THW has given me insight into the Bible and God’s plan for me. Helping me see His work in my life, and I’m learning to TRUST in Him. That He is my lord and savior, and He carries my burdens. I AM NOT ALONE

Great opportunity to just go through the New Testament with friends and hear how Gods word has impacted or challenged them.

I have learnt and appreciated apostle Paul's zeal to talk a pit Jesus after his dramatic encounter with Him. What a transformation! He met Jesus and decided to follow Him, no turning back! I also understood more clearly that when we answer the call of Jesus, He will walk with us no matter what challenges come our way. Paul was unstoppable! I pray for the same zeal. Thank you for sharing the book of Acts so clearly. God bless you. I pray for that zeal I my life too .

I enjoyed every bit of it 😀 😊. I am happy when it come on because it has impact my spiritual life in a major way. I was always lazy to read the bible but since I knew this app a month ago, I have been able to read and understand two books of the bible and eager to go through the rest. I shared the app with my fellow friends and kept them updated has to how it shaped my spiritual life so I excited to do more Love you TTW and thank you. Science and the Bible has really made me think. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this study. I am looking forward to more days being added. I will be listening again and sharing with others.

Paul’s story gives me hope. Obviously I haven’t walked in Paul’s shoes but I’ve done and said some pretty awful things about God in the past. Before I surrendered my life to Jesus I was miserable all the time. Now I am ant to praise Gods name and honor him with my life.

I am learning more everyday and it is exciting to learn how Jesus thought and healed in His 3 years after His baptism. Looking forward to learning more and to grow in the truth of Jesus's life and why He came to earth.

It touched my life in a profound way. This particular chapter has me wanting to develop in discipline, blind TRUST, careful of how I speak and do things in my daily life.

I’m grateful to have found Through the Word Bible studies on YouVersion during COVID, and those studies continue to be a great way way to connect with friends and acquaintances while sharing about God’s Love and Truth — even with a friend in Korea.

My experience of the TTW has been great since I came across the App. God has laid in my heart to make daily study of His Word and habit, and I'm glad He's helping me to observe it and apply the lessons learnt to my daily life. Hey Chris, I wanted to reach out and simply let you know that we’re here for you and your family. When you received the text regarding your daughter, it took me back to age 19 when I too was diagnosed with cancer. I know how I felt however never stopped to consider my parents feelings. Through your words I believe I now can understand their feelings. At first it was a struggle to wrap my head around my thoughts and feelings, I had good days and bad days. On one particularly bad day my Catholic priest stopped by and informed me that I was being pushed by God, for what I never understood. However, that day I walked away from God and further distanced myself 11 years later when I lost mom to cancer. When my daughter was born, many years later, my wife and I decided that we wanted God to be a part of her young life so every night she sat on my lap and we read stories from her children’s bibles together. Today, 15 years later, she’s very strong in her faith and along with my wife has helped me find my way back to God. That journey started and continues with you and Through the Word. I listen to your journey’s during my lunch break at work and as a family we listen to your journey’s together in the evenings. I have loved traveling with Paul and the other disciples through Acts. I am always inspired by Paul's story, from opposition to presentation of the Truth! He embodied Jesus command to go forth!

I just finished the journey through Acts. It has given me a much deeper appreciation of Paul and his missionary work. Following his travelsI helped my understanding of his letters to the various Churches.

I have learned so much about Paul. He was so steadfast on telling people about Jesus. I pray I can have a small portion of his witness.

TTW has helped me tremendously. I HAhave better understanding of the scriptures and encourages me to read the scriptures more and have more knowledge of the Bible is saying to me the book of acts Paul's life has really been a blessing and an eye opener to me . I enjoy how the app is teaching with understanding the bible. The bible can and is confusing for many. Especially when you read the king James version without reference. Today I started step 2. I look forward to the next 26 days of learning.

I love acts I try and read it all the time especially after Easter to remind our what sacrifices the apostles went through

I now have a Bible habit, thanks to TTW! Not a day missed since I started 25 days ago. Most importantly, I am continually discovering how much I am blessed (or awesome) through my relationship with Jesus. It's always about Him!

It’s been an amazing trip reading through the book of the Acts of the Apostles.Thanks to TTW.lLast year I tried to take the church the book but ended up in twentieth chapter, as we were not consistent and found part difficult to explain. TTW’s reading plan and explanations has made it easy for me to read through the book of Acts.The explanation also insights into the chapters of the book. I am grateful for the good work you are doing. With this I am equipped to teach on the book of Acts.

The book of Acts has enlightened my eyes even more about the apostle Paul & all that he endured in his life because he was that zealous & loved God’s people that much. I learned things I didn’t know prior to listening to this book. I had studied this book before but got a richer understanding. I love the TTW app. I love how it has commentary prior to reading the chapters which those commentaries are very helpful, eye opening & informative.

TTW helps me to have an overall view of a particular book of the Bible that I am studying. It is helpful to understand the background of the text and light of biblical history. I appreciate the helpful applications that are offered.

I love this app. It has helped me travel through the word of God with ease. I love the way it has been structured, the commentary on every chapter makes easy for you to follow through the bible reading. I have enjoyed the chapter by chapter explanation of 1 Timothy. We all need a healthy reminder of what a healthy church and healthy leadership looks like.

First, I love the whole concept of TTW. As an engineer of 40+ years I have many times related the descriptions in the Bible to science. The descriptions many times sound and I visualize them as space flight or other scientific phenomena. This study has allowed me to put a great big SO WHAT!! Behind those thoughts. Helping me to recognize how His ways are not mine and reminding me how His ways are hard to fathom as they are so much above ours. It gives me another measure of peace in my faith walk.

We are in our 60"s and always so busy with ministry after 30 years on the field in Mozambique, but Kris" heart sharing and daily encouragement from Scripture has been tbe game-changer that saved us from burn-out, and keeps us even now, humbly depending on the Spirit instead of our own strength. THANK YOU

The marriage series was truly refreshing and enlightening it is a good study tool for newlyweds and seasoned vets of God's the institution of Honourable Marriage.

TTW help me to listen to the bible whenever I am busy in the day when I have a million things to but able to be ministered to while in my business. I am on Journey 1 and listen to it sometimes with my family.

Hey Kris. Thank you again so much for the Science and the Bible series you have been doing. I had offered earlier a critique saying that I would prefer more pure science and less philosophy. Although, I love geeking out about seeing God in scientific wonders, and would truly love to hear more of that. I think part of my lack of excitement over the philosophical questions of “Why am I here?” came from my lack of excitement over the answers that ran through my mind when those questions were presented. I’m a 65 year old man who found God during my freshman year in college. Things started great with excitement, joy, and a passionate growing faith. I found a beautiful woman who shared my beliefs and passions and we married. What followed was decades of being in controlling, work- churches that tore us apart spiritually rather than build us up. We never felt good enough or able to do enough to feel like we offered any value to the church much less to God. Although, deep inside we knew that something was wrong, we just assumed that we were the problem and not the church or God. This went on until one Sunday service I felt like a switch got flipped on and I looked around and realized that God wasn’t there. He wasn’t in that church and hadn’t been for a long time. So we left to go find God. We tried several churches after that and mostly came away with the thought that churches stink and God is good. After living without being involved in any kind of church, I recently told my wife that I couldn’t live like this anymore and needed to find a church. We tried a church that I had been feeling drawn to for a while, and immediately felt God’s presence and found a home. I bore you with all of that to say that here I sit listening to those questions an old man whose future days are significantly less than the days past, whose children are not particularly faithful because they are full of church hurt, and little hope that the mess of my life can be salvaged for any value offered up to God. I feel like when it’s my turn to stand before God. All I will have to offer Him is a shattered life that was His original desire for my life that I have taped up and super glued as best as I can. I’m confident that He will accept that. Be happy that I’m there. But wishing I had done better with what I had been given. When I shared these thoughts with my wife that your questions had driven to the surface, she pointed out that we have a need to fill in our church and a skill set we have acquired to fill those needs. We have seen it all, fought through it all, struggled, screwed up, fought some more, and have come through with a deeper and more resilient faith than ever that God is the one who is in all, over all, and loves all. And we find ourselves with people who need some of that in their lives to KNOW that God will see them through as he has seen us through. Pain having found a purpose. Imagine that. Maybe the life that I feel has been shattered and ruined has been what was planned all along. I look forward to finding that out one day. Thanks again for asking the questions whose answers I didn’t want to consider.

I just finished this study for the 2nd time. The first time I invited someone from my Bible study. I just disvit with my husband. He is not a believer and is emphatically opposed to believing. I was surprised he agreed. He really enjoyed it and said he wanted to hear more! We are getting ready to begin Ecclesiastes in five minutes. This is a huge miracle! I'm so sorry about the Langham’a daughters diagnosis. My heart goes out to the entire family. I will keep them all in my prayers. Love and healing in Christ Jesus, Yeshua our Messiah🙏

I love this plan, because I love how Chris brings it to life through his illustrations and stories helps me to remember the scripture that I have listened to. I advise new believers to start out in the gospels with Mark because he is short and sweet about what he is saying. It’s the shortest gospel. which I think helps because it gives us what we need to know, but doesn’t go into detail to wear a new believer will get lost. I also have loved Colossians because Paul through his words captures me into that city, and what those believers were going through when hearing other men teach what was not taught by Jesus only perhaps a fraction. We experience that so much today with churches subtracting what they don’t want to hear and adding to God’s word. One thing I have learned through Bible study fellowship that I have been in for. 23 years is that you don’t add or subtract from God’s word. I am looking forward to studying ask now. I have studied this book many times but I’m anxious to hear how Kris presented. Thank you so much for your teaching Kris.

TTW has helped improve my bible reading. I have learnt from Joseph’s story that no matter how much devil plans evil for you, Gods plan will always prevail, through we might learn a lesson from it but you will always come out triumphantly. Thank you for this App.

I absolutely love TTW. I started using the app maybe 3 years ago and then I learned u can do plans with friends and me and my friend have been doing journeys together. It’s away to keep us accountable and to build up one another and I absolutely love it and thankful God has blessed these teachers to break down the word and given us a tool to grow our faith.

Hey Kris. Thank you so much for the Science and the Bible series. It’s been great! My wife and I have both been enjoying it. Speaking of my wife…she tells a joke that you may enjoy. (That is if you haven’t heard it already). It goes like this… A group of scientists went up to tell God that they had finally unlocked the mystery of how God created life and now they were just as smart as Him. God said “I’m impressed. Please show me how you create life.” Happily the scientists went and got some dirt. And God said “Woo now! Hold on! Get your own dirt.” If I may offer my two cents worth as a critique as you requested, I would like for you get more into the nitty gritty of science so that I can better see God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power, and divine nature in what he has made. In this series, you ask great philosophical questions and give great answers. Love it. But you got both my wife and I going a while back when around Easter you talked about a grub that brings to life the verse in the bible that talks about our sins being red as scarlet but we will be made as white as snow. You said that the grub mom gives her life for her children shedding her blood. Then her skin or turns white and flakes off like snow. Amazing! We were both geeking out about that. We wondered if the grub was native to that region of the “promised land” and that God had it all planned out when he told Abram to pack up and move there. All of that just lit up a big ole neon sign in our hearts and minds that said “there’s God right there”. That’s what I want more of. You touched on some of that when you were talking about the wonderful dance that the earth, moon, and the sun make with each other in absolute perfection. Again…the neon sign…”there’s God”. I want to see God more in the world around me. I want to geek out with God over the wonders of what he has created. I want science to once again be an act of worship of God. But that is just my opinion. I’m grateful for your exposing the lie that has been perpetrated about the conflict between science and Christianity. I bought that book you recommended. So I’m learning and growing. Thank you so much for all of this.

It has brought people including myself closer to one another ! And not just one another but a closer walk with GOD ! It has spiritual strengthened myself ! And the main point of this is to find ourselves lifting up one another and above all the name of our Heavenly Father

TTW has helped me understand the Bible and has made it enjoyable to read. So far, Romans is my favorite. It has reiterated to me how important it is to love others right where they are. It gives clear direction on how to live the Christian Life and give Grace to those that aren't there yet. I love that. I share TTW with anybody that will listen to me about this wonderful app. Couple girls at my work are in a group following along with me and one of my relatives is in the group and a couple friends from church. Our group of four enjoys walking through the Bible together SO much. TTW is an excellent way to stay connected while studying God’s Word. TTW is encouraging and bonds are being built in the best way.

Journey through The Acts of the Holy Spirit in the Apostles has opened my eyes to the works of the men who devoted their lives to the beginnings of the church. A challenge for me in this 21st century.

The whole book is amazing and eye opening. And to learn, at the end of this study, that we ourselves are still writing chapters of Acts today...!!! Thank You Jesus 🙏♥️

With so many things coming to past. We must have faith to walk this walk these days. So by faith and love we walk and we live according to the word of God. We have to have faith to walk in today’s world.

72 years have run under my bridge . My grandfather helped to build one of the first Assembly of God churches in rural Jefferson County , near St Louis. I ve drawn close and stepped away many times in my journey . The prayers of my wonderful mother , and her Assembly , have covered me and my siblings throughout our lives !! B T W Many miracles along the way , from the aforementioned . With all of my intermittent closeness to Christ , I ve almost avoided much of the old Testament , by choice. Now… I find myself fascinated and drawn by each introduction, here, in that same “ Old Testament” The once - tedious readings , are now greatly anticipated by me , & are wrapping my heart w/ each journey !!! Thank You All For Having And Using Your Gifts. FOR THE FIRST TIME , I AM BUCKLED - IN , & EAGER TO RE APROACH THE SOURCE OF LIFE IN A HERETOFORE WISHY- WASHY PEW - WARMERS EXISTANCE 😳 I ve sent this wonderful - learning experience to everyone I know ; churched or whatever they might be ! 🙏🏼 God is speaking to me to be ready and look ready. I want to encourage other brothers and sisters who are disheartened and weak. Praying we respect and live in Peace with each other while we wait for Jesus faithful return.

God’s has used the books in this plan to remind me of His plan his people, both Jews and Gentiles. As I service in church and fellowship with other believers I need these reminders of why he gave us the law, but that it no longer is what we hold to as we live in the grace of God. I long to be an example of God’s grace in my life and as Paul said in Eph 3:17 to have Christ dwell in my heart through faith, rooted and grounded in love, and with all the saints ( my church family and others)to know the love of Christ, filled with it and demonstrate it. I desire for the church and myself to demonstrate the fruit of the spirit, rather than the deeds of the flesh that he talked about in Galatians. I feel that evangelical church is demonstrating more of these attributes then the ones of the spirit. I want to encourage and challenge others to help change that and let the world see Christ’s love in us and not be instruments of enmity, disputes, and anger. My love for God’s word has increased because of the ministry of TTW. Praise God for that!! Thank you!

I love to listen to TTW every day. It makes it easier for me to focus and to glean the understanding from the enthusiastic teachers and pastors on each lesson. I discover something new each time I listen.
