In a world with an overwhelming amount of ‘information’ Kris Langham and TTW offer sound encouragement and insight. There’s no franticness about the delivery but instead the methodical verse by verse, chapter by chapter approach communicates the wonder and sustenance that is God’s word. As someone who has spent almost 6 decades in church - thank you.

I made this study of book of Romans part of my Daily Devotional. I admit sometimes I would listen twice, to insure I was digesting everything. The study helped me understand how important the "meat" of God's word is daily. Thanks

I truly appreciate the efforts of the TTW team in braking down the Word Of God. Going through the book of Daniel was so complex and difficult and took me many days but I received such hope and encouragement learning that “God’s kingdom” will stand forever. I what a powerful book of prophecy.

The TTW app has been truly Amazing!! The format of the app is by far the best approach in helping me understand and learn the Bible. I LOVE this app and I listen to it daily . I’m HOOKED & tremendously great full.

I have always struggled to get a moment to read the Bible as a full time working mum, however am now able to hear a work during my commute and it has been great to feed my soul other than watching a movie on commute.

I've been listening to TTW with Pastor Kris (as well as the other teachers) for several years, and have bounced around in no particular order. I recently started the Journey section (again, in no particular order!) and am presently in Journey 1. Today in Mark 5, I was riveted by Zach's story. Where there is life, there's a soul, and where there's a soul there is the gift of salvation. EVERYONE can turn to Jesus and surrender... He IS our Living Hope!

Through the Word is without a doubt the the best Bible app I have found. The commentaries that explain each chapter help bring understanding and inspire me to dig deeper.

I have lean’t a lot through this. I like most the explanations it’s make me under the Bible better. This is the first time I have gone through a whole book and completed reading.

This journey definitely touched my life in numerous ways. The summary was helpful to remind me of all the lessons learned. I absolutely saw each book in new ways bringing light onto other scriptures. Numbers 25 brought particular profound awareness of the spiritual enemy tactics. It was the undoing of so many of the Israelites! Of course, in current times, indeed all times, we can see that such sins of sex and idolatry bring such utter devastation! My understanding of God’s judgment was very much increased. Also discussion of women in the Bible was very clarifying and I can see how God brought the laws that protect the vulnerable to Israel. Discussing the blood and its mystery in scripture was very interesting. Yes life is in the blood but also how God taught us that bloodshed pollutes the land…. and therefore atonement must be by blood. Of course, for the Christian that makes perfect sense in one way; that Jesus’s blood made the only complete atonement. Yes there are ways that is mysterious but certainly these messages about blood in the Bible come together better through books such as Numbers. Thank you for excellent Bible teaching. Much of my family love “Through the Word” as it has increased our understanding so much.

Through the Word has become my daily bible study guide. I’m just getting into all of the details and uses for it. Thanks go out to Chris and team for creating it. It changed my life.

I am so grateful for the TTW app! Special recognition and thanks to Chris Langham and all the others for their obedience in creating the app. The style of this Bible study app is probably one of the best ones I have ever learned from. I have heard teachings and preaches from the book of Revelation, my whole life, but this particular study has really enlightened my knowledge for such a time is this. The easiest way I can put this teaching in words. Is this app is not only life-changing but World 🌎 changing. I had already left a message yesterday, but it’s 2:30 in the morning and I’m getting ready to go have surgery. And I just wanted to say I appreciate so much the energy and love that you shared in your different analogies and explanations of the book of revelations. After reading the books of Mark and collosians I know Jesus better than before. I understand what is expected of me to live a life that pleases Jesus. I am happy the person I am becoming and optimistic to grow my faith in Jesus through out the journey.

That’s what I think you and the staff are a wonderful wonderful Bible study and revelations. The 2025 cannot be any better than what the Lord has placed for us to receive. This word sovereign to all of us to receive, and I think you so much for your energy and love that is in this program and the other program studies that you share.

This plan was amazing. Kris explainedthe pictorial language from Revelation in an extremely understanding way. The book certainly was opened up to show the breadth and depth of acceptance of Christ as our personal Saviour. It made me feel extremely concerned for those who have not yet accepted Christ. It also highlighted how easy it would be to be drawn in by the Antichrist if one’s faith is as not cemented in the scriptures.

This plan gave me some new insight to the book of Revelations. It helped me to understand some of what I was confused by. I’m very glad I chose to do this plan. Thank you!

Thank you Kris and TTW team. I have been listening for just over a year now and have learned so much. Many of the books' guides are so full of new information or perspective that I usually listen to them an additional 2 or 3 times more after finishing a book. The latest one was Revelation - which changed dramatically how I think about end times and the new heaven and earth. For the first time I actually felt an intense longing for our forever home, as my heart was opened to a different perspective and interpretation... And I am so grateful. As I am typing, I am lying in a hospital bed after another miscarriage. This was my fourth pregnancy - the second to end in miscarriage. My husband and I have only one living son from my third pregnancy. Our eldest was born at 25 weeks gestation (3.5 months too early) and he passed away in the neonatal ICU after fighting his hardest for 55 days. God is our anchor through this emotional rollercoaster and He has protected our hearts against any bitterness or anger. And I truly can't wait to live where there is no more sorrow, heartache, depression and all the horrible things that exist in this cursed world. To live where there is no longer any curse. Knowing that we have inherited that through the grace and sacrifice of Jesus gives us the strength to endure these difficult times. Thank you for sharing what God reveals to you. The TTW review of Revelation taught me that the Bible is not just a collection of books, chapters, and Verses, but a complete picture of life. And to fully understand Revelation, one must understand all parts of the Bible ( i.e., To understand the end of the Bible, one must start at the beginning.) Over my life when I was frustrated with religion, I would comment that that it sure would be nice to have a book explaining life. When I heard that God did not invent religion, man did, I started to read the Pentateuch. Dennis Prager said reading the Torah would cover 80% of the important points of the Bible. Well, it didn't take long for me to realize the Bible is the book on life that I was looking for. TTW helps me immensely with understanding the depth of wisdom contained in the Bible. Thank you!

I downloaded the TTW app after going through one of the plans on youversion. I loved the plan so much and had always desired to truly understand the book of revelations, so I thought, “why not,” and it was truly enlightening. I will definitely be going through more plans on the TTW app. Thank you Pastor Kris and the team.

I have read the Bible through so many times. Yet they are bringing out things I never saw before! Exciting things that make me wonder his i didn't see such obvious points, especially how it points to Jesus so perfectly! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!

As rule I avoid Revelation as interesting but incomprehensible. Thank you for making the Revelation experience a little less incomprehensible while retaining interesting.

I’ve read the Bible in a year twice for the past two years. i’ve always skipped revelation because it was too scary. This was the first time that I thoroughly listened and read, and it brought me peace. It didn’t scare me in the least. I really enjoyed reading revelations and now I’m on too reading the Bible again, but this time through the word. it was a great study guide and listening to Chris putting it all together for me made it a lot easier to get through the metaphors excited about my next chapter going through the word with Chris.

My wife Liz and I have been listening to TTW for our morning devotion for several years now. We have listened to Revelation several times. This time seemed to be so much more powerful. I have just retired and we are staring a whole new journey in our lives and are so greatful to God that He has our life in His hands. God's blessings on you all.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been through Revelation but it’s been the most enlightening and enjoyable. Getting the guidance from Kris’ daily commentary is scary, awe-inspiring and even comforting. We get to avoid the second death and partake in the blessings of eternity because we allowed Jesus to drink the cup of God’s wrath for us. This is so meaningful in light of how little I deserve this. Like Yellowstone, we can encourage everyone to go there. See you on Thursday at 2 o’clock.

I raised a Catholic and around my 30s I had so many question about the church and faith so I went to my priest at the time but he could not answer them. One of my questions was why do we not read the Bible as it is Gods word and the account of Jesus. I was told God was an angry father and needed to fear Him. The book of revelations was scary to me, Gods wrath on All humanity. My pastor now told us even with life’s craziness we needed to “make time” in Gods word. So I started with the book I feared as a child. Now I see that He is a loving God who only wants all of His children to repent and seek Him. Thanks to your app not only was able to get through it but I actually understood it!

The most significant way TTW has helped me is to gain a better understanding of the Bible as it relates to interpretation of the language written so long ago. Revelations was the most profound book thus far. With all the strange beasts and the visions John received, in the end the glory of God is revealed. Those who love and live for Jesus Christ are invited to Come! I facilitate a group of 8 women, although only me and one other leave replies to chapters. I can’t see anyone’s progress so I don’t know how successful the group actually is. However I five of us do a Google meet after each Journey to gather and discuss the journey and Gods favor.

This plan of the book of revelations, is so helpful. It’s better explained rather than myself trying to read and interpret. I’m blessed by the word of God.

I struggled with anxiety a lot this past years. I struggled even more with the shame of being anxious as I thought that that proofed that I didn’t really trust God. This lesson in psalm 139 showed me that it’s okay to be anxious as long as I share it with God. He is nit shocked about it. He is helping me to heal.

I’ve been using apps since the beginning but never have I ever done an app review—but this one is a must! TTW is wonderful in every way. I love the fact that the plans are arranged in ‘journeys’, rather than the traditional ‘plans’. This is genius. And even though each ‘journey’ does display the number of days it will last, the individual days aren’t called “days” at all (there is no day 1, day 2, day 3 etc), meaning you can go at your own pace and you will never feel behind and you will never give up and abandon the schedule. They simply tick and display where you are and the percentage you’ve completed so far! As you can imagine however, the effect of this is that you actually go at an even faster pace than you would normally; you become naturally addicted because you’re free to move on to the next day/step as soon as you like—because the “days” aren’t “days”! Who doesn’t want to be addicted to the Bible? So good! With traditional plans, it’s rare to want to move so far ahead since the individual “days” really are tied to actual dates on the calendar. The psychology is much better on this app. With all that said, the audio ‘guide’ provided with every chapter is the thing that makes this app entirely unique. These are clear explanations of what’s taking place in each chapter, giving context and a little commentary. These are simple enough for a young child or new believer to understand yet engaging enough for a long-time follower of Christ to devour because they have depth. Thank you to everyone at TTW. It’s clear that you are meeting your goal of helping people create a daily Bible habit. Now everyone can read with the scriptures as a life-long habit.

Really living this app. The commentary sometimes makes me 😃 laugh. Overall it's a great app to start your journey through the word!

Revelation has made me realize how much more I need to do to be written in the book of life. Pastor Chris did an awesome job with the narrative and explanation of the 22 chapters. Thank you for your dedication to God’s word.

I have always been anxious and apprehensive about the book of Revelation, I have never read it before. I finally finished the book of Revelation and reinvigorated my daily Bible reading and prayer routine first thing in the morning thanks to TTW! God bless you all!!!

This the most astounding deep understanding of the letters that was written to the people of kalashes through Paul, I never understood it like I do now. And when he says, grace and peace be to you in the name of Jesus, it really helped me to know how deep that one line really is, for it is gods grace and it is gods peace. That overpasses everything, and that to share this to us in this season. In this era, in this decade is so crucial. So I say, like Paul grace and peace be on to you in the name of Jesus Amen.

I’ve been reluctant to read Revelations because of the heaviness of it. The symbolism and so forth can be confusing to me. But TTW provides terrific insight through Pastor Kris and his willingness to listen to and obey the Holy Spirit. This was very enlightening to me! Thank you!

I found TTW thru YouVersion and loved hearing the word from Chris and the other pastors. I just finished the month long Revelation book and I'm so excited to start the February Letters from Paul. I'm understanding how the Bible is designed and now it's working in my life everyday. I have struggled with the Bible because I didn't understand how to read it. I asked 3 friends from church to start TTW with me in January 2025. What an incredible blessing this has turned out to be - in so many ways!! We’ve grown. We’ve developed a deeper love and appreciation for each other. And we’re developing a Bible habit that I hope will last the rest of our lives.

I have completed a number of journeys as well as books of the Bible. I had read the Bible from cover to cover several times before but with TTW the scriptures have become so much clearer. I am ever so grateful that you have followed through in obedience to God to put TTW together!!! How you link all the different parts of scripture together and explain details is truly amazing!! I love TTW and love listening and following along as you read the word to me. I understand there is more to come and that excites me! My favorite book in the Bible is the book of Revelation. Everything about it!! Although, it will be a sad ending for many, I rejoice in the fact that our Lord and Savior Jesus, will come back to save us so that we can live with Him for all eternity. Let us be prepared and watchful!!

I'm new to TTW as of 01/01/2025. I began with Revelation (I've studied the Bible for many years but have so much to learn!) This study helped so much! I lead a Bible study at a local nursing home. We have been going through Revelation for the past two years and this has helped so very much! Now I'm studying the book of Daniel. I also want to do TTW Bible Journeys! That looks fantastic! Thank you to everyone who helps present this material and makes this possible!

The book of Revelation is very hard for me to understand. Therefore, I have also begun the THRough The Word studies on the You Version app. I am on Part 4 Day 4. I choose a verse every day to dig deeper via the “James Method” Bible Study. It is helping but I think I could study Revelation for a year! I appreciate the effort of making this a global study. Even though I don’t know anyone else, it is somehow comforting knowing that so many people are learning along with me. I hope that this is something that continues as it has given me direction in my studies. Previously I was just randomly picking studies on You Version. I really enjoy the recap that goes along with each chapter. I listen to it first and it really helps me understand some of the strange (hard to understand) things that pop up in the Chapter.

This has been eye-opening and life-changing. I have read Col. Before but doing this plan made everything looked new! Really testing me!

I appreciate how the teacher explains the context in which the scriptures are written and how we may apply them to our lives today. The honesty regarding the weaponizing of scripture is empowering and freeing. Thank you for bringing this practical perspective to understanding the bible.

I was uplifted by the Revelation study. I’ve been a Christian for many years but have not studied Revelation in a very, very long time. I know God is awesome and I know the power of answered prayed. But this study gave me a new perspective on the Magnificence and Glory of our Lord and Savior.
