I had a lot, ok some, experience with Vcarve Pro but when I upgraded to Aspire in order to get the full value for modeling I needed help. Watched a lot of YouTube videos, most very helpful. Still not until I signed up for LearnYourCNc training did I recieve the knowledge I sought. Kyle is very patient with his explanations. The lessons are in logical order so that each lesson builds on the previous lesson. What I found helpful was to open a copy of Aspire and follow along. Be prepared to ignore your wife and kids while going through the lessons. Once started you won't want to stop. "come to bed, it's 2 o'clock in the morning" "ok, just as soon as this lesson is complete". Were I to have any suggestions for improvement, improve the search feature to make it easier to find something that was covered but don't remember which lesson it was contained in.

I put off buying the course until the Black Friday discount enticed me. I wasted more than a year. This course is worth every penny of price and more. My advice to any contemplating this course but is hesitating over the price, put your doubt aside this course will provide the information you need to maximize your results using Vectric software.

One of the features of the live lessons is the ability to go back and review they (and the ability to search for topics) Today I needed to add a form tool to the database, something I have done but so infrequent that I had, just searched for adding a form tool and the lesson came right up and a quick review highlighted the step I was forgetting. 2 Sided Guitar Necks
Kyle was able to help me with a few 3D guitar necks that I imported to vCarve Pro but was having issues with the 2 sided carving. Very professional and knowledgeable. In our 1 hour session Kyle was able to help me with all my issues and more. Highly recommended!

I found the LearnYourCNC Master Training Course to be extremely user friendly. Kyle covers the material in detail but not so much that you get bogged down. If there were a gazillion stars or more that is the rating I would give Kyle. I had my CNC for 2 months and not a clue on how to use the VCarve Pro software or even what bits to use. I found Kyle and requested a 1:1 training and after our first session we knocked out a 3D sign that makes me look like a Rock Star! Thank you Kyle! If any of you even slightly hesitate in doing the video trainings or work train with Kyle you would be truly missing out because if I can do it I KNOW you can do it too!

I met Kyle via Zoom call as I was fed up with myself for not using my CNC that I purchased over a year ago. After a 1 hour session with Kyle, I gained something I truly needed -- CONFIDENCE. Even after watching countless video on machining, probing, zeroing, etc, I was still at a loss. I was crunched for time since I needed to cut some templates for an upcoming class I teach. I'm so glad I found him on YouTube, why didn't he pop up in my feed long ago??? Kyle was very thorough, helpful, detailed, and patient. He knows soooo much about VCarve, I was truly blown away! He was also an extremely great listener as he answered all of my questions which was what I needed because I create all of my designs. I will be reviewing the boot camp series and I am POSITIVE that I will be taking advantage of all of the resources he has to offer. Additionally, the ability to re-watch my zoom call with him was paramount in my "digestion" of all the wonderful tidbits of info he gave me. I am a student for life and I HIGHLY recommend learning from him if you want to quickly learn the basics of CNC'ing. Way to go Kyle!

As with most online purchases I am very skeptical because there is a lot of junk out there! But let me tell you this is the best interactive online class I have every been part of. Just a bunch of regular people with the same goal. Kyle is very open to suggestions and willing to help everyone. There is something here for you, and good value for money spent.

This has been the best online course I have taken, ever. And I have taken many. Kyle's approach to teaching is amazing. I'm very new to CNC, I've had my machine running for about 30 days now. Most of what I have made is in the fireplace. But thanks to Kyle's course, I've actually made a few things that weren't begging to be put in the fireplace. Maybe I could figure all of this out on my own....but at 74 years of age, I don't even buy green bananas anymore! Almost done with the course, and am going to schedule some 1 on 1 time for a specific project I'm attempting. All of this will be money well spent.

Myself I'm interested in cnc topographical maps and I asked him a question and the very next live class was on that very subject, he even uses projects sent in by students. the weekly class is your chance to ask questions and its on zoom, a perfect chance to ask challenging problem solving questions within the class setting. its casual and relaxed and all class students have ample time to address any issues they have with there own projects. I had been searching youtube for several months trying to learn how to navigate Vectric. And yes vectric itself . Their are lots of good youtube out there but none take you from the (I don't know anything to the advanced level that Kyle explains so easy) . He is a good instructor and has many helpful tips. The price for his course is extremely reasonable compared to buying books and other resources. He makes it so easy to go back and review any part that you don't understand. Keep up the good work Kyle. I certainly appreciate all your effort.

I thought about skipping through some of the truly basic lessons, but I'm glad I didn't. I've learned new things in almost every one! The course is great for honing your skills if you've been using Vectric products for awhile, or for discovering what the software can do if you're new to it. I've been "CNC'ing" for about three years now. Kyles weekly classes have helped me to maintain my ability in the finer points of the craft. The great thing is the replay ability for his classes. There is so much cabability in the vectric software that I really depend on the ability to go back and refresh a class.

Had I watched these lessons before I began carving, Kyle would have saved me several clamps! The keystrokes and shortcuts Kyle teaches are extremely handy and BIG timesavers. Before taking this course, I knew a few. At the end of this class, you will know several. Kyle’s course (strategy) outline is simple, easy to follow, and he does an excellent job of explaining while demonstrating every button, check box, and option Vectric offers. Because this is organized into (~ 3min-30min) modules, it is easy to go back, find, and review a specific topic. You don’t have to scan thru hours of video to find the topic you want. It’s easy. I will use this as a reference whenever I forget something. Even if you already know how to do something, I guarantee Kyle will show you a trick, a keystroke, a shortcut, or another (easier) way to draw or carve your part. And, I enjoy his teaching style. You will too. Kyle has a great demeanor and the recordings are of high quality. Finally, the weekly LIVE classes are incredible and definitely worth the extra cost.
