My eyes were opened to “doubtful disputations.” My prayer is that God will continue to guide me in the areas that are specific to His commands and not get tangled up in things that are not. A former pastor once said, “Others may, you may not.” In hindsight, he may have been referring to verse 1 of Romans 14. Thank you for TTW.

I was greatly encouraged at how the gospel came to all people beginning in Jerusalem, then Judea and then to the ends of the Earth. My greatest blessing was the challenge at the end of chapter 28. Payton Jones challenged me and others as to what our next chapter in the book of Acts would look like. May each follower of Jesus Christ be compelled to follow the challenge of the Great Commission, and may the Lord grant us fruit for our laborers until He returns.

The acts plan by Peyton Jones has helped me understand the book of Acts more, there are things that I learned that I didn't notice the first time I read it. As Christians, we should expect persecution because the devil has a strong hold on the world but there's always hope, why? Because we have Christ Jesus, we have the Holy Spirit and we have God Almighty and He wants us all, He loves us all.

Revelations chapter eight. I had an epiphany about what you said concerning being shaken. God shakes things to remove the impurities. Much like taking wheat and shaking in the air so the chaff might be removed. So I think that God shakes us up to remove the things we shouldn’t be carrying.

I have been using Through the Word Bible app for a little over a year now and it is my absolute favorite Bible App. I follow along in my own Bible, highlighting and making notes as Chris or the others teach. I have learned soo much!!!! I do this in the mornings with my coffee. My husband does not attend church with me, he believes, but is not, "a church guy". But God...after several months of my husband hearing my Bible study, I cannot proceed in the next days chapter unless he is with me! He loves hearing the Bible read and the TTW lessons. His heart and his thinking (forgiveness, loving strangers, being compassionate, not cursing, not judging, and more) has changed so much. I have full faith and confidence that someday soon he will be a church guy soon. Thank you so much Through the Word family. I love you guys.

God has given Him to us as His best. I cannot survive/ be functional outside Him. He's dependable, firm, sure and ever available to all who runs to Him. There's safety in Him, I will proclaim Him all the more without fear or shame. Amen 🙌

I was so encouraged that Sandy Adams took a firm stance for a six day creation when teaching on the book of Job and for boldly stating that the behemoth and leviathan were what we would call dinosaurs. It is refreshing to hear a pastor that is willing to proclaim that belief.

I'm excited! I pray for clarity almost daily. Using the TTW app for deciphering was such an incredible help. I thank God I came across this app. When I attended my Bible studies with The Church, I feel sadden how I come away with more confusion than I started. This app breaks down the origin of the words that give a broader understanding of their meaning which pieces messages together and makes you go OOOHHHH OKAY! By my active / daily commitment to the course, my husband who was also a victim has willingly joined my new routine of a changed behavior to reading the word first thing after waking up before opening the social media texts. Thanks TTW, it's a transforming tool. Born again for over 25 yrs but now I have rededicated myself to growing again in Christ.

The teachings that accompany the chapters opened up dialogue with my foster son and his birth family about very serious and sensitive life choices. A dear friend began this journey with me and we have deeper discussions about Christ. With my growing group in the blind community since the lessons are entirely audio we can share and recommend them to others! As a Worship leader I have several difficult legalistic volunteers to work with and Romans 14-16 gave me guidance and encouragement. Cant wait to start the next journey! Thank you!

With my growing group in the blind community since the lessons are entirely audio we can share and recommend them to others! Through the word is an amazing platform, without it I would not God at all. I live in a place where I can't go to church and Through the world has helped me keep my faith and understand the Bible. The Bible has always been this scary text, I tried reading it but failed to understand, at one point, I was just reading and completely lost. I want to thank the Through the world team, I am in Nigeria, Africa and I promise to meet you guys and thank you guys in person, one day. I am also a 16-year-old student to start university this year. I love being a Christian because it helps me live a nice honest life and having the reassurance that someone is caring over me is just amazing.
