Wall of Love for TTW

The book of Genesis on TTW was a plan that taught so many lessons about God and what it means to live a life glorifying Him. From obedience to wisdom, the difference between justice and vengeance, and from love to forgiveness. Thank you so much and a big shout out to the TTW team for making this possible.

I feel that TTW has helped me to grow my faith and get closer to God. I have also found I look forward to and enjoy the lessons every morning. Thank you.

The account of Job is a rear peep into the supernatural. Job was caught right in the middle of it all, but he had no idea why. Very often, I wonder why. However, I have learnt the question to ask is who? And the answer to that is God!

Thank you for your obedience to share the word of God through this app. I'm from a small town in South Africa, Port Elizabeth. I've shared the app with a few people... specially in our small group at church. I personally enjoyed quite a few of the teachings.... Numbers is not the boring book I've though it is anymore. First I would like to thank our Lord for His grace and mercy making me alive in Christ. I would never appreciate the works of TTW if I didn’t crave for His word. TTW helped me in many ways: listen and hear His Word in the convenience of technology, dive in a little to the notion and context of the chapter and the book, learn life principles that I could apply in real life. I am from Philippines and I enjoy hearing God’s Word. Specific to the book of Job, i realized that it is not always important to know the why’s of life but rather The Who. That the Lord is Sovereign and all wise and all powerful, and righteous and good. Putting them all together, I could trust Him that no matter what is going on, He has something better for me though I may not know it while passing through. But I need to trust Him, humble my self to Him, keep my ways pure, and in due time - time that only He knows, will reward me. That as I endeavor to please Him, He will be glorified. I too am in the trial zone. This was since last two years ago but the life of Job seems incomparable to what I am going through. It helped me hearing day by day this book. It give me that push to carry on one day at a time. Thank you very much TTW. It means a lot to me, in my journey. Keep it up. Pray for me please. Probably will share more details when this is through. Best things are yet to come by Grace and by His power. Amen

This has been a wonderful resource to learn about the word of GOD. Very easy to add during my morning coffee and gives so much insight into the teachings of the Bible while staying within the word.

I have been a Christian for decades. This is the best training I’ve ever gone through to help me feel equipped to get out there and to bring more disciples to Jesus. Thank you for the work that you put into it. No doubt it was God inspired. I am very grateful.

I just finished studying the Book of Joel with Melanie Hurlbut, and I’ve always found the concept of the Day of the Lord a bit confusing. But Melanie did a fantastic job of explaining it. As she unpacked it, she clarified the meaning for me: the Day of the Lord is like a double-edged sword—it’s both a call to judgment against evil and a call to repentance, showing us how to turn back to God. At the same time, it promises God’s blessing, deliverance, and the outpouring of His Spirit. As Melanie walked me through this, I realized that this isn’t just a message for God’s people—it’s an invitation to all nations, to every ordinary person, even me.

I learned that JESUS did not died for himself but came to redeem us back to himself. Also giving us power over the devil. And all souls belong to GOD.

Just finished the book of Esther and for me it solidifies that God is always there working on our behalf even if it doesn't feel like it or look like it our Father in heaven is faithful and true he is the same yesterday today and forever! Amen🤍✝️🕊️ Thank you thru the word I have read thru the entire bible along with the TTW app Chris, Peyton and all the wonderful people that are involved in reaching so many for Jesus God bless you all and remember Jesus loves you🤍

And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” TTW has made a way to what has been the desire of my heart to share the Gospel for others to hear.

My husband and I heard about Through the Word (TTW) from a very good friend. He listens to it every day. I was talking to him one day about how I have a hard time reading and understanding the bible. It just didn't make a lot of sense to me, and I didn't enjoy it. That is when he shared TTW. It has been a true blessing to my husband and me. My husband and I both questioned our faith over 35 years ago. We seldomly went to church and we didn’t read the bible. One day, my husband heard me listening to TTW and he started to become interested. I invited him to listen with me, and it blossomed from there. We LOVE the way that Kris explains the bible. He makes it understandable and he is easy to listen to. We are so thankful for TTW. From listening to TTW, we were inspired to give church another try. We found a wonderful church and the first visit I raised my hand and said I want God in my life. We continued listening to TTW and went to church a few more times. I am SO very happy to say that my husband raised his hand and said he wants God in his life too! I did not think that was going to happen. We had lost faith for so long. TTW has changed our lives. We listen every day and discuss it afterwards. We are learning and truly enjoying it. Kris makes us laugh too. We are SO thankful for this very important change in our lives that we decided to donate to TTW. TTW is doing such great work! Thank you for providing this so that we could find God again. This all started because of TTW. I can't thank you enough! It means the world to us! I have tears in my eyes just telling you this. Thank you! Kris is doing a GREAT JOB, and we are SO very thankful! The Discipology sessions were wonderful, very encouraging and uplifting. I had a sense that ‘I can do this’. I am semi-retiring soon – and moving to a large retirement village with a friend who already lives there. She has also completed bible college. I also have an old boss who is a Christian song writer and he is willing to assist as well. Hopefully, we will have lots of testimonies to share with you. I also wanted to encourage others with the below testimony. Testimony, that may be helpful to use to encourage others – as it is about waiting on the Lord. On the bible college missions trip to North Queensland Australia - aboriginal community, we had all prayed for his divine appointments. And each one of us operated in this trust. At the first meeting on Monday evening, we were told to wait for the Lord to direct us to who we should talk to. I waited quite a while but then saw a middle-aged woman and knew I needed to talk to her. I listened to her issue and prayed and then asked her to pray herself. I came back to her about 15 minutes later and I ministered to her again. She was having issues with her daughter – who had recently turned 18. After our prayer she was encouraged. On the Wednesday evening, I again waited on the Lord to direct me, and again it took a while. This time I was directed to a younger lady. Again, I listened to her and prayed for her. I then had a chat to the local pastor’s wife and she sensed there was more work involved yet. I let her sit and pray for a while and then the Lord directed me back to her. She was more receptive the second time and I sensed she had found some peace. Then the shock – only the Lord can direct such a circumstance! A few minutes later, she was in the arms of her mother, and both were crying and hugging. They were the mum, I had ministered to and the young lady I ministered to. If we allow the Lord to direct us in this Discipology – we will also see successful outcomes. Praise the Lord.

I just finished 2 Samuel 22-24. I have never once thought about how to see myself in Jesus. Thank you Skip. Thank you God!

This journey through Numbers taught me to keep my heart and mind on Lord Jesus and not to wonder off from Him and to follow His plan for me because He knows what is best for me.

TTW was the tool that God used to finally.....finally.....got His Word firmly and consistently rooted into my heart and stoked the fire in my heart for Jesus. I grew up in a Christian household and watched my father, in particular, study his Bible faithfully every day of his life. I always wished I had that kind of relationship with God, but I just....didn't. My own journey was full of false starts and inconsistency, doing things my way. I found TTW right around the time my dad died and I started listening while waiting in line to pick my son up from school. That expanded to the drive to school, from school, on walks in the neighborhood, and getting ready for the day. Soon I was telling my mom, husband, and sisters about the app. My mom is doing plans every day now too. I've moved on to studying my Bible directly and with other tools in addition to TTW, but this is where it started. The Word of God is so alive to me now, and TTW is the tool God used to nurture that. It has been such an absolutely incredible blessing for me.

It has help me be more consistent and listen to Jesus. It also has enabled me to be intentional through a plan and to remind me where i am at in my word intake. When i get an opportunity i share with others as one of the methods of helping someone be consistent.

I’ve not been into studying the Word for a very long time. When my two asked me to join her along this road, I knew I should do it…and so did God. This Discipology has restored my deepest need to become reconnected with our Lord and to reach out to those closest to me to show them the way to salvation. I am changed in the deepest way possible. Thanks be to God…and my Two.

TTW has become a habit. TTW & experience of GOD’S word everyday, it’s hard to explain but I can’t start my day without it. I want to learn more about THE FATHER THE SON & HOLY SPRIT. I searched all the time.

TTW, the book of Acts, has been informative in explaining how the church started, the huddles they went through, and how being strong in the Lord and encouragement from one another kept them going. I can relate as a Christian, and I pray that the church today learns from this book to overcome its various problems and wrangles. In Jesus's name, amen. Thank you so much!

I found the plan on ‘John’ with Peyton Jones, truly wonderful… I found that it really helped me understand the journey of Christ and His relationship with His disciples. I found Peyton to be sensitive when it needed it, as a plan that reflects the price our Lord paid for our sins. Whilst injecting humour in the right way. It made me feel closer to the Lord listening and understanding, recognising nuances I may not have appreciated before. Thank you Pastor Peyton, may you be continually blessed as you work for the Kingdom. May I also give a shout to Pastor Kris Langham for all his hard work in seeing the vision and allowing the Lord to use Him to reach so many. Blessings over you and your family.

The Discipology study was just amazing. I know God guided me to it, and the steps in training with the help of the Holy Spirit have empowered me and my “2” to step out with purpose for the Lord! I totally recommend this study.

In studying Galatians this time I started by reading the letter all in one sitting, then re-examined each chapter with Pastor Kris a chapter at a time. What a blessing Sandy Adam’s has been to me through his teaching in the book of Job. I love the way he broke everything down in laymen’s terms. I am 75 years old and had some physical things going on as I was reading through the book of Job. I have read through the Bible several times in my lifetime and I have to say this time has been such a blessing. I accepted the Lord as my personal Savior at the age of 11. The Lord has been so good to raise up dedicated leaders teaching the truth of the Word of God. Thank you all for being faithful and investing in the Kingdom of God. I tell anyone who will listen that TTW will bring an understanding of the Bible you can’t get on your own. I love this app, I use it daily and it has drawn me closer to my Lord and Savior.

TTW, is an amazing ministry, I have just finished listening through “Discipology” with the purpose of getting an understanding of the plan so I can invite others to join me. The Lord has been encouraging me to’Remember the past victories’, He has worked in my life. I’m closer to 70 than 60 years old. The last day of Discipology took me back to how The Lord restored me when I thought I’d failed Him too much to be useful ever again. He arranged for me to share the restoration of Peter in John 21 on my Birthday with a Children’s ministry. He arranged it all, I didn’t pick the subject or the date to present. Praise The Lord. I do an outreach every Wednesday at a local Courthouse. I share the TTW app with people wherever I see the people will download it and get started. Thank you TTW Team. 🏹🏹🙏🙏

I was led to read the book of Ruth Andi was really amazed. One thing that stood out for me is....if you want your love story to be good, make God your author and follow his rules and wisdom. That for me is really deep. Thank you for all you do and God bless you.

This was a huge eye opener! I read Nehemiah and gleaned some perspective on Nehemiah. But then I listened through the word, and you taught me how to read the book slowly, methodically, and purposely. Through the Word helped me to understand so much more that I didn’t know could’ve existed in this book. This is an exciting plan! Genesis, and the typologies made this old book for an old Christian, Come to life anew. Highly recommended! Mixing it with Romans. Gives you a depth and fullness of understanding. And then adding Daniel just tops off the cake, seeing the future in light of the past. All the history here is phenomenal !

TTW has made me be vigilant in the word of God and seek Him more earnestly since I have learned that He is a just God and not following His ways has consequences and equally doing His will leads to blessings. My good friend shared TTW with me. I have only just begun. I look forward to listening to pastor Kris. Journey through the bible has been easier to understand. I have spoken with many of my friends and family about TTW. I am grateful and look forward to learning each morning.

This was insightful and enjoyable. each day I would listen to Peyton Jones and then read the chapter. Very recently we finished the first season of “AD” and it was eye opening to have a sense of the lives of the disciples and Paul in “real time”. The struggles, fears but mostly the indwelling of the Holy Spirit to press on in the midst of persecution and even physical death.

Peyton Jones is such a good teacher. He’s cultivated a deep knowledge of the Bible. I enjoy his teachings and his good sense of humor. To all the teachers at TTW; including CHRIS Langham, whom Peyton pastored Into leadership years ago, thank you for all of your wonderful insights and spirit – lead work at TTW. I have been a born again Christian since my children were young. Now I am 73 and by the Holy Spirit, TTW continues to expand my understanding of God‘s word daily. Genesis is my favorite book in the Old Testament. I love how TTW gives us an in depth look into it. There are many things that I have learned through this TTW program. Thank you so much.

The self love revelation. Everything about self is in itself selfish. So one can't say "after self love, then I can love others" that dynamic doesn't work. Love God, accept His love, only then can you dispense God's love to others.

I truly enjoyed this journey. Even the goofy parts. It just brought life to the Bible. I am currently in bible college. So it really helped with understanding scripture. Be blessed

This is one of my most inspirational journeys. Thank you. As a pastor I have learnt so much from this. Sandy Adam’s just set this boom on fire with his commentary. The references to Jesus are just a stunner and a great bridge to the salvation story. Gods character is so explicitly explained and the folly of man.

It's been an amazing journey of listening to the word of God broken down to a very simplistic level. I love the narration, the voices, the disclaimers. Everything. The Lord expand your boundaries in His vineyard.

Thank you TTW for who you are and what you do. I have been using your materials for several years now after my daughter first told me about your app. Since then I have told many others about your app and how much I have gained from the regular teaching from God‘s word. I have just finished the Discipology plan and have been talking about it with others. I am actively sharing the idea with others because I am part of a church which has a history of knowledge based discipleship, but not obedience paste discipleship, or disciple making. We talk about it, but like you have said, most of us weren’t sure how to do it. Thank you for your plan and may many many people find it helpful. May many disciples be made through God‘s working through your plan.

I’ve gone through the New Testament with you but I’m talking specifically about the book of Revelation now. It’s given me hope and peace. Im from Nigeria and there’s been a lot of persecution against Christians in the North. I still have the images of them burning alive stuck in my head since I was a teenager and always wondered why GOD would let that happen to His children. But, reading Revelation I understand now that there will be martyrs for the gospel and that everyone will get the reward for every action. The people that died, they’re with Jesus right now. They don’t remember the pain of death and their unyielding stand with GOD too shall be rewarded. GOD is not on my timer. I don’t need to have righteous rage. I just need to do what He sent me here to do. Thank you for guiding me through this book Pastor Chris. GOD will bless you and strengthen you.

I thank God and Jesus Christ for making me discover Through The Word which shed the light of the Word in way that I understand it more. Every time i listen abd read this guide me into thinking about how much I need to learn about what is happening in my life. I have to start telling people that we can have peace in the word just keep going studying for it will be alright.

TTW reminded me how when I met my wife. On our first date she was told I was kind of wild which was too true at the time. But sitting in her parents driveway as her mom flipped the porch light on and off, I witnessed my true faith which somehow I was compelled to share with this girl. There I knew she was my God given help mate as said in the passages shared about yoking! She said that would have been our last date accept for my confessing of faith!

Going through a rough storm currently and hearing ttw is helping me along the way. Having the Bible read to me and broken down so that it can be OVERSTOOD not under. Keep doing what you're doin'! God bless you and ttw
