength to face tough situations and circumstances in my life. The Promises Kept plan was instrumental in strengthening my faith. Thank you and God bless you.

Answer the prayer because I am not a reader. The only thing that I would like to say, other than this is such a great blessing to me, and as it is said afterwards, faith comes by hearing hearing through the word of God. Faith is the one thing that pleases God. With all that said, the only thing I would’ve liked is that the genealogy would not have been just fast-forward, because I’ve heard of very scholarly people, who have come to the Lord because the accuracy of the Bible stating generation to generation of the generation until Jesus came,some have come to know the Lord just through that
