Wall of Love for TTW

I have read the Bible through so many times. Yet they are bringing out things I never saw before! Exciting things that make me wonder his i didn't see such obvious points, especially how it points to Jesus so perfectly! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!

As rule I avoid Revelation as interesting but incomprehensible. Thank you for making the Revelation experience a little less incomprehensible while retaining interesting.

I’ve read the Bible in a year twice for the past two years. i’ve always skipped revelation because it was too scary. This was the first time that I thoroughly listened and read, and it brought me peace. It didn’t scare me in the least. I really enjoyed reading revelations and now I’m on too reading the Bible again, but this time through the word. it was a great study guide and listening to Chris putting it all together for me made it a lot easier to get through the metaphors excited about my next chapter going through the word with Chris.

My wife Liz and I have been listening to TTW for our morning devotion for several years now. We have listened to Revelation several times. This time seemed to be so much more powerful. I have just retired and we are staring a whole new journey in our lives and are so greatful to God that He has our life in His hands. God's blessings on you all.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been through Revelation but it’s been the most enlightening and enjoyable. Getting the guidance from Kris’ daily commentary is scary, awe-inspiring and even comforting. We get to avoid the second death and partake in the blessings of eternity because we allowed Jesus to drink the cup of God’s wrath for us. This is so meaningful in light of how little I deserve this. Like Yellowstone, we can encourage everyone to go there. See you on Thursday at 2 o’clock.

I raised a Catholic and around my 30s I had so many question about the church and faith so I went to my priest at the time but he could not answer them. One of my questions was why do we not read the Bible as it is Gods word and the account of Jesus. I was told God was an angry father and needed to fear Him. The book of revelations was scary to me, Gods wrath on All humanity. My pastor now told us even with life’s craziness we needed to “make time” in Gods word. So I started with the book I feared as a child. Now I see that He is a loving God who only wants all of His children to repent and seek Him. Thanks to your app not only was able to get through it but I actually understood it!

The most significant way TTW has helped me is to gain a better understanding of the Bible as it relates to interpretation of the language written so long ago. Revelations was the most profound book thus far. With all the strange beasts and the visions John received, in the end the glory of God is revealed. Those who love and live for Jesus Christ are invited to Come! I facilitate a group of 8 women, although only me and one other leave replies to chapters. I can’t see anyone’s progress so I don’t know how successful the group actually is. However I five of us do a Google meet after each Journey to gather and discuss the journey and Gods favor.

This plan of the book of revelations, is so helpful. It’s better explained rather than myself trying to read and interpret. I’m blessed by the word of God.

I struggled with anxiety a lot this past years. I struggled even more with the shame of being anxious as I thought that that proofed that I didn’t really trust God. This lesson in psalm 139 showed me that it’s okay to be anxious as long as I share it with God. He is nit shocked about it. He is helping me to heal.

I’ve been using apps since the beginning but never have I ever done an app review—but this one is a must! TTW is wonderful in every way. I love the fact that the plans are arranged in ‘journeys’, rather than the traditional ‘plans’. This is genius. And even though each ‘journey’ does display the number of days it will last, the individual days aren’t called “days” at all (there is no day 1, day 2, day 3 etc), meaning you can go at your own pace and you will never feel behind and you will never give up and abandon the schedule. They simply tick and display where you are and the percentage you’ve completed so far! As you can imagine however, the effect of this is that you actually go at an even faster pace than you would normally; you become naturally addicted because you’re free to move on to the next day/step as soon as you like—because the “days” aren’t “days”! Who doesn’t want to be addicted to the Bible? So good! With traditional plans, it’s rare to want to move so far ahead since the individual “days” really are tied to actual dates on the calendar. The psychology is much better on this app. With all that said, the audio ‘guide’ provided with every chapter is the thing that makes this app entirely unique. These are clear explanations of what’s taking place in each chapter, giving context and a little commentary. These are simple enough for a young child or new believer to understand yet engaging enough for a long-time follower of Christ to devour because they have depth. Thank you to everyone at TTW. It’s clear that you are meeting your goal of helping people create a daily Bible habit. Now everyone can read with the scriptures as a life-long habit.

Really living this app. The commentary sometimes makes me 😃 laugh. Overall it's a great app to start your journey through the word!

Revelation has made me realize how much more I need to do to be written in the book of life. Pastor Chris did an awesome job with the narrative and explanation of the 22 chapters. Thank you for your dedication to God’s word.

I have always been anxious and apprehensive about the book of Revelation, I have never read it before. I have LOVED this journey through Revelation!!! I’ve been studying it more than once but this was so amazing! Jesus has revealed to me so much and give me more understanding.

This studying me a sober opinion of what th.e end is like and I want to rescue everyone I know by giving them the salvation message. It also makes me look up waiting excitedly for the Lord’s return. It renewed my hope for eternal life.

Usually to a plan but also sometimes to a specific chapter that teaches about an issue that has come up in our community group or Bible study. I finally finished the book of Revelation and reinvigorated my daily Bible reading and prayer routine first thing in the morning thanks to TTW! God bless you all!!!

This the most astounding deep understanding of the letters that was written to the people of kalashes through Paul, I never understood it like I do now. And when he says, grace and peace be to you in the name of Jesus, it really helped me to know how deep that one line really is, for it is gods grace and it is gods peace. That overpasses everything, and that to share this to us in this season. In this era, in this decade is so crucial. So I say, like Paul grace and peace be on to you in the name of Jesus Amen.

I’ve been reluctant to read Revelations because of the heaviness of it. The symbolism and so forth can be confusing to me. But TTW provides terrific insight through Pastor Kris and his willingness to listen to and obey the Holy Spirit. This was very enlightening to me! Thank you!

I found TTW thru YouVersion and loved hearing the word from Chris and the other pastors. I just finished the month long Revelation book and I'm so excited to start the February Letters from Paul. I'm understanding how the Bible is designed and now it's working in my life everyday. I have struggled with the Bible because I didn't understand how to read it. It is not a front to back kind of book. Everything is intertwined together. Pastor Chris has made it easier to read or listen and understand. Thank you TTW

I asked 3 friends from church to start TTW with me in January 2025. What an incredible blessing this has turned out to be - in so many ways!! We’ve grown. We’ve developed a deeper love and appreciation for each other. And we’re developing a Bible habit that I hope will last the rest of our lives.

I have completed a number of journeys as well as books of the Bible. I had read the Bible from cover to cover several times before but with TTW the scriptures have become so much clearer. I am ever so grateful that you have followed through in obedience to God to put TTW together!!! How you link all the different parts of scripture together and explain details is truly amazing!! I love TTW and love listening and following along as you read the word to me. I understand there is more to come and that excites me! I pray Blessings upon Blessings to all the Pastors who share, especially Pastor Chris Langham who ran with the vision from God to make TTW possible!! My favorite book in the Bible is the book of Revelation. Everything about it!! Although, it will be a sad ending for many, I rejoice in the fact that our Lord and Savior Jesus, will come back to save us so that we can live with Him for all eternity. Let us be prepared and watchful!!

I'm new to TTW as of 01/01/2025. I began with Revelation (I've studied the Bible for many years but have so much to learn!) This study helped so much! I lead a Bible study at a local nursing home. We have been going through Revelation for the past two years and this has helped so very much! Now I'm studying the book of Daniel. I also want to do TTW Bible Journeys! That looks fantastic! Thank you to everyone who helps present this material and makes this possible!

The book of Revelation is very hard for me to understand. Therefore, I have also begun the THRough The Word studies on the You Version app. I am on Part 4 Day 4. I choose a verse every day to dig deeper via the “James Method” Bible Study. It is helping but I think I could study Revelation for a year! I appreciate the effort of making this a global study. Even though I don’t know anyone else, it is somehow comforting knowing that so many people are learning along with me. I hope that this is something that continues as it has given me direction in my studies. Previously I was just randomly picking studies on You Version. I really enjoy the recap that goes along with each chapter. I listen to it first and it really helps me understand some of the strange (hard to understand) things that pop up in the Chapter.

This has been eye-opening and life-changing. I have read Col. Before but doing this plan made everything looked new! Really testing me!

I appreciate how the teacher explains the context in which the scriptures are written and how we may apply them to our lives today. The honesty regarding the weaponizing of scripture is empowering and freeing. Thank you for bringing this practical perspective to understanding the bible.

I was uplifted by the Revelation study. I’ve been a Christian for many years but have not studied Revelation in a very, very long time. I know God is awesome and I know the power of answered prayed. But this study gave me a new perspective on the Magnificence and Glory of our Lord and Savior. It brings a new meaning to worship because He is so Amazing, and the things yet to come are indescribable. Thank you for a chance to see and feel His Power.

TTW has helped me by clarifying Revelation. I just finished the series. So thankful to Pastor Kris and the effort he put into sharing his interpretation with me. I took notes on every Chapter and will refer to them whenever I reread the Chapter. I have a longing in me to see Jesus at His second coming. I plan to share my notes with family members. I love this app. I found this app a couple of years ago. I have a daughter that lives in a different state. We do a study ea day, five days a week. We will then text each other about that text and then say something about our day. It brings us closer to each other. We just finished Revelation. I love Revelation, especially ch 21 & 22. It brings me to tears how blessed I am for God’s forgiveness, grace, mercy that he would save a sinner like me and love me and keep me. Even now I am in tears. Loved the study y’all did on Revelations. To be honest, I’ve shrunk away from studying it because there are so many theories on what it says and really strong opinions on those theories. About the only messages I ever heard based on Revelations were those centered on the letters to the churches saying don’t be like those guys. But I’ve learned to trust you guys on your efforts to just illuminate the scriptures and not try to push an agenda. I trusted you enough that I encouraged my wife to join with me on your Revelations study. So, she joined Through The Word and we did the study together…every morning. And you didn’t fail us! :). You were honest and thorough in dealing with controversial topics. Plus, you opened up that book for us and helped us see things that we’d never appreciated before. Like how the book was/is intended to reveal God and his plans for us. Y’all helped me see God’s mercy, His fairness, His to-the-point-of-lunacy patience, His love, and His anger in that book. As far as the controversial stuff…I think He reveals enough of His plans that we will know it when we see it. No sense in worrying about it. It will be plain. Thank you so much for all of your hard work on that study. It was worth every minute.

Wonderful and interesting way to organize the readings. I'm hooked! Many great focused topics. It would be nice to see a few more such as the holy spirit. Thank you for the tremendous effort. This is no small feat.

I came to know Kris Langham & TTW through the You Version Bible app. Kris is the first teacher to ever in my Christian walk teach God’s word in a way I could understand and relate to. The most powerful statement he said was, this is my opinion, do your research and come to your own opinion. Over the past 12 years, I have shared with people who say “I wish I understood the Bible better.” My grown children and friends have downloaded the app. My son is currently studying the journeys with a new believer. Personally I feel more knowledgeable and I thirst more of the word. My knowledge is getting deeper than I ever expected, to the point of I can’t wait to restart my journeys once I complete them all. God’s is awesome in all things and ways. Thank you TTW team for encouraging and enriching the lives of God’s children.

I learned a lot and is craving for more. I already shared to my entire family and my side of family clan. And I will follow up with them.

TTW has helped me get stronger spiritually mentally and physically. I used to take medication for depression and anxiety attacks. I haven't taken them since February 20,2024 listening to Bible in a year and rosary in a year from a different App as well. Thanks for this fantastic app I'm now on the write road . I took some friends to their first NBA game. I couldn't have done this last year

I understand a lot more than I did just reading it by myself. And I have more confidence that this is going to happen just by seeing events and prophecies happening right before my eyes. But im grateful for Through the Word, in my time with the Bible I can read with more clarity

At first, I was timid about reading revelation in January I told myself that this is so odd yet I was excited to do it in January because it is something I have never done or heard of. This plan has made me less scared of revelation and though a bit of it was a bit terrifying, I'm longing to go home as. This is a very interesting book. Thank you Kris Langham and I hope for future updates for more explanations in what you couldn't explain deeper. Thanks TTW

I understand why this is called Law and Order however this plan answered the majority of my questions that I've had about my salvation and walking in Righteousness. I have to add that Pastor Kris has the gift of communication. He conveys The Message in such a way that it's I understood immediately what God intends for that scripture. You do your job phenomenally, Pastor Kris. Not to take away from the other teachers, they were all great. Had to give Pastor Kris the nod though.

This plane touched me and has given me hope for the world. Due to the current state of affairs, the world is imperial and knowing that when the end of times does come, there will be light and love and Goodness again.

I’m curious about all the plagues we’ve read about. 7 seals unleashing havoc,3 woes, seven trumpets, seven bowls. All seem very similar in the destruction that is unleashed. And strangely similar to the plagues God places on the Pharaoh. Do you think that these are all separate, or do you think all the plagues will happen over and over?

This app has helped me in my walk with my Lord. It forces you to set aside some time each day to read the word. It allows me to read each chapter and listen to the full meaning behind it. It’s so simple to follow and keeps me engaged. I’m grateful for an app like this.

I really appreciate the way Kris has dealt with Revelations. This is the one scary art of the Bible for me. Now after listening twice to this study I realize it's message is to show me what I have to look forward to, IF I choose the right path. It's all about choices. I just hope I am not one of the 'cowardly'! 2025 is an open template and I just pray that God will guide me in the way HE wants me to go so that I can call the New Jerusalem 'Home' as well....see you on the Thursday at 2pm Kris!!!

Whao!! What a journey this has been seeing Jesus in all His forms and purpose from beginning to the end As the Alpha and Omega. He's the one who reveals Himself and invites us to know Him, testify about Him, till finally we meet Him in His Kingdom

God has always been a part of my life. As I have aged and stayed close to Him, He is the top priority of my life. I thank Him for His many blessings, study His Word, and talk with Him each day. I am just starting TTW, but so far I like the setup with the Journey tab. I have not yet shared any of the TTW studies with friends.

The book of Revelations has always scared and confused me. So many have so many interpretations. But Kris has kept the main thing the main thing. Jesus is the key and he will care for us through whatever is to come. The small group that I lead is doing one or two chapters each time we meet and creating great discussions. Sometimes there are more questions than answers but we take it all to Jesus. Thank you for your wisdom, Kris, in making this book palatable.

This is the first time that I have read the complete book of Isaiah. The material is very heavy at times, which is probably why I had never read it in its entirety. But Pastor Sandy provides great insight throughout. Very enjoyable and educational experience. Thank you!

The narration for "Numbers 30" is probably the best marriage counsel I've ever received... incredibly insightful, thoughtful, and well prepared. I think I've listened to it almost ten times in the past 48 hours. I am so grateful that God has guided me to this app...truly a gift from Heaven. TTW has helped me immensely with all of the commentary, I don't know about anyone else but the bible can be tough to read at least for me. I have shared this app and have been given thanks for sharing. This plan of revelations can be one of the toughest with all,of its symbolism and having gone through this plan a few times over the years it is getting much easier to understand. Sharing through the word is easy to share, I tell them about the app and then they can make up their minds if it is for them or not. I even shared it with my pastor and I know he has used it on occasion.

At my rock bottom, going through a divorce, arrested for and then I realize I AM A SEX ADDICT, family members cast me out of their lives, loss of my job. While attending SAA meetings a member introduced me to Through The Word. It has changed my heart, my thoughts, my way of Life. I'm not perfect but I now have a Positive path to follow.

These studies have kept me from letting myself fall into the old pattern of my life, and opened my eyes to seeing scripture with a new perspective.

Wanting to do a study to encourage my sister in another state and not being physically present. A friend suggested this app. I love it. I was able to put my faith in action by being mindful God loves the rich and poor equally. I noticed an elderly couple in Walmart who were short on their debit card. I inquired and was able to fill a need. Putting my faith in action I may not have been mindful of before the study. Chapter 2. I was able to enjoy the record snow in La. But being poor growing up in the North I knew for a lot of people the snow was a struggle. Loss of work, broken water pipes, just trying to stay warm. Your study reminded me to be the church. Or should I say Gods word did. Looking forward to tomorrow’s study. Oooops the tongue. I’m in trouble already.

TTW makes reading the Bible inviting and interesting. I just completed Revelation and wow! It is not a book about punishment. Over and over God extends His hand to save. Of course I enjoyed the lessons with the theatrics. I invited family and friends to read Revelation with me. Thank you Kris!!!
