My name is Siddarth and I am working as a Sr Broadcast Engineer in a Media company. I have joined this course because my total work experience was in a technical background and I wanted to learn how to manage a project, team and the risks involved in it. Overall it was a good experience and learning being a part of the Project Management program

I am Debjyoti Banerjee, professional in Project Management, Banking Service & Operations Management with over a decade year of experience in Financial Services and ITeS industry. Responsible for Global Business Delivery includes (LATAM, Europe, MEA & APAC regions) Data Operations for Statutory Reporting portfolio. An organization involves a huge principal investment that makes managing the project an essential aspect for running successful internal operations and to get viable returns on the invested money. As an individual of an organization, we are involved in project-related activities in some way or the other, with the increasing dynamism and complexity of businesses and macro-environment, the ability to successfully manage business projects has become a critical skill for the sustained profitability and existence of organizations. Hence, competent project management professionals become a key resource across different levels of the organizational structure. Project Management helped me and I am sure might help others in the near future

This course offered me an opportunity to connect with the various industry experts through a live classroom which unfolded a newer possibility and enhanced my understanding on Project Management Methodology with respect to the current changing environment. By networking with the various field of talents provides me an opportunity to expand the business opportunity globally.

I am Krishnamoorthy and an NPD Engineer. I joined this program as I wanted to become a project manager in NPD department. This program has helped me gain more knowledge on project management tools, Risk Analysis and Six Sigma. I recommend this program to all aspiring learners who are in the field of Project Management.

We were blessed to have Dr. Rupesh sir as our professor and he helped and explained all PM related topics well along with real time scenarios. I’m Dinesh Babu working at Royal Enfield and handling Retail Insurance Business. I have experience in financial services and general insurance industry. I joined this course with an inspiration from my colleagues in the PMO. I was hoping to get benefitted on few modules which have direct impact on my present work. Also, I wanted to associate with IIM-K for recognition and knowledge. Today, I stand with complete passion for Project Management. All credits to Prof. Rupesh that I’m always thinking of learning new things, reviewing the decisions of both myself and others, putting every attribute of the project under scanner – particularly the team members, thinking loudly on organizational alignment, and attempting to evolve from my yesterday’s self. The comprehensive conversation that the professor had during the sessions has enraged the fire within me. The impact on my day-to-day decisions is visible. The topics like risk assessment and mitigation have started to play a pivotal role in the present review meetings. My co-workers are informing that better and faster decisions are given by my team. I would promote this course to my team members for having more minds with critical thinking and better decision making capabilities. I’ll definitely be thanked for this game changer course.

I've 14 yrs. experience in IT industry. This course has provided me the learning and confidence to take up higher role and responsibilities. This interactive programme, taught many of the Project Management concepts in simple method which were difficult to understand. Case study and their analysis provided the learnings from real-time scenario, from different sector’s with different strategies, approaches to analyse a particular problem and recommended solution. Working in groups taught us team management, people management and understanding of the situation from other's perspective. Simulation component enhanced the learning and decision-making skills necessary for project execution, monitoring and controlling which is similar to real-time experiences. In nutshell, this programme was altogether a wonderful learning experience and it offered more than expectation. I’d highly recommend this programme to my friends and colleagues who wish to make their career in Project Management.
