With the help of Kelsey’s videos I felt confident enough to negotiate pay as a new grad RN. While I was not successful, I was able to leverage a sign on bonus and I learned so much through the process. I even started a portfolio so I can use it to negotiate during my yearly evaluation next year.

Hello,
I have been a nurse for 14 years. Last year I finished my APRN FNP degree and found myself a little lost. I didn’t want to do direct patient care anymore but still wanted to help patients. I worked with insurance companies in the past, but what I really wanted to do was to find a job in the pharmacy/biotech setting. After I joined CYDC I was able to revamp my resume and use the list of companies provided. I kept applying as early as possible. The group kept me on the loop of the latest positions available until I was finally hired.. my dream job!! Thank you

I joined CYDC a little over a year ago, thinking I'll just join for a month and check out the side hustle trainings. 1 month turned into 4 and before I knew it, I had finally figured out what I wanted to do and was actually starting a side hustle!
