I seriously wish I learned this at a young age. I was always bad at math because numbers seemed to overwhelm me. I always wanted a better way to crunch numbers together in my head than having to write out big numbers on a paper to figure out how to multiply them. It was always time consuming, but I learned it anyway so I didn't have to rely on a calculator. This however, blew my mind. It took seconds to guess each one. I'm seriously blown away.

This is an amazing course. I wish they taught this in schools. Really makes me want to become a tutor for kids to teach this , as in uk and in South America as a kid you feel stupid when you don’t understand maths. Specially as they separate you from your friends because their maths is better than yours. With this method everyone can be good at maths.

I remember being in 4th grade and not being able to subtract. This method makes so much sense to me. Wish I had learned base ten subtraction then and I wouldn't have hated math or have had to cheat my way through middle and high school math.

Even though it took me a lot more time to complete, I was not punctual. Calculation speeds have increased. The math meditation session was great and lets us solve problems in mind without pen and paper. Overall had fun completing this course. India is the discoverer of vedic math but it is not in our school syllabus.Vedic maths books was discovered in india about 1911.I think if we discover more ancient books of india then we can surely find more marvelous scientific books which can change our scientific perspective.

So I’m a fourth grade math teacher in the US and I am totally gonna use these techniques. The thing I really appreciate is how he shows why these “shortcuts” work the way they do. I go really deep with my students on why numbers work the way they do and that’s super important to understand but at the end of the day, efficiency is what we are looking for. Ultimately the less energy one has to use make a calculation, the more energy is available for other things.

Wish I was introduced to these things 35 years ago, I probably might have had a different life trajectory, never too late to learn something though, wonderful job Gaurav, if I am allowed to make suggestions - I would say to make children see the point in getting interested in math right from young age, it would be wonderful to connect each concept with a real life situation, because I have listened to far too many kids on our family who keep questioning what is the point of learning some particular concepts (other than the obvious additions, subtractions and such every day stuff, they don't seem to see the need to pick up on square roots etc), also would be nice to include a chapter on working out % of a given number or work out the number given a % and so on, overall very happy that I chanced upon this and please do keep up the good work
