Since starting the mastermind, learning about the subdividing strategy has definitely been a game changer for me. On my first ever subdivide, Travis helped me take a 14-acre lot that had a market value of around $108k, and by subdividing it into 5 different sized lots, we forced an additional $122K of appreciation, bringing total profits of the deal north of $147,00! At the risk of sounding cliché, it really wasn't hard either. By using a surveyor, land consultant and realtor, most of the work was already being taken care of. By following up with them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, we were able to track the progress and just make sure everyone had what they needed in order to proceed.

I felt more like a friend sitting across the table from me sharing insights that have worked from him. As we went week to week I could not wait for the next session with Travis because there was such encouraging thought put in to each weeks presentation. And, I did not even think about the minimal fee because the value far outweighed that one time expenditure. One more thought, there were a couple sessions that I was not able to catch live. For example he will give advice on what areas he would target. He knows areas well enough to be able to predict the price to offer which will be accepted. Once that is done he is happy to provide knowledge on how to easily create value with the land you purchase. He currently provided me advice on how to create an additional ~$30,000-34,000 in value. Brought an OK deal to a really good deal. I would not have known how to do that without his advice. His focus on creating value by subdividing land will allow you to make more deals work which will make you more money. I think the course material was reasonably priced and the information was relevant to the current economy and actions in the land space. I have had several other courses and a few of them were overpriced and haven't been updated since they recorded it 3 years ago. The best thing about the training is the honest approach to helping others gain insight on how Travis, a successful land investor, runs his business and how he has adapted to change his approach in marketing over time to improve his returns and create a repeatable format to consistently acquire land off market and under value. I would definitely suggest his coarse to new investors as well as the seasoned ones to see how his methods have created financial freedom for him and his family through a service to both sellers and buyers of vacant land.
