My experience with Ty Boyd was definitely not what I was expecting. That's a good thing. It was not a stuffy seminar or a judgemental atmosphere in the room. It was warm and inviting, and gave you a place to experiment and connect and really hone your speaking skills. It's made me conscious of what to do and what not to do. I'm confident the learnings I've garnered from this 2.5 day course will be with me for the remainder of my life.

I would highly recommend this class to anyone. It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned speaker or someone who has a fear of public speaking, everyone can get better. Ty Boyd gives you the tools to take your speaking abilities to another level. Molly and Dave are incredible instructors and provide a fun and educational atmosphere. This is not a boring class. They will challenge you, but by day 3 you will be glad they did because everyone in our class made a huge transformation. If you do have a fear of public speaking, do what Molly and Dave told us, just say "so what!". There is nothing to fear. I would encourage anyone to sign up as this class will be highly beneficial to your professional and personal life.

Excellent session, this truly helped me develop into someone who can present with some confidence which I almost thought was a lost cause. The incremental progress seen in just 2.5 days I can’t even deny, even coming into the program with low expectations. I don’t really have any notes, Dave and Molly are incredible at their jobs and make the uncomfortable comfortable. They created a space for us to develop and feel safe trying (and failing), and offered measurable, constructive notes/coaching that impacted real change. Their coaching is spot on, and you feel obligated to take it to heart and make progress to not let them (or yourself) down. I couldn’t thank you guys enough

I participated in a 2.5 day course with the Ty Boyd Excellence in Speaking Institute in 2023. This course was absolutely fantastic. I’d already had a lot of experience speaking in public, but I came away from this class with very useful frameworks, learnings and feedback on how to become a more assured and comfortable public speaker and presenter. My company sponsored my participation in the course but even if I had to pay for this myself, I would have felt incredibly satisfied by the experience and what I learned. I came away from the course with a workbook and manual that I intend to utilize to continue honing my ability to present thoughts in public or among friends and family in a more coherent, concise and engaging manner.

I was initially voluntold to take part, but after completing it I'm happy to say that I actually had the pleasure of attending the 2.5 day Excellence in Speaking seminar with Molly and Carlyn. Both coaches were engaging, supporting, and kind. They really make you feel like family on day 1, which helps to ease the tension and make people more comfortable being vulnerable. I learned so much in such a short amount of time and I'm very excited to take these learnings and use them in both my work and personal life. Highly recommend this to anyone of all experience levels. This experience was truly fantastic. I was one of those people that was anxious and nervous about participating and thought there was no way I could improve on my public speaking skills. My experience was spectacular! I felt a connection with the facilitators/coaches - they genuinely wanted to make me better! The use of video review was genius - there’s no better way to make improvements than seeing them happen in real life!

A fun and hands-on way of exploring and teaching a subject that is typically extremely hard to get people to want to learn. It's was not dry or boring, and made the material seem digestible and fun. THIS TRAINING IS A MUST HAVE for anyone in any corporate setting!!!

My overall experience was positive and beneficial. I liked the build of the 1.5 days of virtual coaching and the participation of my fellow attendees. Dave Reinhardt was a terrific coach and facilitator. I experienced growth in my presentation throughout the course with his coaching tips, and the feedback by he and my peers. Ty Boyd 2.0 was extremely helpful and I am excited to implement my new skills!

The classroom trainings and presentations were excellent at breaking down barriers for each and everyone of us. It was amazing to see everyone grow and progress together. Real time coaching and critiquing gave each person the opportunity to learn and develop. The pebbles learned along the way gave meaning to each topic with real life examples and scenarios to back it up. Excellent class!

Molly and Dave created a positive atmosphere for constructive coaching. The growth of the participants in their skills over the course of two days was remarkable. Coaching was specific to the speaker, and allowed us room to embrace our own style and authentic voice. This is not a canned program. A meaningful fellowship experience amongst my peers was an unexpected treat. Molly and Dave's dedication and enthusiasm to their craft was inspirational as well.

Ty Boyd was recommended to me by a dear friend who told that it was going to be a transformative experience. That was an understatement. I came into this journey with the purpose of finding my voice, only to be reminded that I had a voice. All I needed to do is nurture it and amplify it. Ty Boyd allowed me to harness my strengths. I wasn’t the only one that experienced tremendous growth in just two and a half days. Watching my teammates transform was powerful and undeniable. The skills we learned were not left behind in the classroom. It’s impossible. These skills and lessons are embedded in us as we move forward towards continuous improvement. One of the many beauties of this program is that the coaches do not consist of just the Ty Boyd team, all of us became each other’s coaches and mentors. We lifted each other up. We grew together as a team. Ty Boyd has been the best investment I’ve made for my personal and professional journey. It is a course that should be essential for people development in any organization. I am grateful to have had this opportunity. I thought this would be a one time experience. I was wrong. I am certain it will not be my last!

I took this training as part of my internship and it completely changed my life! In less than 2 days I could see changes in my speaking. It is also a lot of fun and you get so much feedback. Would definitely recommend this training to anyone trying to improve their public speaking skills!

The word that comes to mind is impactful. I am honestly surprised at how much I learned over such a short period of time. It was a roller coaster ride in a great way and I enjoyed the scenery of watching each individual in the class blossom throughout the ride. Dave and Papa Andy were amazing and made everything fun and entertaining throughout the entire event. I truly believe I came out of this program a more confident and refined speaker.

The Ty Boyd experience is an life changing experiment that actually works! The 2 1/2 day session breaks down barriers that has been extremely tough to break for years.
