WAW is literally the best course I've ever taken. So helpful not just for design but also just for business. I'm an expert at Squarespace but I've wanted to re-learn WordPress after leaving it all the way back in 2014. I was pleasantly surprised to see that with Alyssa's recommendations, WordPress can be just as easy as Squarespace to design, but more importantly for clients to manage and update themselves. I designed a Website on WordPress with Elementor a few years ago and I hated it! It was so complicated and I really didn't enjoy designing. A couple months ago I wanted to give web design another shot and started to design on Showit, which was a 100% better experience. But I have to say...I don't feel super qualified only using Showit for all my future clients so I came across your account and course. I completed all modules and it is by far the best course I ever took! It's so knowledgeable and wholesome. Nothing compared to the Showit Course I took a couple months back. Alyssa makes the course so much more fun too! She's so sweet and funny and made this whole process so much more enjoyable. And...I don't hate Wordpress anymore! yay!! I am planing on offering both, Showit and Wordpress Websites in the future and I feel comfortable with offering Wordpress Webdesign with the knowledge I gained from this course. My biggest win from this course is that I don't think Wordpress is scary anymore and that I feel more qualified as a web designer. I am also sooo excited to check out the bonus module and can't wait until they are finally online. I feel like Alyssa didn't gate keep anything in this course which I feel like a lot of other course creators do so I am really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to learn more about WP or anyone who want to become a Webdesigner. I think the best thing or the thing I am most excited about in this course is, that Alyssa is going to keep upload more and more content. The course is just amazing, no other way to describe it 🙌 There really isn't anything like this out there. I wanted to expand my business services and start offering website building, but considering I don't know how to code and don't want to be limited to WIX/Showit templates, I decided to give Wordpress a go. However! Every time I tried to learn how to do someting or find answers online, it was incredibly hard to find good resources. Also, I was looking to learn from someone who's aesthetic fits with me and who is preferably NOT a design bro. Learning from Alyssa really gives me the confidence boost that there is space for women in web design and that I can master the "scary" stuff just fine! I'm so glad I decided to purchase the course. The structure is great, easy to follow and Alyssa is so chill in the way she explains everything and she's not hiding from things she doesn't know - which is very rare with online courses. I love her honesty! There's no gatekeeping and she's very encouraging throughout the course. So far I've successfully started building my own business website and even figured out how to do things on my own because of the course's foundation. I also started feeling more comfortable in the WP dashboard and builder, and feel way more in control of what I'm doing. So I would definitely say this course is worth it!! If you're doubting, trust me, go for it, it's the perfect way to start learning Wordpress.

Alyssa walks me through EACH step. Other courses from designers I’ve taken I end up having to Google and YouTube missing info, but Alyssa covers it all and makes the process easy. I’ve been held up for 8 years with WP and I finally feel competent. I know this is a course I’ll keep using over and over. It’s timeless!
