I reviewed 44 transactions for a client today in minutes. The app was wonderful for catching the receipt, expense category, class, and note from the client all in a few clicks.
The client undergoes annual audits so it's super helpful to be able to capture the info quickly as well as update the transaction all in 1 place.

We have been using Uncat for less than a month and already our clients LOVE IT! This is make our job so much easier and the clients much prefer the Uncat format to a spreadsheet or email with questions.

It's hard to juggle who will respond to me better by text, email, call, etc. I finally found a way to keep all those questions in one area, and have had a great response from my clients so far. I no longer have to do the reminding - Uncat does that for me by sending email/text reminders to my client when I'm waiting for something to be categorized. We really like the customization option so my clients can see our logo and colors when logging in. We also really like that they do not need to be a QBO user to use it! Looking forward to this feature being available for QB Desktop users in the future.

What I love most about this app is that it's super simple from the client side. They will get an email with a link that takes them directly to their page of transactions in Uncat where they can put comments on each one. You then get a notice once they've hit Submit and can go into those transactions in Uncat to code them and send the changes back to QBO. I'm loving this app and Many, Many thanks to the developers for making it!

We love using Uncat. It is such an easy way for us to collect the information we need from our clients. We used to pull spreadsheets from QBO and send them to the client, now we just connect the account and the software does the rest!

I found out about UnCat from a podcast and I am so glad that I checked into it. It does save me so much time. My clients are notified automatically each week/month and I don't have to export, tweak the excel file, copy it to an email, etc..... thank you UnCat!

Uncat solves the biggest bottleneck accountants face when working with monthly/quarterly clients. Following up with clients is WAY less stressful
We love using this for clean-up clients. It has made follow up emails a breeze, I simply just need to state we have X# of transactions pending in UnCat and for them to please give us detail. Having the ability to give the client a magic link (not another login they need to use!) is fantastic, and they view it as a mini "to-do" list.

I LOVE Uncat!
I love that I don't have to constantly send my clients a long list of questions! I also love that Uncat sends reminders automatically, so I'm not the one bugging my client to keep up on the list! ;) I also love that I can add a note to a specific transaction. But my favorite feature is the syncing with QuickBooks! I only have to work in one program, but it updates both!!!

Uncat is very Useful.
Prior to using Uncat I constantly had to requested larger amounts of information for the client all at once and it was very confusion for both me and the client. Luckily I found out about Uncat and the process of classifying uncategorized transactions has never been easier. Every accountant needs to be aware of this software.

Uncat is very easy to use, our clients find it easy to use, approving transactions is very simple, it allows for document attachment and messaging in relation to individual transactions, the dashboard makes it easy to see what clients need attention, client notes are added directly to the description that syncs back to Quickbooks. I have had a dozen or so outstanding questions that a client hadn't gotten back to me on for MONTHS. Once I started using Uncat my clients answered my questions within a week. It's easy for them and it takes the nagging off my plate. 10/10 recommended.
