I had a 45 minute call with Rob and it was such an insightful call and the teachings are something I'll take forward throughout my journey. Playing the role of a performance coach, Rob was able to listen, identify things holding me back and was able to tap into my self awareness to foster my own solutions for myself. The solutions are tailored to my problems just like a tailored suit for a groom which I really find lots of value in. My key take aways is the experience, the solutions Rob help me make towards my negative beliefs about myself, tapping into my future self (my intuition) to hone a direct path of where I want to be, and a solution to controlling my thoughts through better understanding of their roots and better self awareness.
