I attended the self-assessment confidence boost course recently and would highly recommend the course. The course shares really useful best practice for someone who works with self assessment clients. It set out the basics to ensure we all had in place strong controls to carry out our work effectively and went right through to complex client issues. I felt empowered and set up with the right tools to be able to take on work with more confidence and knowing what to be aware of. What really set this course apart is the time Rachel spent in personalising the course and coaching us through real life issues and examples. I was really impressed with her and the team’s knowledge and willingness to share this to upskill us. The course was set up as a cohort and so through this I have an instant set of peers who we can share knowledge and continue to build our work with.

This was a brilliant and genuinely confidence boosting self assessment tax return refresher course. The content is well structured, the examples are realistic and the checklists and templates are ready to use. I particularly appreciated the live Q&A, the troubleshooting for common HMRC issues and the emphasis on building a consistent, repeatable process. I have already applied the approach with sole traders and landlords and it has saved time while giving me reassurance that I am doing it right. Highly recommended.
