Wall of love for TReE Team Scan

The TReE Team Scan from SoftSkillsPills proved to be a robust tool, offering structured insights that allowed us to identify both strengths and specific areas for improvement. Its clear framework has streamlined our approach to addressing team challenges and set us on a focused path for development. We gained valuable feedback in a straightforward way that feels actionable without over-complicating the process. We'll definitely use this service again, my admirations to SoftSkillsPills Team!

I had an amazing experience with the Team Scan, I think this is a tool and approach that completely transforms the way we measure how a team works. It is a very effective method to evaluate and foster collaboration, team dynamics and identify areas for growth. What makes Team Scan different is the innovative approach to collecting data and analyzing it. The tool not only creates a report, but also offers valuable insights and brings in the expertise of the people standing behind the product. And this is one of a kind!

This tool manages to combine two seemingly opposite features: being quick and easy to use, and at the same time to present very in-depth analysis of your team dynamics. This was very important as it contributes to having more people to participate, and this contributes to have more accurate insights. The scan report is very well structured, and manages to present and explain its findings in a way that is easy to understand. A lot of this can be contributed to the "TReE Team Model" itself, as it manages to very well measure and visualize various aspects of team status, growth and dynamics. The Soft Skills Pills team deserves all of the praise they receive for this tool. It is a wonderful instrument for anybody who cares about the teams they are leading, and want to gather more in-depth information and unbiased analysis. Highly recommended, and excellent value for the service you are going to get

I am overseeing several teams, which makes it difficult to dive deep in the team dynamics on a day-to-day basis. This is why the TReE Team Scan has proven very useful in providing insights about the team dynamics that may otherwise be difficult to spot from a bird-eye's view. I recommend the tool for anyone who is in charge of more than one team.

The TReE Team Scan effectively pinpointed both our strengths and weaknesses. The presentation of the results was fantastic! The provided PDF impressed the whole team. The design, colors, and graphics made the information clear, easily understandable, and visually appealing. Thanks to the newly gained insights from the survey, we had a dedicated meeting, brainstorming on ways we can improve identified areas. To conclude, our team is deeply grateful for having the opportunity to take part in the survey. It confirmed some existing dynamics within our team, while shedding light on areas we should focus on in the upcoming year. We've even considered the possibility of a follow-up survey at the end of this year to compare results.

The TReE Team Scan provides an excellent opportunity to see the current state of key aspects of team dynamics. What I liked the most is that each of the three main aspects is composed of three key elements, and each element in composed of low-level characteristics. In this way, a very large set of characteristics is formed, which creates a framework for building a strong and efficient team. Thanks to the breakdown of characteristics and the easy to understand results I got direction on what specifically could be improved, rather than wondering based only on some magic numbers, and provided an opportunity for an open discussion within the team. The Scan allowed me to find out if I had any blind spots regarding team dynamics and to understand the team's opinion on various topics. I highly recommend the TReE Team Scan, which should be part of every Team Lead's toolkit.

It is very hard to quantify the team health in a proper way BUT this is what TReE Team Scan achieved. The tool gave us the ability to visualize our current team state with concrete areas to focus on. This allowed us to kick-off discussions and activities in order to improve as a team. That also motivated the team members as it showed them we care. We are definitely looking forward to using the tool again and hopefully see the improvement

My Tree Team Scan experience was great, it was a wonderful way to do a reality check with my team - the atmosphere, the processes and the the culture that team is caring inside. This survey is an excellent way to provide transparency and make these intrinsics visible. Questions were easy to answer, and the format was with clean and easy structure. Report with results was with very easy to follow structure. Findings were accurate and really on the spot! The value for my team is that this is providing transparency and visibility to the current state of the team and how it is behaving when with the team is "into action" and when collaborating with other teams. The value for the organization is that all teams are being treated the same way, with the option to align them better to the development goals and growth and creating positive examples for behavior between teams. The value for me is that I am getting the feedback about my approach to drive the team ahead, to be aligned with corporate values and to be confident to try more new things. I am looking for more tools from https://softskillspills.com/ that will help me get there!

My team and I had the opportunity to test the scan, proving to be a highly positive and enjoyable experience. It was easy to participate, and the results were very accurate, even though we had relatively high scores, it still gave us enough discussion and improvement points. I think that is a valuable tool for every team and its team members, not just their Manager. If you value your team and the overall culture within it, I strongly recommend trying out this excellent tool.

Through its simplicity, the TReE Team Scan manages to be easy and enjoyable to use, while keeping a team's focus on the most crucial points in the team dynamics. The report offers an excellent structure for a productive, open, and safe peer-to-peer discussion. My teammates and I managed to resolve pain points that we've found difficult to bring up on our regular meetings. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to receive such a concrete and unbiased feedback that allowed us to take a step back and see the bigger picture.

It was truly positive and amazing experience to be part of the TReE Team Scan beta. It offered an excellent opportunity for the team to engage in candid discussions on pain points and brainstorm efficient improvements. The results were presented in a concise, accessible, and accurate manner, providing meaningful insights for the team. The simplicity of this tool is its biggest asset and makes it a powerful ally in fostering positive changes within the team.

The tool is really easy to use and providing great insight. The analysis is well structured, understandable and easy to act upon. Team dynamics is a complex topic but sliced and presented in that beautiful way helps the team see the most important aspects to focus on, discuss them and try to improve them. Thanks for helping groups of people working together become better Тeams!

My opinion is that the TReE Team Scan is an excellent tool that provides measures of the teams capabilities to work together and to get through different aspects of the work process. If I had to describe the experience of filling the form with few words, they would be "well organized" and "fast". The questions were: - pretty self-explainable; - well grouped and the transition between the topics was not big; - prefilled with answers that give good ideas for selection; - short and not so time-consuming to answer; The results are well structured and easy to understand, plus they are a good topic to have a conversation with your teammates for possible improvements or just to remove the doubt that you are not doing great! I would gladly do the TReE Team Scan again as I think that it should be done at least once a year or maybe more often when there is a "big change" in the team.

First and foremost, the whole TReE Team Scan journey was very well structured. Starting with the great introduction and clear explanation, we went into the assessment and then the most valuable part to me - the interpretation of the results. The comprehensive nature of the assessments provided a holistic view of our team dynamics, strengths, and areas for improvement. The insights gained were not only insightful but also actionable, empowering us to make informed decisions and implement positive changes. A big, big thank you team for this product and all the efforts you spend with my team!
