I love TTW, I was ecstatic when I found this app! The teaching part is amazing & explains everything well and helps me apply it all to my life & my relationships and strengthens my faith and relationship Jesus. I also love following along in my Bible as the Bible is read to me. May God bless your mission and ministry!

I cannot believe I actually finished this plan!!! I am grateful and thankful! I'm a grade 1 teacher with 3 kids of my own,(21, 17 and 4) This app made me not only make time, but kept me interested with all the add on information during a lesson. I wanted to go back and listen and spend time in the Word!!!...even while my 4 year old wants to play or my 21 year old wants to share a video or my 17 year old wants to talk about some game!! Thank you for reminding me about God's grace and love for me and my family...and to stop being so serious about Jesus and the Bible, but to enjoy reading, listening and practicing it🙏🙏🙏

I have been in the church for a long time. No one has explained the bible in such detail that I understand it better in my older age. I have shared it with family and friends but I am still learning myself.

Since I started which I’m now going into Journey 3 I haven’t missed one day. I love how I have felt the spirit more since I started listening and I look forward to my next learning session.

This is one my open eyes journey, because when I read the 1st time by myself I could not understand. But after listening to your interpretation I finally understood Gods message for my life. Especially what I should not do.

It strengthen my walk with God since almost everyday I was able to meditate His word. Happy to finished 2 books. I listen everyday with my husband.

I enjoyed the book of Job with Sandy Adam’s. I’ve read the book many times in my journeys through the Bible. This time through it was good to have commentary on each chapter, and what came through to me was that all that happens in my life is for the glory of God, whether good or ill. Some times we can understand what God is doing and sometimes it is hidden from us.

Love reading and listening TYW everyday… your narration of the chapter helps me so very much understand the times and meaning of the passages

The psalms in this plan knocked me off. It made me see God as David saw him, real companion in the journey of life. He gave me the life after all why should he not be interested in what happens to it?

I have been thinking that for years now I would have liked to understand Daniels words. I never read by myself only listening to others but I’m glad that I did read for myself and I had TTW to guide me through this wonderful book that I have learned to be my favorite book

My small group was looking for a new study and one of our members stumbled across TTW. We started listening individually through the week and would come back together on Tuesday nights to discuss what we had learned. There are 16 of us in our Bible study group, but since we all agreed that it’s one of the best sources for understanding the Bible that any of us has ever discovered, we’ve shared this new found treasure with many friends and family. We are so thankful for TTW!!!

I enjoy listening and listening and listening again to the pastors that host TTW. I am learning more and more about God going through the Journeys.!!

I work near the plan, the fight of your life to get me through my cancer treatments. The book of Job was especially helpful because it taught me that God did not cause my cancer, but he has been there to support me throughout my journey. My journey continues, and God continues to be steadfast. Through The Word provides great insight into all the chapters of the Bible, and I enjoy listening and learning through these lessons.

This book of Malachi reading and podcast has blown my mind, in terms of the detailed yet simple explanation of God's Righteousness and Justice. Especially, helping me to understand that He may let evil reign for a while but it does not mean that He does not see and know what to do, He does and He will, One day! The final day evil shall be rid from the earth.

It has been a beautiful journey to go deeper into Psalms! The back stories, references to other passages and word meaning. Thank you for your faithful ministry.

I just completed Journey 11 and has given me so much encouragement. I slowly pulled away from the church when my then husband passed away. I have been slowly coming back to the Lord but was caring my hurt for all my sins during this time away, not sure the Lord would bring me back. After finishing this journey I fell a closeness with the Lord and know that He is with me. My faith is growing and I know it will be stronger this time.

Your podcasts are so very helpful. Especially with the OT as they can be difficult at times. These are such great supplements to the sermon series at our church. Thank you for your great work and affection to our LORD!

I needed a way to absorb the bible and better understand it. To me that is the only way to apply it to every day life. However as most if us know the bible is not very clear in some areas and rarely can one simply sit down and absorb the lessons from a high level and then apply them. This App is perfect for that. I love the explanations and the real world scenarios to help guide through the out of the box thinking the bible can sometimes require. This App simply makes it all digestible and easier to learn from. It’s the difference in trying to put together something without any instructions and something that comes with tools and instructions. That’s what this App does for me. Thanks for making all of this easier to put together 😎

1 Samuel is a great example of what to do and what not to do. Follow God in all our ways. Do not look to our own selves for wisdom. Pride comes before the fall and God will let us fall if we don’t trust him. Saul let his pride lead but David knew that God was the only way and he was a man with God. I have learned in this chapter the way to have peace in getting through troubles is relying on God first and let Him do the rest.

I’m just so happy glad that I have a finally able to understand what I did not know truly. Thank goodness I am now in the process to learn to be more loving to others and I want to share with all who I have ever known about this wonderful beautiful new life and how much joy that is coming to us

This Study has awakened me to the reality of all my past years of fruitless (folly) living. Thanks for noting within the B side of 12, EPH 5:15-16 “that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but wise, redeeming the time because the days are evil”. Blessed be our Lord God!

Hello everyone Luke was a journey for me like no other. We know the gospels since childhood but we couldn't really understand. As my faith is still growing and evolving now I can understand it better. As a adult these bible chapters is a clear guide how to live but why is it so difficult to follow ? In Luke I have learned that our minds is closed untill Jesus opens up our minds so that we can remember en fully understand. Thank you for this journey

TTW has helped me read the word almost every day. This journey has taught me a lot on God's redemption and grace. I have encouraged brethren to download the app. I know a few using the app. The teaching insights help me to understand the word more.

I loved all the ways the different books were used to help guide me through learning about God’s wisdom. As well as learn how to have and follow through wisdom myself and share with others.

I struggled for a while with sinning in the same area over and over and over, and I got to the point where I felt that there was just no way out, no hope, and I felt so unworthy before God. In fact, I said to God, "Lord, shame and remorse is what I feel", but then in the next breath, a realisation came and I said "but shame and remorse is not repentance". And then I put the date in my phone and the time. And I said, Lord, from now, no matter how I feel, I repent. And then I went and listened to the last two chapters of Hosea on "Through the Word". And it touched me. It felt like that had been written just for me. And I wanted to thank you because I have listened to so many books of the Bible on TTW. As a little girl, my dad used to read me a bedtime stories, and I always preferred listening to reading. Even now, I do read the Bible in the mornings, but in the evening, I prefer to listen to the Bible on TTW. And it's so nice. It's like my father is reading that bedtime story to me all over again, except that it is my heavenly Father in this amazing way. So I wanted to thank you for the wonderful work that you do. May God bless you in many, many, many ways.

This study through Numbers has been eye-opening for me. I have seen more clearly that God is awesome! Totally worthy of all my life’s attention, praise, and living. He is all-wise in His ways. How perfect the laws were and the feasts of remembrance, all to help them keep their eyes on Him and know that He is perfect to lead them to just the right place in just the right way.does for me. He has redeemed me from the slavery of myself and my sin. He is leading me and has given me instructions on how to follow him (through His word)and so I will keep my eyes on Him and take time to honor Him and remember what He has done.

This Journey #5 enlightened me in so many ways. My life has totally changed as the Holy Spirit revealed the likes and dislikes of God. I love Through The Word. Starting now on Journey #6.

I have been using YOUVERSION Bible app. That's where I started some the study plans and listened to a lot of different plans and I listened to some your plans and really enjoyed yals plans a lot. I then found that yal had this app . I can say that it has been yals plans that has really made learning and listening really made it easy and enjoyable and interesting. I have a hour and half drive daily to school ( yes I am a 57 year old college student) but I listen to yals app on my drive and actually look forward everyday to listening to the plans . Thanks to yal I have some great listening That's truly positive good impact on my life. It's way better than listening to the world news . Ha Thank you for all yal do and for just being you. Steve

This study is the easiest to follow! The devotions make us feel like you're sitting in the room with us. We love studying it as a couple and with our church as a whole!

I have just finished Proverbs and what can I say but THANK YOU! I have underlined and highlighted more in my Bible this past month then ever before. The wisdom in this book, and from the different speakers has filled my mind and heart. Thank you for passing Gods wisdom on to me in ways that I understand and can apply to my life.

When I started this journey, I thought it would be bout discipleship; making disciples solely. But as it turned out it is more about a way of life of being a disciple. Yet, the emphasis on sharing Gods live and your faith with others has made me feel uneasy in a positive way. Having served with CRU international in Nigeria, I considered myself an expert in discipleship. This plan was like a mirror to me, showing that I have neglected the active part of being a disciple making disciple over the last years. Thank you for this new impuls. Now it is up to me to put it into action. I have started with praying more for non believers in my environment, and being more alert to opportunities to share Christ.

It's been a wonderful experience with the TTW. The teaching of each chapter is an eye opener that inspires me to want to know more about Jesus. The more I know HIM,the more my joy abounds. Thank you to all teachers who have designed this app....May the Good Lord Bless You All,in Jesus'name.

This app is the best ever! I use it every day. It’s just the right amount of time. I love Kris’s narration voice. He makes the Bible come alive especially for boring chapters like Genesis 5 that has nothing but genealogy. Kris’s commentary definitely gives you stuff to think about and fresh perspective that you would have never learned on your own. I also introduced it to our 19-year-old son who has a hard time studying the word on his own. He listens to “through the word” everyday. He is currently on the faith series and I am doing the foundation series.

Well, I found TTW on Youversion. My family and I do a weekly Bible study and last year they decided to study Leviticus. Additionally, I have been studying the Bible for years, and my parents even sent me to Christian grade school and high school, but Leviticus was a tough book for me to understand even if I went to seminary. 🤣🤣🤣 Additionally, I use Youversion app for my primary Bible, so I searched for a plan to break down Leviticus in that app. Thus, I found TTW. The name drew me to it and the excellent explanations kept me coming back. After that and since TTW broke down Leviticus so well, I decided utilize TTW since I go through the Bible each year. Now, I just listen to the chapter review before I read each chapter now. The Lord led me to this ministry while I was seeking to understand His word, and I'm so pleased that He did. My understanding of His word truly skyrocketed in 2025, and I'm excited about going through the word again this year in 2026(no pun intended) 😇😇😇. Ironically as I write this, I'm going through Leviticus right now 🙄🙄🙄. However, it makes more since this time than last year. One thing that I found is that not all the books from TTW or on Youversion. I would love it if they were since I have family and friends that we connect through this app. I have to go to the TTW app when those books are missing, and I'm happy that they are all there. I don't know if you can have those populated on Youversion app too since TTW and Youversion partner, but it would be extremely helpful if everything was there. Nevertheless, TTW ministry is a true blessing to all that will take the time to listen and study the lessons with each of the ministers! Your app is like going to seminary, but at your own pace and not the seminary price tag 😇😇😇. I pray God will continue to bring many prayers and financial blessings to TTW 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. It helped to know that Lord Jesus is everything and should be the center of my life and heart and I need to pray and read the Bible to know Him more better.

This was My first TTW plan (the book of Genesis).It was brief but very insightful, making it easy to fit into even a very busy schedule. Yet, if you had more time, you could do more than one chapter at a time. The B-side is a great feature also! I love the feature of ‘Hearing’ the Word read as I follow in my Bible “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God” is the perfect verse! It reinforces what you’ve just heard and the inflections used help to bring the message to life! Can’t wait to start my next book. Who knew Numbers held so many life applications? Thank you for opening my eyes to see something much more than numbers and names and instructions for the tent of meeting. There is much soul searching happening in my heart on this journey to follow Jesus.

That's how I met you ... Through the Word. I am in my Bible every morning when I wake up... and when I go to sleep at night. It sets my heart and spirit on Things Above. I love my Almighty God will all my heart, soul, and spirit and might. Through Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection, I am called daughter of the God Most High. Psalms 139 was and is my Life verse. The Bible came alive that day when I read it. A Pastor explained it. God became real. I grew up in a Lutheran Church ... I knew of God. I knew some of the stories. That day in Psalms 139 when my Pastor explained it to me... I was forever changed. My childhood is a terror. I grew up in a very dominating, narcissistic home. At 64 years old... at times, I still seek counsel for the trauma endured. But even way back then, God was with me.... I just couldn't acknowledge it... yet. If I were to describe myself... I am that Woman at the Well. But Praise God... my story is full of God's Love, Grace, and Mercy. I have a son with Down Syndrome. He's 36 soon to be 37. I have a wonderful husband of 26 years that calls me Beautiful every day. I play guitar, I open doors, I smile, I work, I cry, I sing, and I dance... I tuck my son in at night... all because of my Jesus. He redeemed me even though I was not worthy. I was nothing. I was spit. I would go unnoticed in the church. Not fitting in. Even rejected because David and I didn't fit in. Praise God... I am learning how to fit in. We attend a Bible teaching church. That helps. I still struggle there because of how others treat us at time and my past wounds ... but Jesus leads me. He calls me by name. I trust Him. Share my talents and stories. And... My story is a complicated one.... Praise God I know I am redeemed. Loved beyond measure, space and time. All that was has molded me who I am today. I am kind. gentle. loving. peaceful, patient, good, faithful, joyful, and self-control because the Holy Spirit lives in me. Redeemed. I am daughter. heir. Beloved. because of my Heavenly Father, Savior and Holy Spirit.... my Refuge and Strength. YouVersion, Through the Word, and all the Bible plans, my church, my church women's groups, my family, my work... all huge blessings, in my walk with Jesus. And my I bless others with my stories. I have chosen to adopt the stories of the Bible as my own. Through them, God leads and guides me. TTW, you help make a difference every day for me. Why... Because I am in the audio plans every day. Beautiful start to what I hope will be many great studies! It’s so hard to find something that keeps me motivated, but the teaching and commentary are by far the best study I have found.
