The information that was provided was 100x more valuable than the cost of Masterclass. I couldn't be happier to have learned so many options to become a successful real estate investor! My favorite memory about the class was the first day and learning about wholesaling and using OPM! I love that Tresa's teaching is faith based also. I am very spiritual and this is a must for anything that I will be doing when dealing with other people. That is just my personal requirement. This Masterclass impacted me by teaching me that I AM ABLE TO DO THIS! While I am still a bit apprehensive about certain things, I has definitely piqued my interest and held my attention. First and foremost was Tresa's admission of being a Christian is what captured my heart. Her ability to bring forth direct information about the RE world today in what everyone would call a recession. The different and intuit with today's market in whatever city you are living in the US. OH! The great and profitable strategies Kelton talked about and her son Justin which is who taught their Mother everything. And she actually let you come in what most gurus would call inner circle and her price is substantially lower and she add the most important component Attorney and so much more who does that.. I love ya'll and haven't meet you yet but I can't wait. Blessings!

All these moments are special to me but what stood out to me the most is when she uses the scriptures to back the things she was saying. I have listened to many speakers who have tried to grab my attention to whatever they tried to inspire me to be a part of. To be honest, Tresa has by far been the most influential. For some reason what she says hits differently. She is speaking volume to my desire, making me believing that I am absolutely capable of doing anything I put my mind to, all I have to do is to change my mindset. When she mentioned to be ethical spoke volume to me.

This Masterclass is great for providing a high-level overview of the opportunities existing in the Real Estate Investing arena. Tresa is extremely passionate about empowering and uplifting other women. Kelton is incredibly knowledgeable on the multiple real estate strategies and is motivated to share the knowledge.

Right after signing up I received an email that suggested five books to start reading. I started right away on those books as I wanted to change my mindset and be ready for what Tresa had to teach! From day one I found her so easy to learn from, she is so interesting with each new subject she spoke on. I feel like God has been preparing me over these last 30 years in the medical field dealing with patients. I know I can help people in their time of need with housing and their needs. If I can sell the mentorship program to my husband then I CAN DO ANYTHING! I know with hard work and the mentor program I can be excited to see where I will be this time next year! I can dream and plan now for myself, my kids, grandkids and my mother. I plan to have my kids join me in this amazing venture. I felt like this masterclass was a huge gift for only $17! Learned a lot of tools for an REI beginner and really enjoyed how motivational Tresa is. The most memorable part of this was when Kelton was forthcoming about the economic level someone should be at before committing to something like this. Yes, they threw some sales pitches in because this is a business but were also honest about expectations. I’m a believer in the system!
