I love that it allowed us to stay organized and complete tasks. That would otherwise take a long time pretty quickly.The best part about it is the organization factor that comes with using Uncat As well as the ease of use. I feel like it was so user friendly that somebody that doesn't do well with technology could use it with no problem.

Great solution for questionable transactions!
What I like most is the ease of use and simplicity of this software. Clients are able hit the ground running with their Uncategorized transactions without much direction from me.

Easy Peasy
The best part about Uncat is that my clients do not need to install an app or create another username and password. They have a hard enough time as it is keeping track of their usernames and passwords for their own logins, let alone new ones that I make them create.

It's super easy to implement and use, and it doesn't really take "onboarding" from clients - they adapt to it very quickly and I have way more clients letting me know their suspense transactions on a monthly basis instead of me chasing it down and only getting it at tax time. I love that it automatically follows up with the client, and that they don't have to set up an account to use it. It's also great because any docs they upload or notes they add sync over to the accounting software

Great resource for accountants!
As an accounting firm, this has enhanced our ability to communicate transactions with our clients that we need help with. Our clients respond much faster, and seem to enjoy completing their tasks. I also believe they are not as overwhelmed as with a spreadsheet. Best of all, the software is cheap enough that it makes sense for us to use it for ALL of our clients!!

Uncat integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Online, and when transactions are updated in Uncat QBO is updated almost immediately. Much more efficient than emailing an excel spreadsheet to a client each week which is what I was currently doing.I also appreciated the videos when you first sign up that are located in each section to give an overview of the features. Almost everything is customizable to meet user needs.

An inexpensive, elegant solution
Uncat makes it very easy to flag transactions that need input from the client to classify by syncing to a designated account in QBO. In other words, if you sync to the "Needs Input" QBO account then all transactions that are in that account appear automatically in Uncat. When you are ready to notify the client, you can do that from within Uncat and the client will be sent a link and instructed to provide the missing information.
